I have a 2011 Kia Forte Koup, I was reluctant to bring my car in for caliper painting due to paranoia about care for my car (ie. scratches, tampering, etc.). What changed my mind about Tire Connection, was the initial visit, showed me that the representatives were professional and cared genuinely. Upon the day for my set up, I asked about their G2 Caliper paint and the representative told me straight up that the extra money is not worth it for the colour I wanted to be painted onto my car (yellow). I appreciated the honesty and the straightforwardness. The wait was 2 hours, 1 hour for cleaning and prepping, the second hour was for the 3 coats of paint plus the top coat that they apply. I also requested for them to put on new lug nuts that I purchased somewhere else and there was no reluctance or hassle. It was a simple, "ofcourse!" After the paint, the representative took me out for a walk thru and check up, and he reassured me that if there are any problems to bring it back for touch ups or services. & kept assuring me that if I have problems to not hesitate to come back. I appreciated details as such because it proves again that they are not about just grabbing your money and sending you off, that they want a customer relationship with you and your car. The job was beautiful, the service was spotless and I have recommended Tire Connection to many people and will further do so for caliper paint services as well as tires and rims. I strongly recommend this place. Just call them, and you will instantly hear the professionalism of the staff and services.

Called Raffi 2 days ago and told him I need wheels and tires for my gtr and told him what wheels I want and colour, he made the order and everything was perfect, tire sizes, had minor rubbing but it was fixed, they have the best prices in the GTA and they order came in under a week. Came into shop took under 45mins to install new sets. Tire connection is the best place to go!

Dealt with Raffi and his team twice already, getting new tires for my F150 twice in past several years, and have only great things to say about them. They were recommended by a good fried and so after I did some research on the brands/models of tires that I wanted, I called Raffi and he was able to offer the price AND service that blew any other company, that I called, out of the water. BOTH times he was able to get the tires, that I wanted in a timely manner, for a great price and complete the work exactly within the time frame, we agreed on. Definitely coming back for a new set, once my new BFGoodrich KO2s are done:))) PS Be patient when leaving a voicemail for Raffi personally during the busy season, he may not answer right away, but he always calls back and the result of his work totally worth the wait.

Had to replace a tyre that was sliced open by a road plate. Was able to deal with Mike at the store via email to get a quote and arrange for the tyre to be ordered. Once the tyre was in-stock, it only took about 30 minutes for Mike and his team to get the work done. Quality of the work was good and thorough. They even managed to figure out how to put my spare tyre back into its storage. Would recommend the store to anyone who needs to get their tyres done in the GTA.

Came across Tire Connection Calipers Painting Service on Kijiji and decided to give them a shout. I went back and forth with Mike over email to go through their whole process, colour options, and decal selections. Mike was very patient and emailed back very promptly to address my questions. The whole process took approximately 2.5 hours for sanding, application of several paint coats then decal application and clear coats and lastly wait time for the paint to cure. Jesse did a great job and definitely treated my car like his own during the whole process. I gave it a 4 out 5, because there were slight overspray on the control arms and at this moment it is too early to tell if the paint quality will sustain. Overall, great experience, decently priced, and will come back for my other vehicles!

Every year I come for snow tires and have the best experience with the courteous staff and quickness of the staff to make it an enjoyable experience. Have been coming here for at least a 5 years and as the roads get worse have come to TIRE CONNECTION multiple times during the years for broken rims, slow leaks, and new tires as I drive all the time in the city and it is the worst for my tires. I would highly recommend this place as I don't ever feel like I am cheated or deceived when speaking with the educated staff. It really seems like everyone knows what their doing and put the customer first.

Had an awesome experience dealing with Mikey and Raffi from Tire Connection. Bought a set of winter tires and rims for my moms Lexus, and then had a bunch of other labor work done (swapping tires on and off different set of rims) and everything was done perfectly, with care, and with perfect balancing. I only trust shops that use Hunter equipment, and Hunter Roadforce balancers. Cant have my time wasted with chronic re-balances, and with Tire Connection, this wont happen. Waiting room is clean, organized, and staff is friendly and helpful.

