Took my vehicle to be diagnosed and waited 2 days to hear back only to find out that the garage is unable to read the error codes. No one contacted me and no urgency or customer service .. very unprofessional. Will not be back for any service

I have been going to this place for few yrs now and it’s been great, friendly people and awesome service but I have to say last couple times I was not impressed. Unfortunately they have lost my business ! I was told I needed tires but was not told it wasn’t safe to drive and I got a second opinion and I needed one tire , considering 2 were already fairly new from apex. Come to find out my tire had a huge bulge and was starting to tear and I was very lucky because I was told it could have blown and it could have been serious. I’m very sad to say goodbye but this is not cool! Very disappointed! I think they are so busy, things are getting overlooked!

Ive been to many different places with a engine light diagnostic test for 10$ or even free.however this place decides to charge me 45$ for them to do it which is a rip off when on the phone the guy said it won't be much at all( next to nothing ). Don't go to this place!!!!

I went in because my gas line was leaking. They were able to fix it on the same day, within a few hours actually. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, it was a little more than the original quote, bit they have a 1yr warranty on installed parts so it's cool. Cheers!

Brought our 08 Buick Enclave in for an unknown problem. Instrument panel lighting up everything. Possible water damage to electrical system. We ended up purchasing another newer vehicle at a local dealership. He completely understood when we declined any further services and we were trading it in as is. Only charged us $40 for the scan.

I have had a few small things attended to at Apex but my last visit was for a large problem. They were extremely helpful. The technician explained and showed me what the problem was. Staff was friendly and kept me informed. I will be a regular patron for all my auto needs from now on. Thankyou

They gave appointment to do alignment on my car. I went, they couldn't do the job properly did not do alignment report but charged 81.00 I just paid to avoid any argument. Be aware about apex.

I was just in there for brake service to my F150. I thought maybe the front pads were low along with the rears. I told them what I thought and they advised that my front pads were good. The rears however, needed to be replaced. Im very happy with the work they've done, the price, and most of all, the honesty. I highly recommend Apex Auto. Thank you !

Took my truck in because it was leaking transmission fluid, wasn't sure if it was just a transmission line leak or a deeper problem with the transmission. Got the lines replaced for far less than other quotes within 24 hours, fixing the problem. They were fast, reliable, and honest about what was going on with my vehicle; the great value is an added bonus. From now on, they will be my first call; would definitely recommend them to others.

I recently bought a certified vehicle from Mike at a fair price. He provided excellent customer service allowing me to have it inspected by a second shop. A few mechanical issues arose just after I picked the vehicle up and Apex made those repairs promptly and at no expense to me. I have been very impressed with their superb customer service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle or have service work done by them in the future.

Sold me the wrong brakes (they looked them up in their system and told me what I needed) and then refused to take them back. The receptionist who handles parts was incredibly rude. Did not care to listen to one minute of my story hung up on me. The owner will not return my calls. Completely unprofessional. I was very shocked to be treated this way. I would not recommend this business.

The staff was very honest, open about all of my options, and didn't attempt to oversell me on additional work which was not required. Car is in much better shape after! Great staff-great service! Went in to get my tires put on for this winter. No problems booking the appointment. However, I had to wait for my car to get done and was not allowed to wait in the building or in a warmer spot around the auto centre due to covid. I understand and appreciate the policies put in place but its COLD outside. If there was a warmer spot provided by the auto centre that was socially distanced it would have been 100x better.
