Ya this is THE PLACE to go for all you need. I was shocked at the customer service, comunication, curtacey, sincerty and big smiles in this plave. As a woman Ive been taken for a ride by a few in this town. Financially of coarse. Not only was this business so sincere, they didnt gouge me. They charge honest fare prices and in turn you get confidence and reassurance with a big piece of mind. You leave feeling good of what you had to spend rather than distressed over feeling gouged and unapreciated.....or respected. I wont tell anyone to go anywhere else! Thankful to West Land Auto insurance in Apple Plaza for highly recomending them to me! Tells me alot about them too!

After a really bad experience in another shop in town I went to Integrity and had my problem solved. These are the guys to go in Penticton, they don’t have fancy infrastructures like other shops but instead they have real mechanics and this is what you should look for. Michael is awesome!! Our van over heated on our road trip into Naramata from Vancouver. We had to call a tow truck and get it dropped at a shop...it was a Sunday evening! I had read the reviews about Integrity and decided that this was the place for us!! Kind personal service with a bit of humour both on the phone and in person!! Michael knew what the problem was within an hour of the shop being open...and our van was fixed a couple of hours later!! He told me how much he believed it would cost before they did the work and the price was fair. Honest people doing fine work. I would use them full time if I lived in Penticton!! Thank you Integrity!!

Integrity? Right... I brought my car to them and specified in clear terms that I wanted a diagnosis only as I thought the detailer got water into the electronics or possibly cracked the block my running water over a hot engine. lnstead they replaced a part I didn't need and I got my car back in the same condition. On top on that they told me my compression was good and charged me for a compression test. i took it home to find there was water in my spark plug holes. Pretty hard to check the compression without removing the spark plugs! Absolute crooks. Did I mention I was sworn at by Mike when I questioned them? They also had my 100% honest review deleted.

By far the best experience I’ve had with an auto repair company. I was treated right from the first moment to the last. They even shuttled me to and from my home while my car was being worked on. My car needed an oil change, general service and had suspected oil pan damage. They have been so helpful, and have explained everything they found clearly. You can tell they are wanting to do what is actually needed to be done and not do unnecessary work just to rack up a larger bill.

Car troubles ? DOUGHNUT WORRY! The staff here are awesome, full of humour and good energy. Came in today with an obnoxiously squealing car, and they fixed it to get me back on the road in 15 minutes ! I now can silently drive everywhere and anywhere without people covering their ears…. I am so happy with integrity. I called in asking about a quote I got and even though I called late they offered to look at it that day. Since I was busy I brought it in the next day instead. They let me know the quote was incorrect, all I needed was new tires. They were super professional. Although I was annoyed at the other establishment they never said anything bad about them. This establishment is honest, professional, reliable, quick and not out to make extra money on you. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. I have never felt so happy after going to a mechanic. Thanks again integrity ???????????? I will recommend you to all my car owning friends.
