Spoke to Dwight after a very bad experience with another tire shop. The difference coming here is night and day. The shop is very clean and organized. The customer service rep Ashlee is super nice and welcoming. She gave me simple concise instructions on arrival. Dwight has exceptional customer service skills. There is a reason these guys are called Tire MASTERS! I had a hole in my tire.... ($260 tire, 3 thow km) brand new. I took it to a Tire place in oshawa on Taunton Rd... ... I paid to have it fixed... they said it's fixed... 2 days later still leaking ... I went back... they claimed.. can't be fixed.. I had to try something... I contacted Tire Masters... took it in... It took them a little bit .. but these professionals honesyly know what they are doing.. i was amazed how much knowledge they had and how amazing the worksmanship was. The owner.... front staff... and technicians were fantastic... laid back... great to chat with.... ABSOLUTE PLEASURE! i do apologize for the late review.. My tire was saved... its fixed safely... I cannot be happier.! THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH! if you need a fix... or new tires... check these guys out I fully recommend them !!

Really great experience here. AJ was great and made sure she understood what I needed. I was going to swap my summer tires with a different set but I was directed otherwise and it was the right choice. They easily could have taken advantage of the situation but saved me money. Service here is honest and I will definitely be back for anything tire related. It's nice when you can hand over the keys and know that you won't get screwed over.
