I had an excellent experience. I was greeted as soon as I got there. Told them need winter tires for my car and got amazing price. This is probably the cheapest place in GTA for winter tires. Handed over my key and waited about 30 mins. Everything was done. They wrapped my old tires in plastic, put a cardboard in the backseat of my car and placed the tires for so I take them to store. I wasn't expecting 5 star restaurant treatment but by far this was the best experience dealing with auto shop. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Wheels for less is the biggest crock on the market. Firstly, yes they can give the best deals for winter tires (in my experience) but they do NOT take appointments and had I known that they take forever I wouldn't have waited all day long to get my tires changed. Then as I asked when approximately what time my car would be ready by or how many cars were in front of mine to be taken care of, they asked me what size tires I needed and treated me like a complete idiot, and like I haven't already waited for 4 hours. In total my wait time to get my tires changed was 6.5 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. They say its first come first serve in there, but its BS. I was there 10 minutes before they even opened and waited in line. There was not a huge line up when I got there and people who came in after me were leaving with there cars before me. After this TERRIBLE experience I vowed to never go back and it would only be a bad memory at this point. Well just YESTERDAY I went to go to my Nissan Dealership and they said that whoever put on my winter tires had cracked my wheel drums. Translation if you don't understand cars so well: They tightened the rims & wheels too tight to where it is supposed to stay onto. All winter my wheels could have came off because they cracked my drums. Not only am I furious that I have to cover this cost, but that they gave me this issue in the first place!! SUCH BULLS**T. My car was purchased in October and was BRAND NEW when I got my winter tires changed in NOVEMBER. and now at the end of April I find this out. I will also be calling Wheels for Less to complain to the owner or management. I'm not sure how that place is run considering it was a disaster when I was there. I would rather pay a fortune for my car to be cared for properly rather than take it back to Wheels For Less. You could not pay me to go back there. Thanks W.F.L for screwing up my car, putting my life in danger, & anyone who was in my car lives in danger.

Changing my original review. I’m not the one to give out bad reviews but my last experience at this place was very unprofessional and pathetic. I would normally always deal with DT and have always had a pleasant experience. I dropped off my rim to get a crack fixed and my rim came back with excessive damage to the powder coat. The shop failed to take any responsibility and did nothing to rectify the situation given the fact I’ve been a loyal customer to them and always sent so much business their way. Very very unprofessional in my opinion And very disappointing. I will not be returning to this place. I advise against using this shop simply based on the fact they failed to take onus of their mistake. *original review* DT is the man. Very professional and upfront guy. Their work speaks for itself. I had 2 bent and a cracked rim and I was amazed at the results. 10/10 recommend

Almost got scammed. One of the services offered at this store is to widen the center bore of your rims. I came in because I bought a used set of rims off Kijiji and was under the impression the center bore was to small for my car and would possibly need to be widened. I asked the store owner to kindly measure the center bore for me which he preceded to measure them with hub centric rings (if you know the proper way to measure is with a digital caliper). After fiddling around with a couple rings for 10 seconds he told me I had a 60.1 bore and the rims wouldn't work on my car. He quoted me 300$ to have it bored out to the 64.1 size that I needed. Ok fine. But I didn't trust the measurements. So I went to another rim repair store about 10min away to confirm the measurements done by Wheels For Less. This time the other store used a digital caliper and measured it professionally. My rims were indeed already at 64.1 and I had no need to bore out the rims it was a perfect fit from the start. I called back Wheel for Less and they completely denied my allegations. Imagine having payed 300$ for a service I didn't even need in the first place. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I got treated with dishonesty, rude service and was nearly scammed. I hope Wheels for Less sees my review and re-evaluates the way they treat people walking into their store. Honesty and proper customer service is essential.

