For years Sharad at Superior Tire has taken care of both me and my Acura. Superior Tire delivers high quality service at an extremely fair price. They are timely and friendly. When my car needs work I go out of my way to get my work done at Superior Tire. I have other mechanics in walking distance from my home and office, but no one treats me or my car better than Superior Tire.

Their word and credibility has proven to be false. Took my car for a tire Saturday since they confirmed they would get me it 100% on Monday 8am. I asked several times if they can get it and they said yes, drove there Saturday with a torn tire to drop it off and Monday I went there at noon since I didn't get a call aND they had not even ordered it! Half hour later they tell me they can't get it even though they already took my money Saturday for it. They scrambled to get me another but after waiting an hour I gave up and asked for refund then left. They jeapordized my safety since my tire was torn and they wasted hours of my time without even an apology. Yes Winston that's how it went down, if you have another version of what happened your welcome to share that with everyone. Be warned they are NOT the large franchise named Superior Tire ! They scratch out the last 3 letters of their sign and business cards to say "Super Tire" . Buy a new sign and business cards if your a real business not use paint and markers. They do not represent Superiore Tire nor are they affiliated with them. Avoid

Winston is a good guy!! I walked in from the street looking for some lug bolts to put on my wife's truck in a bit of an emergency situation and Winston treated my like a friend, got me out of a jam .He Match the pitch on the thread of my lug nut and found me some, the price was fair. God bless this shop!!

Prices are pretty standard and nothing special. The service and experience however was terrible. You can see from the waiting room and they would take their time removing my tires from the old wheel and putting them on the new one. After mounting my tires onto the new wheels they were trying to upsell me by pointing out reasons why they will not warranty the tires. Ball joint was beginning to go and because of that I also would need an alignment when the ball joint was replaced. I said I would get the part fixed and they told me I had to bring it back within 30 days with receipt to show them if I was not going to get it done by them (which they were quoting quite highly). They also tried to keep my old tires, which were summers and had enough tread on them for another season. When I drove off 2 tires were not balanced properly at all. I got the ball joint fixed and alignment done and came back and had them tell me they didn't really care to see the car and the alignment paper proof means nothing and could be fake. I was furious at this point and just fed up with this location. Seems like they do not want repeat business and I would never go back or recommend.

Brutal. I've been there a few times. Thought they were a nice, honest couple of guys. I even brought a friend's car there to be serviced too. Went for a safety wherein which they charged me $170 - the standard rate is around $100. Then they named of all the things that would need to be fixed but couldn't provide me a quote. They advised they would email it on Monday. It is now Thursday afternoon so I won't hold my breath. On more than one occasion they've called to say my car is ready, when I tell them I will be there in 15 minutes they are still working on the car and I sit for anywhere between half an hour and TWO HOURS. Wont be returning.

These guys are more than amazing! I took my 2008 Mazda in for servicing and a brake job and it was ready the same day! I enjoyed a movie while I waited. Last year, I purchased winter tires for this same car and I got a great deal on the tires and labour cost! It is hard to find great mechanics, but these guys are experienced professionals! Keep up the great service!

got ripped of by these guys. was charged $50 for a 10m "inspection" without being told about the charge. The owner was ok to deal with but the other full time guy is brutal, horrible people skills, overall bad customer service from both employees. Was quoted $800 to fix an AC compressor for my Honda and another mechanic down the road quoted me $560. Never going back and would not suggest going there! That concludes my first ever google review!

Tried to book an oil change and alignment wanting to use some half price coupons I received when I purchased a charity for kids coupon book. I was told by the gentlemen on the phone that "they don't offer half price anything, call another location". Coupons in the book have Superior Tire logo right on them. Give your heads a shake guys and know what discount programs you have committed to.
