Better off going to your personal mechanic. These guys are inside the box thinkers. Especially the parts guy. If you want something simple fixed and it's covered under warranty, I'd understand, but otherwise the small time mechanics have better solutions and much better customer relation.

Slow service went for an oil change and it took 2 hours and 45 min to complete. They should look into a quick lube lane. Staff were great.

This location made me ashamed to own a Ford. It is almost impossible to get in touch with someone to book an appointment, the service people don't call when your vehicle is done, the shuttle service goes to the wrong location when picking you up and waits over 10 minutes before *you* call wondering where he is and never notified us he'd arrived, and no one apologizes for this atrocious customer service. I will be bringing my car to Cabot Ford next time, and can only hope for a better experience! I certainly don't think it could be any worse than this.
