Unresponsive to calls and messages. Quoted one price one day and then the next time in completely different quote that was $400.00 more than the original. Do not recommend. Repair was refused unless spending $460.00.

During this past year I have learned a lot supporting my local business. Showing respect for the small business that go that extra mile to make things right. They might not be huge and have hundreds of stores around the country, but they are people like you and me. They are hard working individuals that are trying to survive and are doing their best to be competitive and make you happy. I was looking for tires, I called around Orillia and looked at some Google reviews and saw Tony’s One Stop Tire. I decided to check it out. I called the number and was greeted to a amazing voice over the phone. “Hello can I help you?” I asked about needing two tires, the size, brand and when I wanted to come in. “Yes Sir we can get those, you sure can come in Saturday!” Showed up to Tony’s in the morning on Saturday, shop doors open you could hear the hustle and bustle, pulling cars out of the shop, air compressor going, voices talking we have customers coming in. I cannot say enough about my experience, great people, friendly, respectful, very willing to go out of their way to to show you they appreciate your business. They even rolled out my new tires to my car and took my old ones that I had replaced and took 4 extra ones I brought with me. Prices are more then competitive with other stores even the big box stores. Fast, friendly and most of all local. I will be giving my business to Tony’s from now on! Bigger isn’t always better, sometimes it that little touch of local that makes everything normal again. Check them out,

Just good to deal with. This is my second major truck upgrade. Get this. I buy rims and bf Goodrich for my Toyota Tacoma 2 years ago from one stop in orillia. All good they look amazing. Good advice on the choice and service to implement. 5 star cause they don’t have 6 stars. I bought Toyota original tire sensors at sunrise Toyota in orillia to pit in the rims. Then walk into the sales office and say I want to buy out my lease. As I am paying for the 28000 dollars to buy out my truck sunrise wants to charge me an hours labour to program the new sensors the next spring when I change winter summer. (It takes four minutes ) I call one stop orillia and he says , I’ll do it, just bring me a coffee! So the business that sells me 2000 worth of rims and tires treats me like gold and the Toyota dealer does nothing ( your reviews coming trust me ) today I had one stop do a remote starter , tailgate lock more led lights and new grill and it was fair we’ll done basically perfect all around. They were very concerned to do this mods well, clean installs , good work basically. I will send anyone to orillia one stop and will use them for all my three cars tires and rim needs. Best place to get it done right, great job Jeff. From the phone call to the counter to the payment. Perfect. Hard to please a perfectionist , go get your work done here! All the staff are great and the place has earned so much more of my business ...

Not overly Impressed with the work. Prices seem good. Paid for my tires to get changed over from winter to summers(tires I purchased there). Ended up getting charged for 4 valve stems because of after market caps being stuck. I've removed stuck ones myself multiple times with minimal work. They don't try, they want the upsell. It is a business, but that's not a good way to keep a customer. I'll be going elsewhere.

Just had my truck snow tires put on and also had my wife's snow tires put on. For a busy shop, they were well composed and incredibly friendly. Ang and Tony are second to none with their customer service and were very accomodating!! I wish i could give 10 stars!! highly recommended!! They might not be the bottom of the barrell cheapest, but definitely not the highest price, and for what you get, its worth every penny!! My wife and I are customers for life! Thank you Tony and Ang

Not too happy with my first visit. Office staff were great and pleasent, no issues there. had 4 tires put on rims and was picked up a couple days later, office didnt tell me of any concerns so payed and went around to pickup the tires. Tire tech told me when loading that 2 rims looked “rough” and would likley go flat, which they did the following morning. Im assuming he didnt tell the office when cleaning/installing to call me and see if id like to provide or purchase replacement rims prior to mounting due to the circumstance. Why would a tire tech complete a work order, mount and balance tires that he felt wouldnt hold? It wastes company time, and consumer dollars...There must have been a noticable leak for him to warn me right off the hop....Ended up buying replacement rims and took them elsewhere to be remounted, as i felt that was lack of good judgement on the techs end.
