He kindly agreed to help me out (we had a nail in a tire and we left for Montreal the next day). Samuel received us with a big smile, patched our tire in 15 minutes and charged us less than most mechanics in normal times. Il a gentiment accepté de me dépanner ( on avait un clou dans un pneu et on quittait pour Montréal le lendemain). Samuel nous a reçu avec un grand sourire, à patché notre pneu en 15 minutes et nous a chargé moins cher que chez la plus part des garagistes en temps normal.

The owner just called me to tell me that I am a demanding customer, but basically I just asked him to check my car well before handing it over to me. I strongly advise against this garage. (Original) Garagiste très nonchalant et condescendant. Plusieurs fois j'ai du retourner, car les réparations était mal faite. Il ne va pas chercher plus loin que ce que client lui indique comme problème. Le propriétaire viens de m'appeler pour me dire que je suis une cliente exigeante, mais au fond, je lui ai simplement demander de bien vérifier ma voiture avant de me la remettre. C'est un comportement qui manque ÉNORMÉMENT de professionnalisme et de savoir vivre. Il me semble que quand on donne son argent pour un service on s'attend à ce qu'il soit bien fait? est-ce que ca fait de moi quelqu'un d'exigeant? Je déconseille fortement ce garage.
