I went shopping for new winters and thought I would look near my work and I found Michel again. I had first met Michel over 10 years ago when he was on St. Joseph Blvd with Traction Tires. We had moved away from Ottawa for a few years and I was beyond excited to have found him again at his new shop Tire 'N' Rim City! I can tell you that Michel has and continues to provide exceptional customer service! My experience with Michel has always been more than 5 stars! He answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to get my new tire rebate. I am beyond elated with my new winters tires! It's a bonus that it was so convenient and easy as the shop is so close to my work. But really I the best part of it all is experiencing Michel's 5*** customer service again! Good customer service, offers good selection of tires and rims. Appointments are required either by in person or on phone for services. Masks are required and store is reasonably spacious for your visit and have a small lounge for customers with refreshments. All and all good and recommend it ???? 'Taking the car in' is usually a chore I put off. Michel and staff were fantastic and the place is comfy and fun to hang out at. I was shocked at the price! They put my hubby's winter tires on TWICE because he didn't have the correct lug nuts at first. Tire N Rim City charged less than what most places would've charged to do it once.! Definitely going back!

This place deserves every bit of 5 star rating they have. From the minute I walked in to Tire ‘N’ Rim city I was treated very well. I have visited a bunch of places before this one and what a breath of fresh air it is to come across someone who really cares about their customers. Reasonable prices and they work VERY quickly. The waiting room is also very satisfying! I would definitely recommend anyone looking for car services to go!! 10/10

Right beside my boyfriend’s gym, he had always told me how sweet his interactions have been (with Michel- the best), and we’ve been there ever since! This place is amazing. I first heard about them when I entered a radio contest for new winter tires but decided to give them a try (though I didn't win ) cause I like that they gave back. I was treated with kindness and respect , which is at times rare as a female in a mechanic shop. The service was quick and hassel free. I paid the price we had agreed on over the phone. And it was cheaper than Costco and Canadian Tire. Simply Amazing. ????

Needed my winter tires put on, made a call to Michel at 12noon, said to bring my car in and it would be ready by around 430. Got there and they were just finishing up but was then advised that there was a nail and screw in my winter tires but they would fix it, took no time at all. Tires are on, all good, very clean shop, Michel is kind, friendly and price is very good. Highly recommend this company to everyone. I will definitely be going back when required. Fantastic Service! The team here have been incredible to me in my experience so far. I recently dropped in after feeling a vibration in my car on the highway. They scheduled me to come in the very next day to begin diagnosing the issue. Their strategy with diagnosing the issue was focused around cost mitigation with me. They tried re-balancing and rotating the wheels before jumping to any high cost mechanical solutions. Their mechanic took me on a test drive to help identify the problem and explained what might be causing the vibrations as we drove. After isolating the problem as being an issue with my tires themselves, they ordered two new tires to replace the damaged ones and installed them on my car that afternoon. All in all, the process was smooth, fast and low-cost. I was only charged for the new tires and the various diagnosis tests were done free of charge. As a student on a budget, I really appreciate their approach to business. They treated me with respect, communicated the process, and were incredibly efficient. I plan on going back again in the future!