A bit of a wait, but the customer service is fantastic. A month ago, they found me used rims & tires for my vintage vehicle (other companies wanted to charge me 4x what I paid here), installed them, balanced them and sent me on my way. The next week, the tires began deflating and, when I called them to tell them, they immediately told me to bring them back in. I brought them back in and, not only did they take care of the valve stem replacements, but they went above and beyond and cleaned and re-sealed the tires & rims and balanced them - all at no additional cost to me. I can absolutely attest to the honesty and reliability of this company and would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for quality customer service.

Low prices, but you might have to go through a bit of a hassle. Purchased steel rims on a Wednesday from Jay, had a lot of vibration from 40kph onwards, came back to re balance them on Friday, same problem. Went to an independent mechanic to figure out the cause, the "new" steel rims were bent. After speaking with Jay again, he was willing to right the wrong and get me a new set of "straight" rims. We worked out a deal on some alloys instead, and they refunded me the cost of what the mechanic charged to diagnose the issue. All in all, I'm pleased with the customer service and how willing they were to accommodate me as well as stand behind their product. I would have preferred to not have any issues to start, and although there is still a bit of vibration at highway speeds, it's significantly better than the bent steel rims I had purchased a few days earlier (unless you're into lowriders :p). If I purchase rims from here in the future, I hope I will have no reason to give anything less than a 5 star rating.

I bought 4 black steel rims from here , and I spoke to Jerry , I explained to him I needed steel rims to fit my car , he told me he has a set for $200 , so I said ok great , went and picked them up , and on Oct 28 2017 I went to my mechanic to have them installed and my mechanic showed me these rims were not hub centric, they were universal, and that the weight of the car would be sitting on screws , he also showed me the gap between the center of the wheel and the rim , the gap was ridiculous, so I called them and spoke to Jerry and told him the rims don't fit my car, and I want money back , he told me he has to charge 25% re-stocking fees or I can have a in store credit , why would i pay that for your mistake , and why would i want a in store credit when there a nothing in your store I want and I wouldn't buy anything from them again after what I was sold the first time , i went to the shop to get my money back and the store was packed , and I was very angry and I think the guy at the front desk saw that including the manager and I think that's why the manager gave me back $180 , he said he had to keep $20 because they paid thier guys already , but they didn't install it , all they did was pass me the rims and I put them in my car , this place is all about getting your money, I wouldn't recommend any one to go here for anything

I have done over 50 tire services here. My entire company’s fleet and personal, he’ll even my parents vehicles (lol). They EXCEL in their service, pricing and professionalism. They are busy and high volume at times, so try to book before the first snow fall and before the first at of spring. They have RIMS and TIRES for every budget and every vehicle. From exotics like Ferrari and Bentleys to Broncos and Hondas. They are well equipped with many advanced tools and procedures. I showed up 4 minutes later and the same guy from the phone tells me they dont have them and they try to sell me a smaller set of tires that dont match my rim size. Worst Experience. They scammed me by putting a lower quality brand on my car when I paid for a different brand. Staff is apathetic and doesn't admit mistakes just says "ok well we're saying we can change it now, can't do anything else". Wait time was 5 hours after which they put a LOWER QUALITY brand of tires on my car than the one I paid for. The lower quality brand's front two tires also began leaking air 2 days after installation. Staff was rude, refused a refund claiming i'd already driven on the tires and for an exchange would not allow me to see the replacement tires (to ensure they were new this time) before they put them on the car. All attempts to contact the owner were blocked, they wouldn't give me his direct number and then claimed he had an emergency the day he was supposed to call me back, the staff member then hung up on me while I was still talking. In my three trips to the shop, the owner never once was there. I never used profanity in any of my interactions and was frustrated because they would stare at me without answering my questions and then walk away and no one ever apologized for the mistakes, the abuse of my time, the way they spoke to me, the faulty tires, or the associate who hung up on me. Overall, the experience felt like harassment. I wish there was an option for negative stars, I give the one star very reluctantly.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Waited two hours for them to tell me the steel rims that they said they had in stock for my car would not fit, and tried selling me rims that were twice what I was willing to pay for the visit. When I refused the rims and opted for then to place the tires on my old rims, they kissed their teeth! Took them another hour and a half to finally put my tires on. I will NOT be returning and advise anyone who doesn't want to waste their time.

