Mohammed sr, Mohammed jr, they are all dependable and trustworthy. the fact that they open promptly at 7am gave me better time flexibility. pricewise, they have better offer compared to other tire shop (much cheaper), and they have wide array of tires you can choose from. their website offer the "SEE OUT OF THE DOOR PRICE", so you can estimate the price directly based on the tire(s) you choose. left over item (single tire) are priced cheaply. they also have variety of wheels & rims. they offer other auto services, replacement of tie rod, ball joint, brakes, exhaust and also tire storage. fyi, i came three days in a row. the first day,I came one time to replace tires, but they suggested me to replace the outer tie rods (which i knew were loose) for a price that is reasonbly cheaper than other stores. so, the second day i replaced the outer tie rods, in and out in two hours. they found out that the brakes were worn out, so the next day (the third day) i decided to come again to have the brakes (discs & pads) replaced. and again, at the price that won't bleed your wallet. i would recommend this shop to all my friends. best experience ever. thank you!!!

In response to Luc S: I was there getting my car aligned about a year ago when you came to Avenue Tire with your Aluminium Rims that you had painted black... you were told that the paint would chip and you were ok with it.. only to complain later that they had ruined your rims.. that you had cheaply painted yourself? Its funny I remember this so well.. because you were giving these people such a hard time. Personally I found their service to be great , keeping in mind their amazingly low prices. If you want red carpet service I suggest you go to your dealer man, otherwise these people do a great job. Also, just so you know.. that day it was the customer that was revving the car and they were asked to do it outside the property. Thank you Avenue Tire ! Appreciate the service

I was highly disappointed with the service received here. Three and half weeks ago I brought my daughter's car 2013 Elantra for repairs. There's noise in the right hand front wheel and same on the rear wheel. I worked in the dealership and I already know exactly what was wrong. I chose not to disclose just to found out if this guy will be truthful... . After he drove the car and he confirmed the noise. I was asked to leave the car and come back in the evening which I did. When I came back to pick up the car, I was told they fix wheel bearing and alignment that brought my bill to $275 which included labor. It was very disappointing and frustrating to find out that my complaint wasn't looked after. I drove back to Barrhaven with the same noise and cranky on the wheel. I just don't understand how you brought a problem and was left untouched and taken care of another unmentioned issues. I understand if the wheel bearing is safety issues at least you should have mentioned it . I brought the car back and the mechanic concerned went on drive with and accepted that the issues wasn't fixed. He asked me to come back to service my break but I changed my mind from going back. I felt very uncomfortable because he lost my trust. Hussein is the mechanic and didn't handle my problems well. Car owners beware!!!

I've been going to them for 4 years, they are cheaper, better, and provide better service then anyplace else i've been. The guys there are always friendly and will always check what you do. I always monitor their work and have yet to see them make a mistake or try to hide something. They don't just sell tires, they do mechnical stuff like brakes, allignment, etc. So anything tire related you can go there. Highly recommended, especially on price!

For them, the word 'Appointment' means come at a specified time and line up at the end. No complaints with the service but wasting someone's 2.5 hours for a 20 min tire swap is more than worse customer experience. Oh and no one felt like apologizing there. What can I say, a well deserved 5 star and In general I dont do 5 stars. The staff are knowledgeable and offer a wide range of tires from low prices to higher end prices. Ended up with well priced top end tires with an all In price which was at least $150 cheaper than Canadian Tire. All the prices you are offered at the desk Includes installation. This place Is a gem tucked away near the train station In Ottawa. Awsome!

Cheap tires and cheap labour... which means cheap worksmanship. They damaged my aluminum rims and caused them to need several 100s of $ worth of repairs; I have proof of everything. It's too bad, I do like the cheap tires but they are crooks. I went back to confront them politely and calmly and they instantly denied it and called me a liar despite me showing them irrefutable proof that they caused the damage. This was my 2nd visit there... my first visit I saw them abuse one of the customer's cars that wasn't around... they were revving it hard and pulling the handbrake and sliding it around the parking lot. I would never leave a car there unsupervised.

I had an OK experience here. A schedule seems to be non existent, so the wait was rather long. I also didn't like that they used an impact driver to torque the lugs, but it was set appropriately. Overall, they just seemed a little disorganized. Great prices, but I think I'd spend the extra $50 or so next time to go somewhere a little more professional. If all you want is budget tires, it would be a good choice.

