PLEASE fix your undercarriage spray in your car wash. It is the one and only reason I wash my car in winter, to get the salt and road grime off, and keep any rust from starting. I have now been in for the second time in a row, and this one VERY important feature has not even given off so much as a single water droplet. Unacceptable for this time of year.

Friendly staff, fast service and attention to detail. As a former worker in the automotive industry, I'm picky! I usually do my own services and needed help this time. After service, (full coolant flush) I noticed some dripping fluid underneath my van. I brought it back and they got me in right away. The job had been done right the first time, it was just some residual water in my skid pan that was dripping down. No mistake was made. Just reminisce of their rinse job, which is another great service some places don't do. Great job, recommended for sure!

I went a couple days ago for a oil change and to replace a windshield wiper. They also checked my tire pressure, changed a filter, and tightened lug nuts. Everything was explained and costs were given to me throughout. The service was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. I dealt mostly with Randy who also showed me where a piece of trim was coming off. As I hadn't been aware of that, I was very appreciative that he informed me.

I don't like high pressure sales tactics. 1 you should use the better synthetic oil filter 2 you should use an oil flush which I had done the oil change before 3 you want a half price car wash 4 do you need new wiper blades 5 would you like to buy a new cabin air filter. The service here was absolutely amazing! Due to no fault of their own, they didnt have the type of oil and oil filter that i needed for my newer import vehicle. They had to order it from the local Lordco and call the dealership. I ended up waiting for 2 hours one day and nothing done, and the 2nd day about an hour and a half. Not ideal by any means. But, the proffesionalism of all the staff involved was above and beyond. They checked on me every once and awhile to update me on what was happening and apologized and thanked me for my patience. They genuinely felt bad and I could tell. They took care of it the next day and were very nice about it. Although it wasnt ideal , the manner in which they composed themselves and how they treated me during, will have me coming back and passing it on to others.

Stopped in yesterday for an oil change. Only had to wait a few minutes to get into a bay. I believe it was Jared who let me know of the options for an oil change. He was very good at explaining the differences to me. I also had a coupon for a regular oil change, he let me know that I could use a different coupon on my sheet to save a few more dollars. I was there probably only a total of 20 minutes.

The fellow who helped me was very knowledgable and helpful. Not just about my vehicle service but offered some excellent ideas for things to do in Penticton. My only regret is not getting the name of the gentleman who helped me.

The other fellow, I did not catch his name, who also helped from underneath the car was great as well. The service was done quickly and professionally. It was double checked by him I believe, which I thought was a great service. They did an inspection on various areas of my vehicle, and kept me apprised of what they found and didn’t find. New to town so was looking for a simple oil change, as a first time customer i didn't expect much....By far the best customer service experience I ever had at any oil change place. The gentleman who was working was professional, honest, and gave me a free car wash. Upon getting my receipt I found a free air freshener, dashboard wipes and a pen/pad! Very impressive. Will be coming here from now on.

Went in April and felt dirty when I left. They over charged me after telling me they had applied a coupon. I had tried using a coupon and they told me they had already applied one that was more than the one I offered (which wasn’t true). My wife called after I had gotten home to ask them about it and they blamed me saying that I didn’t give them the coupon until after that had charged me (which also was not true). When they were called out about that they then changed their story saying the employee was new and made a mistake. They then told us we needed to have grace for the new guy and that they felt we were wrong to say we felt wronged. I just don’t like feeling taken advantage of and gross when I leave a place and even when they are confronted with it they lie about it. Used to go to the same business in Kelowna and had no complaints but I will not go here again.

Lightening fast, fair price and unmatched customer service. Plus they were open on a Sunday when I was in a pinch! I made a mistake while trying to maintain my oil but Great Canadian Oil Change Penticton had me totally sorted in less than half an hour. They consulted with me over the phone whether I needed a tow to their shop or not (saving me $$$) and had my oil changed and my self-made problem corrected in no time flat. I loved not having to book an appointment and the the time it took for them to complete my service was much speedier than anywhere else I’ve been. I think its the way they work as a team: there were so many mechanics working on my car at one time felt like a nascar driver! The best part was the customer service. From the initial phone call to guiding me out of the garage Jared was friendly, kind, personable and professional. He was very clear about all the findings, explaining parts or service that could use doing (some degraded gaskets), were coming up (transmission fluid) or on the horizon (PH level monitoring). But he didn’t pressure or guilt me when I chose not to act on them. I really appreciate that level of respect not to steamroll the customer. Aries was very helpful too, offering to go over “any and everything” if I had any questions. This was my first time going here but I will absolutely do my maintence here from now on!