I bought some Mickey Thompsons 305's for my Hellcat, and he gave me the best price, balanced and installed and he even fixed for free a scratch on my rims...all for the best price in the city!!!! About 40% cheaper than another "muscle car" oriented store that does not do tire installations. I was dealt and serviced very quickly. I recommend Wheels For Less to everyone!!! Brought my car in to have tires changed over . They broke a stud clean off. (4 bolt) Made no mention of it. Refused responsibility. Less than a month later I tried selling the tires back to them . These guys know their stuff! The associate I worked with helped me with every aspect on my rims and tires. He was honest with what choices I have and walked me through what his recommendations were. I ended up going with a higher name brand tire on some new +1 inch aftermarket machine rims. They look amazing! I had to switch off of runflat tires because the ride was insanely rough and I’m not going to mention which brand. But I’m happy I made the switch and these guys made it easy for me. I was helped by Lenny and my vehicle was serviced by Jerry. Lenny has one of the best customer service attitudes I know. Very patient, observant and knowledgeable. Don’t listen to the other reviews. Make sure you ask the right questions and do your own research before going into automotive services. This way you don’t get overwhelmed and put up an inaccurate review about people who are doing their job correctly. Keep it up Wheels for Less!

Dropped off my rare BBS rims at Wheels for Less to have the lips polished. The polishing job was just horrible - looked more machined than polished with deep scratches. More importantly, they damaged the wheel faces by going over the lip edge and scratching through the paint to bare metal. The main guy offered to repair but for additional price, of course. I ended up paying them $200 just to not argue and get out of there. The wheels now need a complete restoration that will cost HUNDREDS more. When I took these wheels to a reputable shop they just rolled their eyes when they saw what Wheels for Less did. Wheels for Less is a messy, lazy, place that's all about quick sale of cheap knock-off wheels. Do not recommend to anyone looking for actual workmanship.

No accountability. Do not expect them to honor any quote from their own website. I acquired two tire quotes from them online for two seperate sets of tires. When contacting them directly to buy the tires with a quote # i was refused the quoted amounts on BOTH sets and claimed the price had gone up $175 PER tire on the next "batch" coming in totaling a price increase of over $700 on a set. I expect they are trying to con people to come in to the store with good quotes and then trying to rip them off by changing the amounts before final sale. Business that is probably run by crooks. I would look elsewhere if you value integrity. Edited reply: Increasing a quoted price once the customer has been brought in ($700) for the same tire with a different speed rating is not an issue with my budget it is an issue with your business. The correct way to handle this as a company is to offer the replacement tires at an "appropriate" number to reflect your mistake. The insult about a customers budget after they leave a price hiking negative review is pure gold tho. I was going to drop over $2000 on 2 sets of truck tires but I guess that's an issue with my budget, use that as your reasoning to feel better. Obviously this is a recurring issue as I see from your other reviews. So I hope it becomes well known not to deal through your business.

I bought wheels and tires from them and this guy ripped me off. When I went in first he gave me a good deal so I ordered for the wheels and also he gave me an estimate for wheels + tire package. After a day I ordered for the tires as well on the phone. Once I went again to get them installed, I asked him how much I owe you and he told me to wait till they install it and once it's done he gave me a price which was very irrelevant to what he told me earlier. When I argued that this wasn't the price he told me, he said maybe he would of meant a cash deal. I told him okay let me go to a bank and withdraw money but he didn't trust me taking the vehicle which was totally fine. He could have at least sent me with one of the employee because there were 4 of them in the front and it wasn't busy. THIS IS ONE OF THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED. I strongly suggest for future customers to make sure to get the price written in an invoice or some paper. Also, when I called into make an appointment they said I don't need one and they can install the wheels within 1/2 hour but they made me wait 3 hrs. There was place beside my house who were able to give me the same price I paid there today. I drove an hour just for 100$ off but at the end they made me pay the same amount. The big guy who was working there really don't know what customer service is.

