We had an emergency problem with our RV on a Dodge Promaster chassis. No Dealer in Parry Sound. Canadian Tire recommended Georgian. The service was fabulous. We had radiator fluid spewing out so quickly we couldn't drive any further. They sent their mechanic, Rudy, to the parking lot where we were stranded. He put more fluid in for us and escorted us to the garage. He then figured out the problem (it wasn't common or expected) and he fixed it promptly. The charge was reasonable. We are very grateful to this service.

Recently on a trip from Thunder Bay to Windsor I had a water pump failure on my truck. It was on a Saturday night stop in Parry Sound for refueling, when I opened my hood to check my oil and noticed coolant covering the engine. I was stuck there all Sunday as every shop was closed. Early Monday I was horrified to find that every shop I call was booked for weeks. I had left my name and number for a hopeful cancellation with Georgian Truck Service. About 45 minutes later they called me to say that they would at least take a quick look just to see what the problem might be, as it might simply be a loose clamp or something. I don't believe there was even a cancellation. I arrived there about 11am and by 2pm I was fixed and all ready to go. They where so polite, so friendly, and quick. When busy people take the time to go out of they're way for a broke down stranger, to me that is so refreshing and so good to know there are truly good people out there. Thank you Georgian Air and Truck Service. Special thanks to Justin. He made it all possible with a smile and a free Timmies. ????????

Over the busy long weekend, while on our way home from vacation, we heard a terrible sound coming from the front of our vehicle and we just knew we had better pull over and check the tyres and , thankfully, we were metres away from the Parry Sound turn off. We parked at the nearest and safest spot we could and began checking our tyres and anything else that it could be. Michael, who just happened to be a mechanic, was in the right place at the right time. He looked over the situation and shared his professional opinion that it was definitely not safe to continue our journey home. He contacted his boss at Georgian Automotive, and we arranged to park our vehicle over the holiday weekend at their property and the team would look at it and make the necessary repairs so we could get back on the road home. A big thank you to the entire team at Georgian Automotive for their excellent service and repair!

Absolutely fantastic service. They were very busy and booked up for a week in advance, but looked at our vehicle anyway. Jumped right under, took it for a spin, and then told us what the trouble was. Even though they were swamped, they wanted to make sure we were safe. (We were.) Such a nice Experience. We need more people like this. Thank you!

These guys are great. we used to go elsewhere but found the service declining rapidly so we thought we would shop around a bit. Wheel bearing on a car went, so we called Georgian. Best decision I could have made. They tell you about other problems there might be, give you a timeline for how long you can wait, honest and professional. Great value, great service, and they do their best to fit you in in an emergency. Hope they stay awesome forever!

Got four new cooper weathermaster WSC snow tires installed today on my 2014 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk. Owner and his son were very nice. I got a great deal on my tires and even a $50.00 on line rebate. Tires were ready and mounted, balanced on a new set of alloy rims...awesome looking. In and out in no time and no requests for a deposit when I pre-ordered and booked my installation. You don't have that happen everyday!

Unfortunately I got a flat tire while driving during a long weekend and knowing my spare was rated for 200km and I was 350km away, I was stuck! Georgian Automotive was closed, but they opened the shop, changed my tire and sent me on my way! The owner was beyond kind and I would highly recommend his shop to anyone!

Justin took real good care of me and my 2015 Nissan Frontier down at Georgian Automotive. They did some really nice work replacing my rotors and brake pads and my truck is now stopping better than it did when it was new! Very polite service as well as lots of knowledge! I will definitely be using them as my go to mechanics from now on. So glad that I found a trustworthy mechanic shop in town that is reasonable with their prices and only fixes what needs fixing!
