I trust them! They are not pushy with upsells and make suggestions on things to keep an eye on. Suggested I get new tires in the fall when putting my summers back on this spring they were right! My old tires had cracks and Charles showed me and explained why I needed new ones.

Cooper's is the best, most honest, and helpful auto service centre I have ever been to. The owner and employee's are just good honest people. They always have the time to talk to you and explain exactly what they did and even show you the parts they removed and why. Their prices are fair and they are very efficient at getting the job done. Please don’t be fooled by the words of “retail reviews” who is clearly too much of a coward to even post his real name. This place has been servicing my entire family’s vehicles (and all of our friends/colleagues too!) for many years and never once has anyone had a single issue/complaint. Everyone raves about the shop and the family who runs it. Doug, Mike and Charles are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and honest. I recommend them to everyone looking for a place to have your vehicle serviced.

Not good. Read on so you do not get ripped off. The last person who commented is absolutely correct. I took my truck in this place for quite a bit of easy service. I will just re-hash the main points. They damaged my bumper removing a trailer hitch ball. They were supposed to repair the trailer wiring & the 4-way flat connector and make sure it works, they installed a new $4.00 4-way flat trailer connector and did not make sure it was functioning, the trailer wiring did NOT work when I attached the trailer, for this $4.00 repair they charged me over a hundred dollars. I asked them to replace my serpentine belt NOT realizing a new one had just been put on a few months ago, the mechanic took it off and told the owner/manager this is a new belt, manager told the mechanic to replace it anyway so they did and ripped me off for another $120.00 and left my new old belt in the truck instead of calling me and letting me know the belt was new. They also replaced my u-joints and did not tell me there was an obvious leak in the front of the rear differential that they were staring at while replacing the u-joint. Ever since the u-joint repair I could always hear a noise in the rear end and could feel a slight vibration between 60-80kms hr but I thought meh the u-joints were just replaced and they checked it out it must be okay. Today the rear diff. just completely seized up, spit the driveshaft on to the road so it was dragging. They had to use a flatbed with plastic sliders under the wheels to move it. Now my truck is ******d. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle to this place. There actually was more but I just can't right now.

It is a great feeling to know that you are informed in advance of service that will be needed in the near future and not sold unneeded repairs. They have my complete trust and loyalty. I highly recommend Cooper's. My wife works nearby downtown and leaves her car for service in the morning and picks it up when work is over at day's end. They provided me with some great value on winter tires for my truck last fall. We have trusted them with both our vehicles since we moved to the area a few years ago. They are honest and after seventy years and multiple generations, it is obvious they are doing something right... we're very satisfied.

Great experience with this mechanic. First my wife took our vehicle in for an oil change. Well because she had our one year old child with her the owner drove my wife home with our son and picked her back up when they were finished. That's unreal customer service. On another occasion we called to see if he could get winter tires on our vehicle. Well they ordered them and got them in that afternoon and they were on our SUV that same day. The charge was only $25 to get them on. I would recommend taking your vehicle here.

Fantastic shop! GO TO THEIR WEBSITE IF YOU ARE BUYING TIRES. Easy to use, got my 'out-the-door' price (which was quite reasonable) and before I knew it I had new tires. I needed brakes at the same time, and they were able to do front and rears while the tires were being installed. The office staff is great and they've been around a long time. I will be returning in the future.