They are very thorough, checking everything they say they will check (unlike other Great Can oil changes I've been to!). WOW WOW WOW!! I had my toddler and dog with me in the car and requested a quick service. Jared was knowledgeable, efficient and incredibly kind. I was in and out in under 15 minutes - the team work displayed was remarkable. I didn’t receive any unnecessary sales pitch to upgrade this or that and felt so relieved this could all be done so quickly. Jared topped up my washer fluid, checked my belt , air filters and guided me through how my oil levels were. Owen also came to double check and was equally kind and efficient. This was all on a hot Saturday afternoon when I’m sure they’d rather have been elsewhere - I would have never known it from the exception service! Thank you very much!

I would highly recommend great Canadian oil change. They take the time to look over your vehicle and inform you on what needs to be done and what doesn't. I can tell they are honest because I recently changed my filter and when the mechanic looked at it, he said it was fine and did not need to be replaced. i clipped a deer in my car and also had someone hit and run me on the other side so my front bumper was coming out a bit. Another mechanic came by and popped it back in for me without me even asking. I really appreciated this because I tried several times and gave up. I do not feel anyone is pushy with upselling at all. I do not know much about vehicles so I appreciate the mechanics explaining why other services need to be done. See you in another 6000km!!

I have been going to the Penticton Great Canadian Oil Change for almost 3 years. We have our fleet serviced there. The majority of time we have Randy who does the servicing. He is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The service is fantastic, the wait time is minimal given the services they provide. Very often they can take me right away and if not the wait time is maybe 10 minutes. I highly recommend Great Cdn Oil Change and certainly if you get Randy doing the work you will not be disappointed.

I appreciated that he recommended services only that were relevant and didn’t try to pressure me into buying other things I didn’t need. He did recommend fuel additive and an engine air filter and showed me that mine was indeed filthy and I knew I had indeed neglected my fuel additive for a long time. Highly recommend, especially if you want to avoid shop fees from dealerships.

These people should offer clinics for other businesses on how to treat customers. There are a few review comments about upselling which I disagree with. The technicians inform you of recommended services, and won’t press if you decline. That is due diligence, not upselling.

Owen was kind, straightforward and very descriptive, but made the concepts easy to understand. When I go to auto service places I usually leave feeling like they were just trying to sell me the highest priced service, and as many services as possible. But I felt like Owen completely respected my limited finances, gave me a run down on the priority level of each service needed in my vehicle and I felt like he was speaking to me like a friend would, being straight up with what needed to be done, but realistic on the timeline and necessity of each service. At the Penticton location today - Randy and Taylor hit it out of the park! I pulled in at 10:22 am, had a 5 minute wait while they finished helping the customer in front of me and I was leaving by 10:41 am ... Outstanding service, quick, informative, super friendly and very courteous. Randy explained why the air filter needed changing and then showed me ... yuck ... dust and pollen and weeds oh my! I am someone who normally does everything I can on my own, rather than hire other people. I came to GCOC to have a coolant flush done, and it was such a great experience that I actually came back for an oil change several months later. Their oil change come with a LOT of extra value added through all of the other checks and numerous small maintenance items that they do: Greasing bearings, checking battery life, tire pressure, trans/diff/steering fluid etc... These are the things that will keep your car running clean and for a long time. They even did a light check with me! Even if you normally do your own oil changes, I highly recommend at least the periodic oil change at GCOC, they're professional, knowledgeable, and well worth the price.

I had an oil change done with Chelsea Ouimette, done last Wednesday. She was very professional, approachable, and did a fantastic job with our SUV. We had an oil change done, and flush. Our oil change sticker had fallen off and I couldn't remember when it had last been done. the Oil was pretty cooked. I also had to replace the cabin and air filters. As well as was overdue for a transmission flush. Got it all done. I had a coupon from Online for the Oil, and she gave me the best possible prices on the flush, and clean for the transmission as it was turning out to be quite the job$$. I had 3 kids in the car, she was wonderful with all of us and made sure we all had water since it was going to be a bit longer than the usual oil change. VERY happy with my service. and recommend Chelsea highly if you get the chance. she is very good at what she does.

Upon my most recent visit, Chelsea was telling me she is moving, which is exciting for her, but will miss having her take care of my car. Nothing worse than having your car break down out of town, on a long weekend. We went in to see if there was anything that could be done to help us get back home. Even though the problem wasn’t something they typically address, they looked anyway and their team was able to give us a quick fix so we were able to at least get Home. Today I found a great place to change the engine oil into my car.I was really impressed by young girl named Chealsy,she was so Polite and helpful to make customers happy.She gave me a cup of coffee while I was waiting inside the car.I had a Engine Check light on and I never told her to see it but Chealsy saw and identified the problem for my car and advised me to fix this.I was really shocked about this.She has a huge customer service experienced. The two gentleman also helped to check all the fluids in my car without charging and they gave me a feedback at the end so I would definitely to go back to them and fix it.
