I went to Parker Auto because I was in need of a quick muffler repair, oil change and had an A/C issue. I was greeted by the team, who were all patient, honest and friendly. I handed over my keys the next day for the repairs and within a few hours I received a call where they gave an honest run down of the issues without beating around the bush or any underhanded sales tactics. Once I gave the Ok for repairs, they had my car ready within a couple of hours. From start to finish, the entire crew made the experience a great one and worked to fix the car as quickly as possible. Now, I look forward to coming here again for my next maintenance run.

Super quick and easy to book an appointment online through their website. Was contacted within 1 hour to confirm the appointment via email, but you can choose to be contacted via phone. They repaired my exhaust quickly and the car sounds great now. Plus, they gave me some great advice about finding hard to find parts for my discontinued vehicle. Will be returning for future repairs!

I use to go for 20 years when the father Dave ran the shop. I continued when the son took over for a short time. My 1987 GTA was in the shop several times once I left it for 2 months to trouble shoot a loss of power problem. After spending alot of money changing parts doing a tune up and other things that the Son felt was causing the issue the issue is back same problem it was never solved. Ontop of that not being solved the son who was fustrated with my car alarm ripped it out instead of destalling properly has caused furtherer wiring short no hazards and no singles. My partner found cut wires everywhere. Now need to go through the whole car wiring system thanks to hothead mechanic son. Thankfully my partner is now solving the problems who is a backyard mechanic not licensed like the kid who now runs the shop. I do not recommend this shop any further. Not experienced enough nothing like his father excellent work and customer service zero patience like the father.

WHEEL ALIGNEMNT! Had to go to dealer and learned they got everything possible wrong!! They don't know German Cars! (I can't imagine what would have happened had I let/asked them to root further in diagnosing the alignment problem) - update- Having discussed unplugging the car battery with them, I'm now replacing my alternator because the dealer says someone probably reconnected it wrong. (1300$ repair)...

I was in the neighbourhood looking for some all season tires. I went into the store and legit was waiting for 15 minutes to be served. I had a slight cough and while coughing, somebody in the back was coughing right after me.. It was one of those awkward things that you had to have been there to see. It was like “ya buddy we hear ya”. I ended up leaving and an employee walked right past me on the way out, didn’t even ask if I had been served. I took my 800 cash and just went to Kanata Rim and Tire. Will never go back to this place again.

I'm sure there are other shops in town that use the Hunter Road Force tire balancing system, but these people are the only ones who advertise it. Low profile tires are notoriously difficult to balance, and Road Force simulates real world conditions to ensure a proper balance. I've had a dozen tires installed and balanced by Parker, they've always done a top notch job.

They are nice guys, but I can't say Im satisfied with the service I received here. I brought my car in and told them the issue I was having with a low speed wobble and shake at higher speeds, a hollow friction noise that sounded like a bad wheel bearing, and squealing from my brakes which I had just replaced a couple months previous. The first mechanic said he couldn't feel or hear anything, which really shocked me. The second guy to look at it said he could feel it but it was very minor. As if it wasn't a big deal because he thought it was minor. They very quickly told me that they would need to sell me a set of tires in order to further diagnose the problem ($1000+). I was very hesitant to buy these tires because I didn't feel like they were causing my problem, and this would eat up a large portion of my budget that I had to fix the real issue. He was very confident that it was the tires causing the problem. So I went ahead with it. When I picked up the car, the wobble as well as the shake was still there. They justified me needing new tires because although the tread was still good, there was some superficial cracking of rubber on the outside wall and it was "unsafe". I'm glad they are concerned for my safety, but I came here to fix the wobble and shake, not a safety inspection. I brought the car back 2 more times, was told they brought it to a transmission shop that couldn't identify the problem. they said they had looked at it extensively and couldn't find the problem but they had replaced a wheel bearing free of charge. There was also a squeal from my brakes which I mentioned several times to the mechanics, my concern was ignored and was never diagnosed. My other concern was that I was getting a different story depending on which mechanic I spoke to in the shop. One guy said its likely a front differential issue or bad power transfer unit, and another said the next step would be a replacement of part of a front axle, but both would just be "shots in the dark" The lack of consistency from each person left me feeling like they didn't really take this issue seriously. I feel as though they jumped quickly to tires being the problem without properly investigating every avenue of possibility until the problem was resolved. I ended up bringing my car back and forth to this garage, and I'm still at square one with this problem, after spending over $1000 on tires that did nothing to solve my issue. I cant imagine there is no way to really find the cause of this shake and low speed wobble, as well as the noise from the wheels. The final recommendation from the owner was to "drive it for a few more weeks and see if it goes away" which was really disappointing to hear, after having brought my car back and forth so many times without resolve. I ended up having to drive this wobbly and shaky car to Toronto and back, and it was bothering me the entire time.

Had a flat tire. These guys helped me with a plug right away for a reasonable price. Didn't push me to buy a new tire. Spoke to another customer, she said that she's been going to them for years. In fact her parents and siblings also take their vehicles to Parker Auto Care. If I need a mechanic I will definitely try these guys again.

All the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and are willing to walk you through the work they've done. Their estimates and final cost are very reasonable and completely transparent with no hidden charges or 'padding' on the bill. These guys put so much effort, really above-and-beyond service, into every job that comes in. Any problem with either of our family vehicles, we always take them here and we have never been dissatisfied or disappointed.

I came to them with a problem I thought was bigger, they could have done what I asked and taken my money.
