Ottawa Tires and Rims is the best place to get, well, tires and rims! Matt is super knowledgeable and so helpful in his advice. Great experience! I submitted a request for information on rims this morning and Matt emailed me back right away with all the information I needed. They even put the rims on my tires for me when I arrived without an appointment! Everyone was very friendly and wonderful! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommended these guys!! These guys are fast. Like if i drove a race car i would be able to compare them to nascar pit crew. We had an appointment, its the season of winter tires so maybe thats why all hands on deck, but we were happy customers. I needed a bathroom visit and had it been a number 2 it would have taken longer then the tire change. ???? Should we need tires in the future we will certainly be considering coming back here.

Been coming to these guys for a couple of years after being unable to get an appointment to change tires at my previous place. Since day 1, these guys have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. They helped troubleshoot issues arising from service done at another location without charging an exorbitant fee (like my dealer does). Once my warranty expires on my car, I plan on getting as much of my service done here as possible. They are honest and have very reasonable prices. They remember you by name and are always courteous. They have never pushed me to pay for more expensive services and worked with me to explore solutions that fit my budget. These guys are a class act and I cannot recommend anyone else for your tire & general car needs.

With covid cases in Ottawa being at an all-time high, none of these employees were wearing masks or following physical distancing protocols with themselves or customers. I called 311 and apparently the manager claimed that ALL employees have medical conditions and therefore could not wear a mask. If you are looking to get your tires changed during the pandemic (and be safe while doing so), I would recommend going elsewhere.

I just got a new set of off-road rims and tires for my Grand Cherokee Jeep at Ottawa Tires & Rims. My special order came in on time, installed on schedule with no extra waiting time around the shop. I was on my way back to work as I planned. This is my second purchase at their shop. Less than two years ago, I got another set of specialized off-roading rims and tires for a Subaru.They have the best client service and comparable prices in town. Absolutely fantastic service, I got a great deal on my winter tires and when one got a slow puncture a couple of months later (nail imbedded) they fixed it for me, I was in and out in five minutes. I highly recommend this place for the quality of service.

When looking for winter tires and rims they had the best price by over $200 than everywhere else in town. The guys at the shop are very friendly and helpful. They also have the best price to get your tires swapped out for the season at $39.99. The best part is you're in and out in 15 minutes or less! I won't ever go anywhere else!

Where to start lol. Been wanting to get rims for my RS3 and after checking online and reading the reviews it just seemed to make sense to go with Ottawa Tires & Rims. A big thanks to Matt, Moe and the other guys in the shop. I don't know how many times I ended up calling and emailing Matt ...crazy amount lol. Matt was always super chill, and I never felt like I was bothering or wasting his time. After giving him a rough idea of what I wanted he sent me like 10 options, I ended up going with the 1st one lol. I ended up having to switch my appointment since the weather forecast had 10 centimeters of snow and that wasn't an option for me. Again, spoke with Matt and he totally understood and we simply changed the appointment. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thanks Matt and everyone at Ottawa Tires & Rims. #FirstClass

LOVE THIS SHOP! Always a great experience coming through for tires, bought a set of rims, tires, weights, lug nuts, and pressure sensors back in the summer from them and they did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, quick and friendly service, and the price was incredible. Was such a great job I decided to get them to strip the rubbers off my old rims, and replace them with new winter rubbers for me so I'm not using steel rims. Once again, nothing but praise can be said for the guys at the shop, they had me in and out within 30 min, another great price, and it's nice to see a shop that actually has fun with their job instead of being silent and not interactive with each other. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family, and plan on going through them for all my rim and tire needs in the future
