After being turned away from Costco for two reasons - 1) they weren't taking any more cars for the day 2) they refused to plug my flat tire saying it was too close to the edge....I went to Ottawa Tire and was in and out in 15 minutes, for $15. My tire was plugged no problem, tested, put back on my car with rim. All was good. There was no hesitation. These guys were quick, pleasant, efficient, and got right down to business. No games. I was happy, and am happy to recommend should you need to fix a flat.

So ya end up going to see them to do two wheels and balancing for $15 each when it came down to doing the work I was asking make sure that you do it properly and then I was told by the manager don't worry you'll do a good job I'm fortunately he did not I end up going to Walmart and pay $30 more to rebalance it and unfortunately the person that balance my tires did not do a good job there was missing some weights so my front and was shaking but at least I got my satisfaction when I went to Walmart and get it corrected if I be you I would stay clear from this business do you like to do things quick but I would prefer them doing the job correctly and get it right and I should be the one telling the guy make sure you do it right I am not happy and wasted money at this business location

What a waste of time sat there for an hour and a half for not workers didn't show up I even called the day before and said I would be there for 9am when they open but nope someone showed up at 9:35am that couldn't help me said I needed the other guy he should be here shortly he said so 10:15 comes along and I ask how long and they tell me he's just getting on a bus coming from downtown I took time off work for nothing now thanks guys good work

Purchased 2 used tires in summer of 2018, just to get through till winter. $110 tax included, for both tires, balanced, and installed. They also rotated my 2 old tires, which meant about 10 minutes of extra labour without charging me. It is the first significant snowfall of 2018 and I was able to get in the next day for two new tires balanced, and installed for $210 tax included. They work fast, and are extremely friendly. I saw a couple negative reviews complaining about their tire balancing. The tires they balanced for me were true, and straight. For contrast, I purchased 4 new tires at Costco summer of 2017. At 110 km/hr my Nissan Rogue shook like a Russian Soyuz spacecraft re-entering earth's atmosphere. I went back to Costco the next day to re-balance the tires, and they actually made it worse. I had to go to Nissan and pay an additional $100+++ to get the Costco tires balanced properly. The only negative comment I have for this business is that they charge an additional 3% for Visa or MC, not sure they even take Amex???
