The service is fast, prices are fair and all of the staff are easy to deal with. The techs are efficient and can answer any question and concern with skill. Although it's best to make an appointment, today they got me out of a bind. I went in with no appointment after another shop could not get their act together. Dante booked the service right away. I was in at 12:30p, the car was ready at 3:30p! I have lived in Port for over 6 years and have used 3 local auto shops that have all proven to be unreliable. As long as I continue to reside on Port, they now have my exclusive automotive service business. Dante, Frank and their employees are FANTASTIC, a truly 5 star operation.

As a female with no knowledge of vehicles, taking my cars in to auto shops was always something I never looked forward to. I recently had to bring my car in to Erie Muffler for what I could only describe as a "farty noise" and the knowledge that it may or may not have been my resonator? I think that was it? Either way, the gentlemen at Erie Muffler took that knowledge and had my car repaired in a matter of hours. And at a fair price that didn't hurt my wallet. After the farty noise went away, I heard a whistling noise. Zero knowledge on what that could be, but again, they took that description and worked with it. It was a small crack in my exhaust somewhere, to which they welded it up for me. I've been living in Port for almost two years, and enjoy the small town vibe. Erie Muffler goes above and beyond to make their customers feel appreciated, and because of that, they definitely have a repeat customer now! Thank you Erie Muffler!