Called to have winter tires put on my car. I was told it would take approximately 2-3 hours to complete the job. A time was set for when I would bring the car in and that I would go away for 2 hours and comeback. I went in with the car, left and comeback. I did not get my car back until 7 hours later. What took the cake was when I tried to have the tires changed back to the summer tires, the key for the tires was missing from my car. The only time the lock would have been used was at Wheels For Less since I had only recently purchased the car. I called and they said it was my responsibility to make sure that key lock was back in my car before I left their shop (Keep in mind, I did not even know about a key until now). They took the key from the car without my knowledge; you would think they would put the key back or return it to me directly instead of me expecting me to monitor what they did behind close doors. Wheels For Less said I was to come by because had several keys that customers has left behind and that mine may be among them. (Left behind, or like me where an item was removed from the car by Wheels For Less without no responsibility for their actions). I went in and naturally they had 9 keys that was tried on my tires. None fit. The fact that they had all these keys to try is clear that this company does this constantly and they do not care what that means for their customers as long as they have your money in their pockets. This is not a good company to deal with. The length of time it took to change the tires is not what was upsetting; it was that had they been honest about the wait time, I could have planned my day far differently. To then remove the key and not put it back is more than careless.

I brought my rims in at this shop to get them painted. They told me a week and they would call me. However, a week went by & still no phone call. I had to constantly phone to keep asking if my rims were done, only to be told twice it would be ready the next day, which was not true. When I got my rims I realized they broke off my tire valves which are $20 each putting me $80 deeper in a hole. After calling they said they had to break them off because it was “the only way” when I know for a fact that is BS! They said they can't do nothing to reimburse me however tried selling me there valves. Only for more business, which they don't deserve. Moral of the story, spend the few extra bucks & go somewhere more responsible and reliable, this place is everything but.

I went to Wheels for Less based on a recommendation from a co-worker. After checking out there inventory and prices online, I spoke to Lenny over the phone and agreed on purchasing a set of Bridgestone Tires for my Infiniti Q50. Lenny was very helpful and even mentioned other tires that are all suited for my car. I purchased tires here and after installation was done I noticed my rims were scratched around the edges (This is most likely from the tire machine). I informed the owner what happened and he tried to tell me it was no big deal as they were not expensive rims. I couldn't believe what i was hearing, basically he was trying not take responsibility for the damage done to my wheels. I would not recommend this tire shop as they are not careful with your car and should be more cautious while using the tire machine when installing tires. Just because it's busy doesn't mean you should rush things. Tires are very expensive!

Bought 4 new steel rims And had my almost new tires installed. Less then 12 hours one tire totally flat. Went back to the shop and they said your tire is bad (leaking from the seal bead), you need a new tire. After waiting 3 hours on the 1st day, i accepted to buy one tire that supposed to be bad. And asked if they can fix it asap. Waited a hour and a half to get out of there. A few days later a 2nd tire went flat and guess what? Leaking from the seal "again". Didn't go back wont be going back there ever. And also 1st tire the Balancing weight fell off. 2nd tire the Balancing weight is loose. Thats also a the reason on writing this review. If i was one tire i wouldnt mind. But two tires same problem. So i'm looking forward for the other tire to start leaking soon.

Was referred to this place in the summer and did not regret. Staff was friendly, the rims were an excellent price along with the tire set. When I didn't like the original set of tires they gave, they showed me another set that was on sale for only a few hundred more and better quality. On top of that I paid a few dollars more for caliper painting which looks great. Overall, great experience and would reccomend this shop.

