So far I haven't had good service at all. Last year, I tried to contact them to by wheels. They never responded to e-mails that I sent and when I called, the service was extremely slow and felt like I wasn't taken seriously. This year, they sold me the wrong bolts for my wheels. (and they saw my wheels to make make sure they were selling me the "right ones". Because of the wrong bolts, I almost lost a wheel while driving on the highway. Few weeks later, my garage ordered some lock nuts from them. They told him that it would take less than a week to receive them. 2 weeks later they said that they didn't received them. The day after (Friday) I went back to my garage and they called them again. The guy told my mechanic that they had received my bolts 2 weeks ago... When I went to get them and pay for them, I don't know if it's because I'm a woman but once again, they made me feel like I wasn't taken seriously. I gave them 3 chances and they never impressed me. The reason why I went there was because it's close to my work but with all the bad experience that I had, I will continue to go elsewhere.

The best rim and tire place in Ottawa. Never once had a problem from there. When the owner Mony tells me my tires are here Wednesday, they are here Wednesday. There have been delays in the past but it was attributed to the manufacturers, not them. He would also reach out to let me know instead of me having to chase after them. They also take you in quickly and finish quickly, if not within the time he quoted you, you're maybe waiting an extra 20 minutes which if anyone is really complaining about an extra 20-30 minutes, try going somewhere else and see how bad other shops' customer service is compared to here. I once got my rims from another shop, got quoted 3 weeks time frame, got them 2.5 months later. When I needed to re-order another one due to a cracked rim, went to Sipan, got it within 10 business days. Keep it up guys! Life long customer.

I went in and asked if I could be in and out. I was promised this was possible. I ended up waiting an hour in the parking had to go ask 3 times what was going on only to find out a machine was broken at which point I was impolitely handed my keys back. Even at that point I was told they didn't know how long it would take. All that was required was a real timeframe. Never got service.

Great service. Amazing price! Probably best in the city, when it comes to good quality brands and service. It's first come, first served. The earlier you are there, the better. Very busy place, especially the day after snow. But I most certainly recommend it. When I called and asked for advice on a rim that would fit over my big breaks, they right away knew. Other dealers in the area suggested steel rims and at a higher price.

I purchased rims and winter tires recently from Sipan. They can be hard to reach at times, presumably because they're busy. They're very knowledgeble, nice facility with show room, fast service and good prices. They did not take appointments. Rather, when your tires/rims are ready to be installed, you're expected to show up and they will serve you on a first come/first serve basis. I was in and out in roughly 40 minutes. I recommend this place.

I'm never going back to Canadian tire again. At Sipan, you do have to wait quite a bit, but the service rep, Mony displays customer service you don't often see. He knows his stuff inside and out. He listens to what you want, then offers real, honest recommendations, instead of telling you to go for the more expensive option. Service is cheaper than most places, yet they know what they're doing. They have a wider variety of brands, and options than anywhere I've been so you don't have to settle for either the worst or the best quality. I don't live close to Sipan at all, but I will continue to make the drive for the well being of my car, my patience, and my temper! The store itself is beautifully clean, and relaxed. Worth the wait.

Awesome customer service and they know what they doing. Had very hard time with installing rims on my Tesla from Kanata Rims. They ended up scratching new rims and did not dry fit it first. Rims did not fit plus they drove with calipers clearly rubbing. Sipan was lot more professional with huge amount of experience. They dry fitted it first and made sure it will fit perfectly before mounting tires. I'll never go see anyone else for rims or tires ever again. Thanks Sipan!

Needed a tire replaced, called ahead and was given a fairly short time frame needed to bring the tire from somewhere else. Had a coworker bring me over and drop off the car with a half hour time frame to get it back. Three hours later it wasn't ready. Was given a laundry list of excuses and finally got what I needed and was sent on my way having paid full price for the tire and labour. No offer of discount to apologize. Don't think I'll be back.

Came to Sipan not because of their fantastic selection of rims but for their detailing service. I went for the blue diamond service because I needed a complete detail. I was treated with respect and courtesy; they made sure to check with me if there was any concerns (e.g. I have front seat covers so they made sure to ask me which one I wanted serviced). They were attentive to detail and helped secure the few belongings I forgot to empty from the car. Overall, the cleanliness after the detailing was great, and they made sure to give extra attention to any problem spots. The pricing is fairly reasonable; I have paid more in the past and received worse. Definitely recommend their detailing service.