Went here to get my callipers painted, they said they would use a brush to paint, when I picked up the car and got home there was red over spray all over the suspension components, now 3 months later I go to get my winter tires and rims swapped over and my shop mechanic tells me that the previous person to put lug nuts on OVERTIGHTENED them to the point that they are having a hard time removing them with a breaker bar and a lot of pressure. Stay clear of this place they clearly don't care about what the customer wants. I also asked them to hand torque them and they ended up using a torque gun

About 2 weeks back I had been here to get a new set of Winter Tires and rims. I had asked them to get me the Firestone tires with specific requirements which they missed out by human error and I realized it after I got home. Once I got it to their attention they were quick to respond. Not only did they offer to change the tires but also upgrade it to Bridgestone Blizzak WS90 which is better than the Firestone. Honestly I didn't see the upgrade coming and I consider it as an above and beyond customer service gesture. Mike and Raffi are very professional and make sure you step out of the door happy. In my opinion they have the best deals on tires and rims in entire GTA. NO ONE CAN BEAT THEIR PRICE AND BEST SERVICE. They don't even make you wait long, I was there twice and tires were changed in 10 min. I would recommend them to my friends & family and everyone reading this.

I was contacting different shops for an affordable steel wheels and TPMS for winter and Tire connection gave me a fair price. Installation was very quick but after a few weeks one of the TPMS is faulty and so I went back but they can't diagnose the fault because it was working fine and told me to just come back if the sensor is not working. So after a couple of weeks the sensor was acting up again but this time they decided to replace it and so far the replacement is working fine. I have no complain in their great service.

I have used Tire Connection for purchasing my last 3 sets of rims but the most recent purchase really shows how great of a company they are. Defects and issues can always arise but what separates a good company from a bad company is how they deal with these issues. After purchasing my last set of rims, one of the tires was continually leaking air very slowly. I took it in to Tire Connection to look at and they noticed a little tear on the inside of the tire. They told me that they weren't sure what caused the tear but it could have been my fault or a defect. Either way, they offered to replace the tire for free with a new tire and they didn't ask for anything from me. Tire Connection will truly go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Mike was very patient and took time to answer my many questions via multiple e-mails. I listed my expectations for how my winter tires are to be installed and he assured me there will be no problem. On the day of the appointment, in and out in 45 mins. I don't mind if they took more time to complete the work to ensure everything is done right but was impressed they got the job done quick and right the first time. Lug bolts are properly torqued, no damage to the rims or pinch welds, old tires in clean bags, Tire mfg date in 2020. After a week of driving, re-torqued the lug bolts myself and all are still in spec. Definitely worth the trek out to this shop in terms of price and service. Will consider getting my summer rims here when the time comes.

changed my tires there 2-3 days ago. they were unbalanced. i couldnt go back for 30km just for a balancing. I had to do somewhere else and it turn out to be they put the tire in opposite direction. What a miss. They are okay otherwise

