Typical bait and switch tactics. Price quoted over the phone was not the price offered when I arrived to purchase. Phoned Tim's Tires on March 28th to get a tire quote had a 4 minute conversation and went over my options and was given the price of 155 for the tire I chose which I was told was on special. I wrote the quote down on a sticky note for reference. By the time I went to purchase in shop the price had gone up tp 165 and they said that they never have specials. Instead of honoring the previous quote they told me I must have provided the incorrect tire size or have received a quote for a cheaper tire which was not true. I found them to be condescending. Won't be going back.

Had a hole in my tire repaired here. Brought it off of vehicle because I had the spare on. They patched the hole in the tire and put it back on my car. Told me to come back after driving 50km so they can re-tighten the lug nuts, which I did. In that respect, everything was great. The reason for the 2 stars is because they didn't inflate my tire after repairing it and installing it back on my car. Something that I would have expected from a tire shop, especially when they weren't that busy.

Moved back to London after 17 years away and needed just two decent used tires for my older car. I had bought several sets many years ago from TIM'S and was happy to see they were still in the business. On my first visit they did not have what I was looking for but a few weeks later more tires arrived and a great deal on two great used tires resulted. I worked here for 2 months in the summer and I have to tell you( not because I used to be their staff) they are really efficient in the way they organize and do things. Now I know where I should get my tires done. The most important thing that I realize and learn from this place is that staffs working here is really proud of what they do( I feel the same ). Mr. Dave is nice and helpful and truthful. If the nail didn’t cause the leak on tire , believe me, they wont charge you ( they want life time customer rather than 30$ ). I can't thank the team at Tim's enough for getting my husband and I out of a major pickle this morning. We woke up at 7am to find that someone had slashed one of our rear tires, not once but three times. We slowly made our way to the shop and arrived at 730am. The shop promptly opened at 8am and the team quickly looked at our tire, deciphered the issue, located a replacement, and had our spare tire on within 20 minutes so we could get my husband to work. My husband's job involves driving our vehicle some days and he's scheduled to do that all weekend and without the prompt and friendly service from Tim's Tires - we would have been out of luck. I can't thank the team here enough for their professionalism, their promptness, their consideration, their skill and their willingness to help us in our situation. I can't suggest or recommend this shop enough.

I recently had snow tires put on my car and due to the close quarters in the shop the workers have to watch to make sure the jack dosent hit the car beside them. Well they hit mine and my partner did not realize it until after took car home that there was a nice dent that lines up perfectly with there Jack's on the hood of my car. My partner took the car back in to torque the tires and to discuss with manager. Obvious as it is they denied and didn't do the right thing. So be warned if you choose to do business at.tims point out the state of your vehicle before and check before ya leave.

Tim was the most amazing staff member there. I mean i don't know how he does it but he just seams to know what your thinking. On a more serious note. These guys and gals do tires... and they also do tires. At some point you have to become expert at it and they are! They did an amazing job replacong my tires and although they did not have them in used they offered free installation for an easy job. Some customers showed up with a flat without an appointment and they still managed to help them out in between jobs. Speedy, professional and smiling. Say hello and be nice to their amazing office manager ^-^ She was great!

Both times we have gone here we had great, efficient, customer-oriented service. Tires are extremely reasonable in price and the woman at the desk is funny and personable. I was waiting for my new tire to be put on and listened to her patiently explain how to find the tire size to a client over the phone for 10 minutes. Even though she had to repeat the same information over and over, she never got frustrated with her client. That woman is a saint. While I was in, I got a quick quote for winter tires. I bought a set of gently used winter tires for $500 LESS than another shop quoted me. (mind you, that quote was for new tires, but still). The shop is busy but they work quickly. I would go here for all my future tire needs and never hesitate to recommend Tim's Tires to my family and friends.

