Here you will be able to see all the feddbacks of people who are buying the services and products of ServiceOntario (Tires) in Ontario area (Canada).
Nowadays the firm receives a score of 4.1 over 5 and this score has been based on 127 reviews.
You must have seen that it has an average rating is very positive, and it's founded on a very large number of reviews, so we may be pretty sure that the evaluation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they are pleased, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to put scores when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Tires corresponds to the category of Government office.
One of the easiest serviceOntario to deal with
Nice service
Nice place!
Great service with great staff that are reslly helpful
Phone calls are not answered at this location. Called between 9am to 5 pm -20 times... phone rang...no answer.
Very friendly people and fast service
A secret during the pandemic. Lines are uncommon, staff are actually friendly (most GO front line employees tend to reinforce the “DMV” stereotype) and helpful.
Intelligent, hard working helpful and honest staff, specially Paul. Great service, plus they know what they are doing. If you have visited other service Ontario locations and this you will know the difference. After bad experiences at other locations I only go here.
Hidden in the basement of Canadian Tire, usually the line is short and moves quick.
This place is my Service Ontario Secret. While everyone gets frustrated waiting in line at Bay/College office, I just zip into the Canadian Tire basement and I'm in & out with all my paperwork in twenty minutes. Really don't know how people can complain about lines... I've literally never seen more than 3 customers at once in this location. I guess they go right after work? Is that when it's super busy since they're one of the few with extended hours? I totally reccommend going before 4pm if you have the option, it's always empty.
The staff was very helpful and professional. I really appreciated.
They are a private company that can't offer 90% ServiceOntario services. Don't waste your time like me and go somewhere else.
We stayed in the line for 2 hours in pandemic period
Fast, polite service, short queue. Had to return for correcting a mistake in my application. Make sure to double check everything.
Huge lines on Saturday and no clear instructions
very helpful staff, amazing service.
Long line up for over an hour. The staff was good but aren’t they paid for that? Lol the reviews here confuse me
The workers r very nice n polite quick done within 10-15 minutes, got the license but the health one not I guess the send it to old address don't know y I'm sure the had my address correct. Other then that????
Pretty good considering we had to go in during a pandemic.
It is located in the basement of Canadian Tier. We went on a saturday and it had lengthy queues. Only 3 stations were functional. The positive is that you can use the wifi at Canadian Tier and also if you have a companion then one of you’ll can shop!
Agree that this branch is very nice, staff are very friendly and helpful..
When I went the line was short and the service was shockingly pleasant and efficient. But BEWARE of the parking. Parking is only free for Can Tire customers. It cost me $4 for a half hour.
Hardly any line
Always the best.
The location was great for me ????????
Standing in the line up inside underground parking lot in humid weather is so annoying unless u busy wth yr smart phn, not realizing it is so crowdy even on Saturday .So, just mind it. However, I found nice service inside the office ????.Thanks
Quick, friendly and well informed service
Well, i should say the customer service is not good, the officer should remember that there is no reason to be mad if i do not have all the required documents :-)
fast service, but they do not cover all services. make sure phone them first.
Quick and efficient visit. Staff were quick and greatly helpful.
Glad I went here. Was in and out in 8 minutes to renew my health card and take the photo. That’s including standing in line behind 3-4 people who were also helped pretty quickly. Thank goodness I checked the reviews first I’m glad I came here.
I let my Healthcare card expire and honestly the people that work at ServiceOntario, in Canadian tire, couldn't be nicer and more helpful! It took all of 2 minutes, she even asked if I wanted a new picture! Wonderful experience!
High efficiency and patient service
I have been here four times for driver license and health card. After waiting in long queue they just say I need to go their head office in colleague. Just state you cannot handle any application for non-PR, instead wasting people time!
They did for me what I needed to get done quickly and efficiently.
So slowwww
Fast efficient
Fairly fast processing time compared to some centres in the city. Would like to point out gentleman working at a second window, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. God bless, more workers like him.
Quick service and very professional. Staff work in an expeditious manner and are helpful in answering questions. This location is a little hard to find, but once inside the Canadian Tire simply go to the lower level and it's located on the left-hand side at the back.
The line is way shorter (in comparison to the one on college street), and the staff is super fast and polite. This location is very close to Younge & Bloor subway station. In case you have difficulty finding it, enter Canadian Tire and head to the downstairs (the staff deserve a better space!).
