Just had an amazing experience with this place!! Was in a bit of a pickle with one of my tires - kept losing air and had been patched a couple times elsewhere and it was giving up. Called in the morning and they were able to order and pick up/install all in the same day!!! I was extremely grateful as I do a lot of highway driving and I knew the tire couldn’t hold on for much longer. Cathy at the desk is super friendly and accommodating and the service team worked fast and I was in and out in less than hour! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back in the future for servicing.

Originally stopped in to order tires to be installed on my car while I was traveling from North Carolina. They offered the best price around. While waiting for the tires to come in my car developed a problem with the ignition system. I was able to obtain the parts to repair it from the Lexus dealer in Barrie and Jason worked hard to get me back on the road before closing time. Friendly people and great service. I highly recommend G & H Auto Service.

Fantastic service! Honest people and no price gouging. We just moved to Orillia and weren’t sure if we had to get new all season tires, but they were able to repair ours and store our winter tires. They did a great job with the breaks and oil change as well. Far less expensive than dealerships and great attention to detail. Highly recommend coming here!

Mark & Cathy and the rest of the staff were absolutely great to deal with!!!! Our old mechanic had moved away from Orillia, so we needed a new place to get our vehicles serviced. One of our staff recommended them and we couldn't be happier. They took care of us in a timely manor and were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. Had a flat (and ruined) tire at 7am on a Friday, had to wait until 8am in a McDonald's parking lot, tried Canadian Tire first but when no one picked up, a quick google search directed me to this place, and im glad it did. Spoke to a very nice woman at 8:05am and told her i needed 4 tires (in an uncommon size) and i needed them today, and installed. She said she could have them by 1pm and installed soon thereafter. So i hobbled my way the 30km to their location and true to their word, shortly after 1pm, 4 tires showed up and they were installed and i was on my way by 2. The service was friendly, fast and competent. I gave them almost no notice and they were able to secure good quality tires, have them shipped and arrived and installed all in about 6 hours. They have earned my business as long as i live in the area. If you need tires and/or tire related service, these people deserve your business.

I was referred by a colleague when I told her of the nail in my run flat tires. I was very anxious due to the cost of fixing or replacing the tire as I had experienced the issue before. I called Kathy at G&H Auto Service, told her my issue and she told me to come on over. I was warmly welcomed into a professional and immaculate front office and my car was serviced right away. Long story...short, my tire was fixed and the cost was excellent!! I usually go to Newmarket to service my car, but no more.