-Damaged my wheels on install -Damaged my lug nuts by overtorquing them -Offered me a bunch of things to get me to change this review -When following up on promise in person and via other forms of communication, ignored emails and did not deliver on their promise. You see that he reads every review here and sounds professional, trying to sway the customer back to him, but at the end of the day, it is all lies. This company ruined my purchase and made false promises so that I would remove a bad review I had written for them. When I reached out multiple times in person (this shop is completely out of my way) and via other communication to follow up on their promise, they refused to answer. It's been almost 10 months, and still nothing. Like one of the reviews below, I also had my brand new lug nuts overtightened, so you know that this is not the first time that this is occurring. It took me and my family over 8 hours to get my locks off my car, ruining the locks in the process. Imagine the horror trying to get brand new locks off a brand new set of wheels without scratching the wheels and not being successful. It is a good thing my family and I discovered this and at the time we did, as opposed to in an emergency, or at a shop who would probably use brute force to get the job done. Please do NOT call me ever again. That turned out to be a BIG waste of time and did nothing but string me on for nothing. The only way to get any kind of response from them is to write this, but I will not hold on to your lies just to change this specific review into a good one. I don't want your promises anymore. Not worth the pain I went through for my purchase and I am not going through that nightmare again. I have two medical degrees, so I am not a crook, nor am I out to scam you or anyone else out there. I have better things to do with my time than spend it writing this message, but you really left a sour taste in my own mouth and in my family's mouth. Sometimes people just don't mesh no matter how hard they try. This bad review will have to stick. Like I said, if you knew me, you would know that I am not like this, but another season is approaching, and every time I look at my wheels, I will remember the lies you made and the trouble that I went through to get them. Update: See notes above where I stated NO CONTACT. He continues to message me now when it is too late. The damage has been done and he continues to harass my family and I against our wishes. I don't even know where to start with these guys. I have been a loyal customer of Tire Connection for going on 6 years now. Ill never forget the first time I walked in there looking for a set of snow tires for my first car. I didn't have a lot of money being a student at the time so Raffi took care of me. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive set of tires they have telling me that everything else is garbage (several other shops did this), he led me in the right direction. He suggested a set of tires that performed great and were in my price range. I tried and tried to get the same package elsewhere for less money but couldn't. Fast forward several years later, I have gone through a few vehicles and many sets of wheels and tires and have never been able to find better pricing anywhere else. That's not what keeps me coming back though. Raffi, Mike and Mike have always been welcoming towards me. They care about your vehicle as if it was theirs. I don't even bother pricing anything out anywhere else any more because the customer service and attention to detail can't be beat. The customer service and care for peoples vehicles at this place cannot be matched. Yes, if you go during the winter/spring tire change rush they are going to be crazy busy...that's when businesses such as this thrive. Even in those busy times there's always a smiling face to help you out. There's been a couple occasions when i've needed something to be done ASAP and these guys have pulled through for me. Doing what even I thought wouldn't be possible. The week before Importfest I was getting ready to mount my new wheels and tires on. I made a mistake in ordering the wrong size tires for the rear of the car. We couldn't get the rear wheels to fit properly. They went far out of their way to express ship another set of tires for me and have them mounted and ready to go. Without them, I wouldn't have been able to bring home a trophy at Importfest. Whenever I see any one of the tire connection guys at any car show or event they always stop by and say hi. They always ask me how my tires are and if I'm satisfied. There's not enough I could say about these guys. I've sent many friends and family here and none of them have ever left without a new set of tires and a smile on their face. They are always happy to help and they have never left anyone I know unsatisfied. If you're reading this your're obviously in the market for their services. I highly suggest you check them out and I can guarantee you will leave their happy. Tire Connection has won over my business for life, and I am willing to bet they can do the same for you.

I've been dealing with Raffi and the guys at Tire Connection for quite some time. They helped fit multiple sets of tires on my car as well as the rest of the family with no issues. When i blew a tire, they scrambled to get one in right away so i would be back on the road. I've dealt with many shops before, and to be honest, Tireconnection was the first shop that made me feel that my search for a tire shop is over. It isnt a very large shop per say but the people there genuinely does try their best for customers. If a mistake was to happen etc, they absolutely will try to fix it. IMO that's critical as it does show that they want to do what is right. over the years, i have referred alot of friends over to these guys and many of them are now referring their own friends. To me its a sign that they are doing something right.

I have used Tire Connection for purchasing my last 3 sets of rims but the most recent purchase really shows how great of a company they are. Defects and issues can always arise but what separates a good company from a bad company is how they deal with these issues. After purchasing my last set of rims, one of the tires was continually leaking air very slowly. I took it in to Tire Connection to look at and they noticed a little tear on the inside of the tire. They told me that they weren't sure what caused the tear but it could have been my fault or a defect. Either way, they offered to replace the tire for free with a new tire and they didn't ask for anything from me. Tire Connection will truly go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.

These guys are expensive comapred to Simply tires and quattro tires. I found out after the fact. Bought my winter set from them. They were supposed to give me a new set of Lock nuts as per receipt showed . Ended up not giving them to me and said I didn't need them. Went back and asked and they still didn't give me.

Worst Experience, they sold me Audi Rims with Hercules (iron man) Tires in 2014 and it was completely Bald. I changed my tires now at another reputable tire store who had told me they had no idea what the brand is they sold me..tire alignment was completely off and the rims they sold me i saw dents and scratches within the first few months already - not worth it!