I could not be more pleased with the courtesy and service I received from Avenue Tire Depot on Avenue L - off Tremblay near the train station. I dealt with Hussein. He was efficient; did not try to up-sell me on anything; ordered brand-name alloy rims and winter tires that are a perfect fit for my new Subaru Crosstrek for less than half the price the dealership quoted me; and installed them within an hour of me showing up on the date I said I would (third week in October before they became crazy busy). They are also storing my summer tires for me at a very reasonable cost. These guys are great. The waiting room isn't the best, so as it gets busy you may have to wait. Good idea to arrange to be dropped off or dress warmly and go for a walk to the train station or Train Yards Stores.

Client here for quite a few years, they have great prices for older/doscontinued brand name tires. 2-year old Pirelli with tags on them, 16" for my old Supra, paid 80 a pop. I fetched the tires and I run before they changhed their mind :-) Also, 700 all in brand new tags still on them, runflat Bridgestones for my X5. Everywhere else, at least 50% more! Ask for Mr. Zeitoun and you get top quality without breaking the bank!

The work itself was fine. My issue was that when I called in about doing a winter tire change, they told me no need to make an appointment, just call and come down. I did so and proceeded to spend a full four hours in their freezing waiting room, waiting for my turn to come up. They should be taking appointments if their days are that busy. I had planned to go back in to work after, instead my entire afternoon was wasted. Treated me and my car well but it was not enough to make up for those conditions.

Great service, spot on.. Here's the trick, don't waste their time and drag your feet. And don't complain about the time it takes to finish a given car. I have seen customers unnecessarily whining and complaining about the wait time even though the staff where respectfully upfront with them about the time needed especially for in busy season. I bought my tires from them at a very great price - also my tires are not easy to find, they are generally not in stock and they had them. I ended up having an issue with one of my tires a few weeks later and called them asking if they would have a look at - they said yes (no questions asked) and I brought my vehicle in. I showed up earlier than I was supposed to but they took my car in right away and fixed my problem for me promptly at no charge. Highly recommend!

Definitely not a place to go. People there are simply thieves. Went there for an alignment; the guy did not even see the car; he told me if there is a problem with the car such as control arm or tie rod, he will charge me 30.00 if I decided not to fix the problem before the alignment. I told him that my mechanic just check my car and every thing was fine. Just like a magician he took the key, come back 25 seconds after telling me that I had control arm problem that requires to be fixed before alignment. I didn't let them touch any ting on my car. I can't believe the bad reviews given to this place!?!? I shopped all over for brand name Michelin A/S sport tires 17 inches. It was gonna cost me over 900$ Without installation at many other places. I got it done at avenue tire believe it or not 850.00 TAX IN, with alignment INSTALLED AND of course plus my 70$ rebate from the Michelin brand! They sure are number 1 on my list!!

So i thought i had found a reliable shop but i was unfortunately i was wrong they kept my old tires ,did not show me what was wrong with them and did not mention they are going to throw them away ! The guy who brought my car back made my mats dirty with oil ! He had a suspicious look on his face ! I tried to get them back but they gave me random tires not even winter ones ! Although they have great reviews BEWARE They will try to cheat random customers !!!

Undisputedly, the best tire services for all makes and models in Eastern Ontario. They have the best prices bar none and offer you quality service each time with completely honest and truthful advice. No appointments are necessary, however they are very busy so keep in mind about the possibility of longer wait times. Visiting them early in the morning when they first open is the ideal time if you are in a rush. Ibrahim and Ali, you guys are doing a phenomenal job, keep up the great work!

2nd time here. 1st time although service was slow, work was good and very fairly priced. Attempted to return to have my summer tire put on. Upon first arrival took 15 minutes for someone to address me, was told it would be 1.5 hour and I could take my car in the meantime was given a number. Returned 1 hour later, saw a car with the same number as me getting served and stood trying to get someone's attention for 25 minutes. No one would address me despite looking at me. The guy in charge seems quite friend, but the rest of the staff seem as they could care less. I left with my winter tires still on after about 45 minutes of just waiting around. Unfortunately won't be back.

Got a really good deal on the Pirelli's I wanted. Hussein hooked me up. Fast delivery and installation appointment. Also saved $ on alignment and tire storage compared to my dealership. Service was great. Only negative is the filthy office and waiting room. Chairs have upholstery and are disgusting.
