They have a good selection of tires and can order them in fairly quickly. But customer service leaves a little to be desired. I was ignored for about 5 minutes standing at their COVID adapted service window, got bumped 2 spots, and never really felt like they wanted me there. I got high end snow tires and rims, balanced and installed. Will be getting my new all seasons somewhere else in the spring.

Went there with a slow leak from a nail. They did a thorough job over and above the other place that fixed my tire last time. The price was very reasonable too. 100% recommend these guys. My dog liked hanging out with them as well.

Always a competitive price and quick service.. After reading a couple of the other reviews I thought I would revise mine. I have a company with 6 trucks and have been getting my tires from tire buster for years. I also get my personal vehicle tires there. Tire buster also switches our vehicles summer to winter and visa versa. We have always been dealt with promptly and they have always been providing service on a first come basis. If you are silly enough to bring in your car the same day 100 others do you should expect to wait and not complain about. They have always been fair with their pricing with no hidden costs. I don't even think about shopping around anymore.

Thought this place was great but on Jan. 30, 2019 called to see if the could help my 75 yr old father that lives 400 meters from their shop and the lady that answered the phone basically treated me like I was a pain. To me when I drive by every day I see service trucks. All I asked was to come take a tire off and fix the seal at their shop and come out the tire back on cause the bead around the tire broke. She didn't even mention about cost cause we would have paid whatever. So they will never see any of my family or friends again. And we have 6 cars in our driveway that need tires and winter tires replaced and changed over. Hope this helps to know the real people at tire buster. Lazy and not very helpful to elderly people. SHAME ON YOU!

Recently moved into the area, and was looking to outfit both our vehicles with 4 season/winter tires. Steve was very helpful in steering me towards the best tires for our needs. Not a fancy shop but the service is honest and straightforward, pricing was in line with anyone else. They have been around for a long time and that also says something about their reputation. There are probably some on-line sites that could sell for less, but then who do you call when there is an issue with the fit or performance of the product ? All of the previous reviews talk about how well they have been looked after when service is needed. I have already had to return for a follow up visit due to a technical issue with my tire pressure sensors, but have been assured that Tire Busters will make it right one way or another. The end result has been excellent so far and I would recommend them as a great local tire source based on my initial visits.

My husband was hired at Tire Buster as a Tire Technician and went in for his first day which quickly turned out to be his last. The employees were all so miserable and so angry(expect for 2 men). Not one person trained him or offered any help. No one even greeted him when he came in. He was treated as if he was a nuisance and an inconvenience. He was told to "Ask someone else" numerous times and was repeadidly ignored when he would ask a question. No respect at all. The shop is messy, unorganised and filthy, just like everyones personalities. They pay minimum wage and expected him to work through his breaks and his lunch. "Eat while you work". They also expected him to stay after hours until 8pm to finish the days work - a 12 hour day with no breaks or lunch, all for minimum wage while working beside a group of miserable, rude and foul mouthed employees. The employees here could use a lesson in cleanliness and should be taught how to use manners. They are a terrible reflection of the company. We will never recommend this tire shop to anyone after the way my husband was treated today. Shameful.
