I called in the morning to see if they could take a look at my tire that had a nail/slow leak. The lady was very nice on the phone and booked me in for that afternoon. They were very busy that day but fit me in. I didn’t have the proper spline key to get my tire off but they had the right one so I didn’t have to drive back home on the flat to get it. I found the service and friendliness was excellent. They wore masks and sanitized my vehicle before it was worked on. The cost was very reasonable and I absolutely recommend going there

Absolutely phenomenal! I was driving to Penticton and all the sudden my tire was losing air fast (10lbs in 3 minutes), I called them after I checked it (it was hissing and I could put my finger in the hole) and he said come in quickly. I drove there, he checked it out and quickly took it in the shop before I lost all air. As I waited, the gentleman at the counter kept me well informed of what was going on and what they can do about it. An old plug wore down and the plug came out, hence the loss of air fast, they couldn't fix said tire so he called around and found me the same brand/type/etc with completely close to the same tread wear close by. Lucky! With everything, I was in and out in under an hour and the price was great! Got it retorqed after the allotted time, and she was great too. You can tell they enjoy their careers. Thank you!

Worst service I have ever received! They messed up my alignment and refused to fix it unless I paid another $201, even though they caused the issue. The original service cost $300 and now they're trying to squeeze another $200 saying I messed up my own alignment and I'm lying when they're the only ones who have touched that car in the last few weeks.

Full disclosure: it was a friend, but I was witness to the stress. Excel: over $60 to balance 2 tires and broke part of the wheel doing it and refused to fix it. Fountain Tire: balanced 4 tires for free and said would replace anything they broke. You do the math.

Got a tire change here. They did a good job on that. But they told me i needed to replace a ballpoint and quoted me 600$ for it. My truck was going in for a full inspection at dodge the following week so I opted to not get them to do the work. Dodge did a full inspection on my truck and found nothing wrong with my balljoints. I didn't tell dodge about what larsens told me until after and they actually showed me my balljoint and the play specs and everything was fine. Not hating on larsens but seems like they wanted to fix a problem that didn't exist.

I went there yesterday with a flat utility tire. I just needed it pumped up. The guy behind the counter took it and pumped it up for me for no charge. Funny thing I was just brushed off by another tire competitor 5 minutes previously. A funnier thing is that I need new 35 inch tires for my truck. Guess who is getting my business? We arrived in town via Hwy 3. Coming down the Salmo/Creston we had rather severe shaking when braking. We showed up at 7:30 on Monday to see if there was any way they could take a look at our truck. Confirming what I thought, they replaced the front rotors and put new pads in as well. I now know why my dad dealt with Larsen brothers when he needed work done. There is a reason why they have been around as long as they have. It is nice to know that there are still people around to provide service that you can count on. Thank you!

I came in with my two wheel trailer that is close to 50 years old but in excellent condition. The tires installed in 2002 were in excellent condition as well but were both losing air which could have been from a number of sources, including rusty rims. I asked that it be assessed and fixed. When I picked it up it had two new rims and I also learned that one tire had a nail in it. The bill for the fix was a reasonable $143.99 and I am very happy with the result. Will be back to this business.

They worked hard to find what I needed in the used category but in the end I had to buy a new tire. Very helpful. They worked on my wheels and tires until they got it right and I really appreciate it. So now three months later I had the winters put on the car and they were excellent again. My bf had to go to kelowna and when he came back he stopped in to have the bolts tightened after 70km and someone was out doing that within minutes. Great job and service!!! I will definitely go back. Thank you!