staff was friendly. they work at a decent pace maybe to fast. because the damaged every tire they removed from my rims. i went in with 3 tires on rims i needed the rubers swapped. i had the rubbers already. sign says something like 18$ a tire balanced and installed. i paid 90$ for 3 tires installed and balanced. 3 small light duty tires..... like i dont do this for a living. but when you balance a tire dont you remove old wheel weights and put new ones on in same place? instead these guys put these hideous clip on weights on the outside of my nice solid aluminum rims. the old weights are glued on inside the rim so u cant see them. probably easier for them to just squeeze a weight on the outside instead of having to wipe inside down and do it properly. these guys came out of the shop 15 mins into the job like you dont want your old tires? i said yes pls i may be selling the vehilce and will swapp em back over. the 3 tires they took off had cut marks and scratch marks so deep they exposed the steel inside the tire. they took a chuck almost 7 inches long off the seat edge of the tire. yea staff was friendly but i feel like they were just keeping me busy while they did there quick shooty job. hopefully the owner can fill me in on there expectations of quality and if they think they were met in the situation and what they will do to prevent it ?? dont ask me to reply to your private email. you can post your response publicly

This was our first time at Tim's tires and we will be doing all our business here in the future!! We had a very frustrating experience trying to get snow tires for our vehicle prior to calling here - there were mix ups with other companies or we were told they would call us back and they wouldn't. While Tim's was not able to get us the tires we were interested in (they were sold out everywhere), they worked with us to find a tire that would fit our vehicle and we were very happy with the price! They were able to get the tires in quickly and get them on the vehicle quickly as well. I would highly recommend them.

Edit: they were very apologetic about my bad experience and have promised to figure out a solution to deal with their customer growth for next season Good price, bad service during rush season. Basically have to be there before they even open to get seen. It's completely impossible to reach them by phone to get my tires out of strorage, no one even picks up. I know because I went in there to tell them and listened to it ring multiple timti. I waited in line for half an hour just to be told they couldn't take me.

Honest business owners, great customer service. I went in today after I found a screw in my tire that I needed to get plugged. After the staff removed my tire and inspected it, they determined the screw never actually punctured my tire, and sent me on my way at no charge. It would have been very easy for them to say the plugged it and charge me (I would not have known the difference). Thanks for the honest business practices, you have a customer for life :)

Something fishy is going on here for sure. I got new tires put on my Cragar wheels and I was told he had to put new wheel studs on and new nuts with new washers. Couple weeks later I go to repair the damage to the center cap his monkeys did and my wheel nuts are binding to the point that they have damaged my wheels. This guy will damage your rims, avoid him unless you want to send an expensive set of wheels to the junkyard.

Very poor customer service and concern resolution. On a recommendation I went to Tim's Tires in the spring to have my winter tires removed and all season tires installed. After returning home I realized that my winter tires were not in my trunk. I immediately called to notify them that I did not receive my winter tires after they were removed. I was asked to return to their location to discuss this matter. I returned within the hour of the phone call and spoke with the manager. I was told that they did not have my winter tires and would not be able to find them because they must have been disposed of. I had asked upon service that my tires be switched with the expectation that I would receive my winter tires back after they were removed. I was told that they would not dispose of tires unless they were "garbage". My winter tires were not "garbage" and that was my decision to make. I was approached about another matter while I had been waiting for service that day but was never approached with their concern that my winter tires were no good and an option to keep or have them disposed of. I was told by the manager that he would rectify this matter and contact me within a couple of weeks with a resolution. It has now been over 6 months and I have not heard back from anyone at Tim's Tires as was promised. Very disappointed and would not recommend Tim's Tires ever.

been going to these guys for 30 years,always the best price and service.their simply is no-one better.I dont even know how they stay afloat considering the time they give and then barely charge anything for the work.Last time i seen them one guy fixed a hole in my tire and three others checked my front end.told me why my tire was rubbing against my sway bar,told me how to fix the problem and then pointed me in the direction of an awesome mechanic who fixed the problem on the spot again for a very fair price and the only charged me 35 dollars.Ill say it again....THEIR SIMPLY IS NO ONE BETTER.

I went in the next morning around 9am & was told it might take 3hrs to put them on (there was already a line up), but they were ready in 2. Got a call when they were ready, picked up my vehicle, & stopped in for a re-torque a few days later, which was done right away. Very honest & effective communication going on here. Tim's tires is my go to for tire issues. Recently got a nail in wife's car tire. Canadian tire quoted me $375 to replace my front two tires because they said they couldn't take out the nail and patch it.
