I just recently booked a service appointment for my new Bronco Sport. This was my first service and of course it would have to be one of the coldest days yet. I dropped my vehicle off at 9 am. I was given a ride home. I received a call at 11 that the job was done, asked for a pick up and by 12 I was driving my baby again. I give credit to the lady in service but whoever does the work is utter garbage. "Fixed my tailgate" while stripping the bolts and scratching all around them to nice shiney metal that will rust and leaving a tool there to get jammed in AND causing the door not to work. Complained about my auto start stop not working... DID NOTHING. ALL UNDER 60K WARRANTY. MADE THE MISTAKE of using them to rotate front tires to back etc. NOTHING INVOLVING BRAKES OR CALIPERS just to find something causing a loud ping in my front well to find a metal bar was used to hold -something- (usually a caliper to STOP the brake line being damaged) was left in there banging around and coulda caused an accident. Waiting for money to get a full inspection done to go after ford to uphold their warranty coverage they have ignored and going to camvap. Love the vehicle and have wanted an f150 since I was 4. But never going ford again.

Very happy with the service I received from the service department. I know scheduling can be difficult, I only wish that I could have gotten my truck in sooner for a diagnostics of the issue. My first phone call was on May 21, however I could not get in until May 30th. So I was a bit concerned that I would do more damage and limited the use my of the truck during this 10 day wait.

Nearly completely incompetent service department. The man behind the service desk is the type that will tell you your vehicle needs parts and service it doesn't need and charge you beyond top $...and the woman behind the parts desk is horribly rude. This shop is a perfect example of a ma&pa tire shop that got lucky enough to franchise with Ford. If someone from Ford head office ever did an unannounced service evaluation they would end up taking their name off the building and build a proper dealership themselves. I will NEVER do business with, or refer anyone to, L&H Motors again. Recommend taking your Ford or potential purchase to Cavalcade in Bracebridge, Bourgios in Midland, or obviously Barrie Ford. If you the reader live in Parry Sound and for what ever reason won't have the time to take your potential new vehicle elsewhere, to get even basic service, I would recommend buying from a different manufacturer/dealership in town. Keep in mind the a lot of the other reviews of this forum are from the owners, workers and family of the fore-mentioned.

Fantastic dealership in Parry Sound! Haven’t bought a vehicle here but I do get my f150 and explorer serviced here and they have the best service staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They recognize me when showing up for appointment and keep me updated by text or calls when there is something to communicate. They always make sure that anything broken on my vehicle is fixed under warranty whenever possible to save me money which I really appreciate. Would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle here or get there vehicle serviced here. Hope in the future they can support electric vehicle sales and service.

New to Ford products and had a very hard time originally getting the car I wanted. Eventually I picked one up a few hours away and am using Bourgeois for all my service and already impressed with time, price and service. I needed new rear brakes and where I'm used to a week of waiting, Bourgeois had new brakes and my car back the next day and even with a part warranty which my other vehicles didn't offer... I plan to keep my mustang serviced here for the upcoming future

Worst place to go the mechanics are incompetent and need more training to work on a vehicle and will be calling motor and safety department and service department do not no how to use a phone they do not call or listen and managers pass the blame and say they will help but don't ever call back took my truck somewhere else the fixed it in 1 hour and called every step of the way from the time it got there to the mechanics working on it

I leave frustrated 90% of the time I go in. Too many negative experiences to list: all but one service person is rude, they don’t call as asked, they fixed a problem without calling for approval, my vehicle has been blocked in when I’ve called to say I’m coming after hours, saying there’s no problem to end up fixing the problem 3 months later.... they’re ok for BASIC maintenance. Main issue is the attitude and poor customer service.

My F150 broke down on the Friday afternoon of a long weekend. Called up the service department, and dealt with Kate. I dropped it off knowing full well they probably wouldn't get to it until the following Tuesday. Kate called me back a couple hours later, and said they would have my truck fixed by Tuesday morning and ready to go for my 6 hour drive home. I booked my appointment for oil change and new winter tires and rims. I told them my new phone number and the person wrote it down. When I went in to pick up my vehicle they said they had been trying to call me to see if I wanted rims using my old phone number. I did this was discussed when I booked the appointment and again when I dropped off the keys. I was told they would contact me to get the tires and rims on, waited two weeks no one called. Called them and they said someone would call me back no one did. Called again, finally a month after my original appointment the snow tires were put on.

We were camping nearby and our Ranger was running very rough. We wouldn't have been able to drive the 1.5 hours home without possibly damaging the engine. Had just recently purchased it at Bourgeois in Midland, so we searched online and found that there's a Bourgeois North. Contacted them and they told us to come in right away. It was about a ten minute drive there and we managed to get it there slowly. Turns out the wiring had been chewed on by some rodent, but there were still two cylinders that were firing. They did the work in the lot because the trailer was still attached. Took about two hours - and they put it under warranty (no charge). Very friendly and excellent service!! ????????????

Really great people. They helped me out in an emergency. I was on my way to a work site up north. A bunch of check engine lights came on so i pulled into Parry Sound for the night. First thing in the morning, they got me in and checked me out. The cleared my engine lights, everything was fine and i made it up to my work site. And didn't even charge me!!!! I even offered to pay. My recent visit to Bourgeois Ford North was simply outstanding. My vehicle failed to start on Sunday and I called first thing Monday and asked how to proceed as I had extended warranty coverage including roadside assistance. I was given instructions on the number to call and the info I would need to provide. I called Ford roadside assistance and they arranged everything. My vehicle was picked up and taken to the Dealership. Around 4:00PM I received a call from Lisa to advise my Vehicle was fixed, they had the part needed and had installed it and it was ready to be picked up. All I can say is Friendly People and Awesome Service. While nobody wants a breakdown they do occur and to experience this type of service is outstanding. Well done Bourgeois!!!