These guys always charge a different price for the same exact work. To put on winter tires one year is $120 to take them off $70. The next year to put them on on is $80 to take them off $90. This year to put them on is $100 we won’t find out what they charge to take them off because we’ll be taking our business elsewhere to a company that’s actually consistent with their prices & the thing is we called prior to arriving & the guy on the phone said it’ll cost $80, only to arrive & be charged $100 upon arrival. The place is unprofessional, the supervisor was extremely rude and hot headed, he almost picked a fight with another customer because he wasn't doing a proper job on his car, and they kept blasting very offensive rap music in the back, totally inappropriate for my kid to hear. The wait time was unbearable nearly an hour wait for a tire swap I am just going to take my business else where no matter how cheap this place is. Oh and all the rims and tires are imported from China and I don't recommend anybody getting them. Look somewhere else.

When i made deal with intallation charges $60. After week i call to install and they change the installation price to $100 and saying if old tire on wheel.how can i drive my car without wheel to shop to change the wheel rim. they waste time in hold and after disconnect the phone. Great Service, Great Price, Great People: I came in with a staggered setup on an 2014 Infiniti Q50 AWD, I got 20x9 rims and 20x10.5 rims in the back my first tire setup was 245/35R20 and 275/30R20 and I was having my AWD high temp light turn on. Really Appreciate Jaleel's help @ Wheels For Less for swapping my tires out after I told him about the problem, he was very helpful and switched out my rear tires to 285/30R20 which accounted for a smaller diameter difference front vs back and that ended up fixing it all. Probably one of the most honest and great companies out there to buy tires for $700 brand new for all 4 and they will not let you down. Thank You

BE AWARE !!! THIS PLACE DO'SENT HAVE WARRANTY protecting customers against treadwear damage and tire failure. To reach manager I was on hold for 45 min,next day I went to see him he disappeared leaving his cell phone at the office, this way the staff had no way to contact him. My Pirelli summer tires last only two seasons - and after 32000 km is nothing left on the tread. To contact the Wheel for Less is "Less " them passable. After so many attempts I end up with the expensive tires not able to put them back on my car after the winter season. Spending over $1200 for the tires I was expecting some protection and support from the dealer !!!! In this place the policy is: "BUY AND GO !!!! NEVER COME BACK IF ANY PROBLEM ACCRUE"

Dishonesty bait & switch Called them for some tire advertised online for $99 sorry those are now $129.So i decided to wait and called them back a few days later after the snow cleared. As the $99 is still live i ask do you have them yes $99 dollars come and rudely hangs up the phone. So i was in the area and decided to go in. I ask the guy do you have the tires i spoke to you about on the phone. What tire you did not speak to me maybe someone else,and no we do not have them we have a different brand. Okay so far i have caught them lying 3 times and another customer was complaining his tire and rims were not holding air. Really dont trust them now. So i ask can you bring them out as i wanted to make sure they were new.These types of shops have been known to sell used tires and pass them off as new. He say no he will not. So the final nail in the coffin was when i asked how much the tires were with tax. He tells me pst and disposal fee,i tell him i am not disposing any tire this is a cash and carry. When Dad ordered online he paid no such fee.He tells me about some nonsense that i will throw the tire in a lake So fictitious fees Bait n switch Rufuses to show tire before purchase (most likely because there used or knock offs) Fluctuating prices between phone, store and advertised price

Last week, I purchased 4 summer performance tires here. On their website, the rear tires were priced substantially lower than I expected (but was advised that this may be due to the time of year, as well as possibly NOS), but I double checked (the correct pricing) with Lenny (who was quite helpful) when I placed the order. I was notified today, that they couldn't honour the quote, since Michelin couldn't. They offered a much higher price today (~$300 more than what was originally quoted). Keep in mind that if you're thinking of purchasing tires at this shop, if it doesn't suit their best interests, they won't guarantee the price quoted, nor honour it. Avoid...or feel free to waste a few hours of your time. YMMV.
