My dad and I had to get our muffler fixed and made an appointment with Mike first thing in the morning. They happily took us in and assessed the car within minutes. Mike and John were upfront with me, what had to be done and what the cost was, and I was super impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and overall service. Car was fixed in the time it took me to grab a quick lunch - far shorter wait time than I had expected. Would highly recommend. Thanks! UPDATE: One year later and this Speedy location is still the first choice for car services for my dad and I. Had to get my tires changed today and Mike and John did the job before I could even finish reading a single issue of a comic book. They really live up to the 'speedy' name. Great team. Thanks again!

Woke up this morning to only notice that I had a flat tire caused by a nail. Called around to about ten different tire shops to be told they either cannot or are unable to fix it and will take about a week (the time of the year I suppose), speedy auto service was the last place I stumbled across- called them and got told me come within ten minutes and it can be repaired!! Got the tire repaired (plugged and patched) within 20 also at a good price! I recommend speedy auto service and will for sure be returning in the future!! Thank you John and Mike:)

They damaged my cars TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) sensor while swapping all seasons to winter tire. Now i have to replace tire sensors... learned a lesson. This is the first and last time I'm taking my car for service here. *** i had to spend $260.00 to replace sensor and initialize TPMS from Honda.

I stopped in for a quick assessment on my muffler, Mike and George had me on my way in less than an hour. When they didn't have a part for my car they MADE one. Super friendly, super accommodating, and really resourceful. As a young woman it can be daunting to just waltz into a mechanic shop not knowing anything, but I felt super comfortable and in the know the entire time. 10/10 guys, my car has never sounded so quiet!

I went there to get my muffler repaired. Mike quoted the job - parts and labour without tax $468.00. I took my car to another shop recommended by my friend. The repair cost me $67.80 taxes included. Too bad I can’t give a 0 rating.

I had my brakes done at this place and after the job was finished my brakes were squealing very loudly. I took it back and the mechanic(John) looked it over and told me "thats just the way your van sounds. I can't fix it". I took it to another mechanic and he told me the previous mechanic put used and wrongly sized brake clips on my vehicle. He showed me the parts and they were old, and broken. They were also unsecured and moving around as I drove and that was causing the sound. The new mechanic replaced them and the sound is gone. So basically the mechanic at speedy created the problem by using faulty parts and then lied to my face about not being able to fix it. I will never go back.

I have used this location for what seems forever. I am travelling and am in South Carolina. My grandson was using one of my vehicles back home in Whitby and the exhaust came apart. I called and spoke with John to ask if he would accept my visa number over the phone and then i could have my grandson come in for whatever the repair would entail. This shop is the BEST EVER! Not only did they take care of things within an hour, but they called me back to let me know that all was taken care of for an amount that i thought would be at least $1000 more. AWESOME GUYS! A little while back I brought my fiance's VW golf in as there is an issue with the exhaust and these guys wanted to essentially redo the entire exhaust at a whopping cost of over 2 grand! Thankfully we weren't desperate and had time to consult with friends and sure enough a friend's dad owns a shop and that is where the necessary work is being done to fix the exhaust leak at a much more palatable cost. Moral of the story: When it feels like a shop is trying to $%#@ you, that's most likely what is happening and the next step is to get a 2nd opinion from someone you can hopefully trust.

I used Speedy Auto Service this past weekend . As I had to have my muffler and Cadillac converter replaced Although I did not have the privilege of meeting Mike the owner I was very happy with the service I received from John and Wesley I was glad that John was able to fit me in for service right away as I was not able to drive my car and had to have it towed into the shop. The price I was given was a fair price and the service was very professional with absolutely amazing customer service. John was able to explain in detail the work that needed done and at no point did I feel pressure or feel like I was being taken advantaged of. I was happy that Wesley even was generous enough to come and pick me up at my home when my car was ready for pickup. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for prompt and excellent service.

I had a muffler issue and had booked to come in at 4 pm for a free diagnostics. I arrived around 3 instead and from the beginning over the phone and when I walked in, the same gentlemen I dealt with was very friendly and reasonable. They walked me through the problem and immediately took care of my vehicle and made me feel comfortable in their shop. It ended up costing around 550 for a part that I needed with labour, but they recommended that I don’t waste my money on that since I’m selling my car soon. Instead, they had a temporary solution and fixed my muffler problem free of charge and insisted that it wasn’t a problem for them to do so and not charge me. ( any other shop would most likely charge 80 dollars for the free fix they did) I would highly recommend this place to everyone as they have EXCELLENT customer service, are knowledge, and do a good job. I will definitely be back for future repairs/maintenance as they left an awesome impression.

Honestly I don't think his prices are fair or even reasonable. As one of his regular customer I bought two tires from him, then i found out that he charged $65.0 extra more per tire than what other auto shop (canadian tires) ...it is very sad...when I told him he did not bother even to check that his prices were higher..is that we call you good customer service????....NOT Really. Sad Sad... Update ... It is very Sad...I did send twohe emai to the owner of this shop to talk about the bill... unfortunately he did not bother to respond...this is what do you consider good customer...you could NOT even stand behind your response to my initial complaint..SAD...

I drive a pretty rare car, and parts are nearly impossible to find for it. Ordinarily I would have been screwed. I wouldn't have been able to have the car fixed until parts were sourced from Japan. However, the man that runs this shop thought outside the box, and went the extra mile for me so that I could have my car back. Highly recommended.
