I have never written a review before, but these guys were great! After being told I needed to buy new winter tires by an auto shop, I went to SuperTire because I had heard of their affordable prices. They were over $200 cheaper than any other place and so I prepaid for my tires and scheduled the installation. Once they saw my old winter tires, they told me that I still had 1-2 seasons left and offered to refund my money for the ones I just bought! Instead of taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge, they were honest and generous enough to return my money and use my old tires. Highly recommend them.

They did not have used tires in my size but had new tires at an incredible price. Went in next day and they did the work in less than 30 minutes and there were no issues. The next day, I noticed one of the tires was low, and went by and found it was the valve in the new tire. Resolved the issue and I was out in no time. I would and will strongly recommend them.

Super Tire is Super Friendly, too! Badly needed new all-season tires and this place delivered! Got brand new tires with excellent price including install/balance. Very friendly, very quick and high quality service. Even offered service advice as I needed some shock work. Highly recommended.

You must be aware that it is first come first serve so plan accordingly but they are efficient so the wait time is not that long.

I go there with a mint set of gun metal OEM Toyota rims to just take the tires off. They take the tire off and every single rim has scratch marks on them. I show them the damage and they said "Oh we have new workers". I don't understand why they don't train them properly to not scratch the rim. I just bought these rims from London yesterday I did a 12 hour drive in one day back and forth to go and buy them because they were in pristine condition. Now I have scratched up rims. No comment from the owner this time I bet...

This is a fantastic little tire Shop. Don't let the size fool you, Igor and Ishmael run a store to meet all your tire needs and repairs. Very clean, tidy, and efficient. I was visiting Ottawa and got a low tire warning light on. As I was driving around to find somewhere to get air I saw the shop. After pulling in and explaining the problem to Igor, they found which tire was low, added air and also checked the others to make sure all were Safe. All done with a smile at no charge. This is Customer service you don't see anymore, I would Highly recommend them, they've earned my trust for my family's safety, and certainly live up to their name Super Tire Thanks for getting us home.

Great! Quick, efficient. I sat in my car and watched the pit crew take off and throw away my summer tires, then mount some used, but decent, winter tires on the newly naked rims. They balanced the wheels first. It cost $100, all inclusive. I'll come back when the season changes to put on summer shoes.

My first visit to super tire was a big disappointment, I thought reading their reviews I would be walking into a professional shop, they don't even have a hoist for the cars. I called them to find tires to fit my car. I gave the receptionist the size of my tires and she instantly began screaming at me and telling me she was too busy to help me and that I should call back with the right information. I figured she was just having a bad day, so I let it go and did not make a complaint. I called back a few days later hoping the receptionist would be in a better mood, but again she screamed at me and was completeting ignorant. Again I gave her the correct information and she told me not to call her again and waste her time. I called a different tire place, gave them the same information I gave the ignorant receptionist and they were able to help me with no problems and no attitude. I will not be giving them any of my business in the future, and I hope they speak to that receptionist and tell her to change her attitude as she is not suited for a customer service position. I would not recommend Super Tires to anyone.
