Earl and the staff went above and beyond in my opinion to get my truck safely back on the road. I was up for the weekend from the coast and they squeezed me in on a Saturday with short notice. Earl informed and explained to me everything that needed to be done, very professional and courteous. My truck runs like a top thanks to Earl and his team. I couldn't recommend them any better other than if I lived in Penticton these would definately be my go to guys! Thanks again!!

Our truck broke down when we were on our way home from vacation in Penticton. Luckily they could take us in last minute on a Saturday. They were courteous to our situation and helped to make sure we could get to a hotel from the shop. We had to wait for parts to come in but they prioritized our truck as soon as the parts came in so we could get back home. When the truck was ready they picked me up in Kaleden to bring me back to my vehicle. Great customer service and a wonderful experience! Thank you for taking care of use in a very stressful situation.

They dropped me off and picked me up at my apartment which I highly appreciated. I came here because they were recommended to me by the finance company I bought my car from. I brought my vehicle here for several issues I was having with the car I had recently purchased used. When I got it back my vehicle ran like it was brand new. Our car battery was completely fried and needed a quick fix. We called a number of car mechanics but none picked up or could help. Earl picked up and had a battery for us within 5 minutes. He even came to boost our car. Earl was professional, honest and incredibly helpful. He was able to diagnose our problem and replace the battery within an hour. These guys are great. Free AIR with s compressor outside for public use FREE!!! MY MOTORHOME TAKES 100PSI TRY A GAS STATION NO WAY! THESE GUYS SAVED THE DAY! THANKS GUYS ALL MY PARTS WILL BE BOUGHT HERE. THX FOR THE AIR AT NO CHARGE. Glad not to see greed here like gas station for a fu buck the charge for no psi. I'd never get air in my tires at one if those, I should know because my husband and I imported in the strongest compressors in the world a few years ago.

I went to this place diagnosis my car to fix it. They suggest me change the whole tires to get rid of noise from underneath. I changed it all, but it was not the tires problem, still has same issue, so I went to visit another place and he pick right way it is a wheel bearing problem..(go reliable one!!) so oh well I wasted $1,000 for change the tires

We were on a quick climbing trip to Skaha and trying to stay self-contained camping. Our check engine light came on as we were leaving town on Canada Day at 5:00. Everyone we called was closing and said they were either booked up or not taking appointments. Napa Autopro not only answered the phone, but told us to drive the truck and trailer carefully in limp-mode to their location 1.5km away where we could stay overnight in our trailer and they'd work on the truck first thing in the morning. They saw us pull in, showed us where to back the trailer up, and even allowed us to plug into their power. They were open at 7:55am, truck diagnosed by 8:45 and parts ordered and repair completed by 1:00. They even offered us a drive to local beach or shopping, which we declined to limit our social footprint on the town. Amazing people and great service.