After I put down cash what I was quoted, he would not give me my keys back and started to become aggressive. I can't say enough about Sipan and it's quality of service. We had our SUV fully cleaned/detailed inside and out. When I picked it up later in the afternoon, it looked like a brand new vehicle in a showroom. I'm not kidding. Even a couple of quests we picked up a few days later asked up if it was a new car. I was very impressed with the service at Sipan. I had a flat tire caused by a punctured sidewall that was not repairable. My car has Toyo tires - a common tire brand - but I could not find a replacement tire anywhere, not even at the dealership. Sipan was able to locate the tire for me and have it mounted and installed the very same day. The service was very friendly and they thoroughly cleaned ever surface that anyone touched, including my keys and the interior of my car. Highly recommended!

Called in this morning with a nail in my tire, told me to come whenever, popped over an hour after I called and they had it all done in under an hour, I even suspect they rinsed my truck off of the salts and slush I set it up for my wife to go get winter tires and she came back with a glowing review as well, this is how you get people coming back year after year

I have been buying my tires and rims at Sipan for at least 6 years now. For the first few years I would shop around for the best price but Sipan's prices were always the best. I don't even bother shopping around anymore. I just my winters today for a new vehicle. Best price and even beats Tire rack if you look at taxes, installation balancing. A few weeks ago I had a punctured tire, fixed it in no time. Service is fantastic. I have dealt with alot of tire shops in last 35 years and this is by far one of the best.

I've bought 2 sets of tires here and just ordered a 3rd set today! About 2 months after purchasing the second set I had a problem with one of my front tires so I brought the car in to get the tires checked out. Once I got to sipan they put the car on the lift and the owner took me to the back to explain in full detail what the problem was. It turned out my mechanic put a normal winter tire back on my rim instead of my usual all season run flats!! Those of you with AWD vehicles will understand my frustration!! Anyways even though it wasn't they're fault they ordered me 2 new front tires right away. Thank you so much Sipan!

Brought my car to have tires nitrogen filled. Requested them to have a look at two tires losing air, told me everything was fixed and good to go. Woke up with PSI going from 37 to 28 on the tires that had the same issues before bringing it in. They did not look at the tires.

I got my 2005 Mazda 3 detailed at Sipan with their Blue Diamond cleaning package and I was extremely impressed and satisfied. I always find something that a detailer misses or does a bad job cleaning every spring I get my car cleaned, but this year I went with Sipan and I'm very glad I did. I couldn't find a single spot on the car, inside and out, that wasn't cleaned perfectly. The most impressive part of the cleaning was under the hood, which I posted photos of for you to see before and after — simply amazing! I'll be back next year for sure, so glad I found a place that meets my high expectations for a spring detailing after our harsh winters full of salt and sand. This place was recommended by a friend. This was my 2nd year returning and I'm always more of a repeat satisfaction customer before leaving a review. I learned that these guys work late into after hours to get their cars done to ensure their customers leave happy they got their winter tires on. I was happy with the service last year and this year while I decided to wait 2 hours earlier for my car (I was last in the queue)... I observed many returning customers whom greeted the staff like they knew each other for years and the staff were always pleasant, cheerful and helpful. I also brought my tires in with a concern that there was a slow leak on one of my run flats and I really did not want to dish out $$$ for new tires and hoped for an easy repair! Thanks Moni, you are the best! For new customers, please read my story: I have been a client of Moni for more than 5 years. Last year, I got a new Mercedes c450 amg. I got new forged wheels and tires from another provider (I was looking for something very specific, no fault on Moni for that). Winter time came and I got my winter tires from Moni. When my car was in the shop, he and Jeff (the mechanic) let me know that the wheels have been incorrectly bolted! Itwas a huge and dangerous mistake from the previous provider. Jeff took the time to rethread the hubs and lug bolts and intall thinner spacers in the front to ensure my car would be safe to drive. That`s great Customer service. There were 12 people waiting outside before opening, they opened 5 minutes early and I was out the door and on my way to work within minutes. Pick-up in the afternoon was just as fast.