Very good customer service and very helpful.
I prefer the Bay Street site (if I have to), but that this site is open on Saturdays has saved me more than once. Free Wifi is nice too. Staff always been friendly and efficient to me. Sure, being in the bowels of a poorly-marked Canadian Tire and limited space (so few chairs) is a drag, but if you plan your visit for slower hours, you'll be fine.
Horrible. Waste of a whole day.
The place is in the basement of the Canadian Tire store. If you are using Google maps to navigate to this place, it can lead you to a different spot. The place gets crowded easily so plan accordingly.
This location is a dream. Post-COVID19, I was expecting long line ups and reduced staff. This was not the case. I breezed through in 10 minutes for a license renewal. The staff were helpful and friendly!
Took me about 5 minutes to find it, It is INSIDE Canadian tire! but at least the line is short ☺️
Was a bit challenging to find because it is located actually inside the hardware store on he lower level. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Even worked a bit after closing time to help those who waited in line. Very nice of them. ????
Fast, easy service. Explanations were concise but not terse in any way. Had my situation handled within a couple of minutes.
Service was fast and line went up quite quickly. We arrived 5 minutes before 9 on a Saturday and there was already a small line. Took us about 55 minutes to leave with a photo ID.
I don't usually leave reviews, let alone reviews for government offices. Expect a line and be patient, but your reward will be efficient service from extremely friendly staff. Given all my past experiences with Service Ontario, I can't get over how nice and pleasant the staff were, especially working overtime on a Saturday. Great job!
Best ServiceOntario I have ever been to. Friendly and super efficient staff.
Very good friendly people.
5 counters. We're 4 piece working But down to 3 as I write this and stand in line. The word service should Not be part of the name here. There are 18 people Behind me. Sorry for them. When I arrived there were 8 ahead of me. As of now I have waited 27 mins and 6 have been served. Like they don't know they will be busy in the only Esau they have extended hours.
Best service ontario I have ever visited. Very nice and helpful staff. Very efficient and fast service.
Convenient location, right under the store. Usually not so crowded. Helpful and nice staff.
Hard to find the location, long waiting time !!!!!!
The staff are friendly and efficient. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: At this point in time (early September 2021) this location is walk-in only on Saturdays, but they also post signs everywhere stating you can only access it through stairs. This is not strictly true: I was able to use the elevator in the Canadian Tire to get to the location in a wheelchair. You may then have to wait for someone to direct you about where to line-up, as always the rules are slightly different for lining up with a mobility aid versus without one.
I went today to get my car registration and plates and the service was great. I was lucky that there were only 4 people lining up. Great customer service. The service representative, Paul, was very helpful and very nice. It was my first time doing this transaction and he explained to me the process step by step very clearly and professionally. Thank you Paul.
Didn't take as long as I expected. Staff is friendly.
I went in on a Tuesday morning of all days, which should have been very busy, but it wasn't. When I arrived there were only two other people. Jenny one of the people works there is so friendly, polite and precise. I was out of there in less than ten minutes. The Service Ontario and the Canadian Tire are both pretty clean and fairly easy to navigate around.
50 minutes in line standing, 2 employees, 15 people waiting... unacceptable, I will never go back, this is the second time with the same wait because only 2 people are 'serving'...when I asked why, the employee said, "they're out for lunch" ...it was almost 4 in the afternoon, get real
Very friendly, they spend time answering your questions and provide you with right guidance
Terrible staff. They were 4 of them, only two worked. Other two were chatting about their family and laughing while people were in the line. When I challenged this, they found small excuse in my documents to not do my work and had very rude behaviour just because I criticised them. I went to other branch of Service Ontario and they did my work without any problem.
Courteous, efficient and friendly staff. They help you in the best possible manner and explain everything you need to know.
Efficient and polite service (arrived 15 min prior to my Photo Card appointment and left by my original appointment time). Make sure to book an appointment online for weekday services. I give it 4 stars because the access is quite tricky (access stairs are in the parking lot near the gas station)
Slow service but nice employees
I needed to renew my health card and waited for more than 1 hour in the line, but the attendant only told me that once I changed my status in Canada, they can't do this service in that location. There is nothing in the Service Ontario site saying this. It just says that if you changed the status, you need to bring your latest document that proves it.
Very crowded on Saturday noon. It is located at the automotive section of the Canadian Tire where I had to smell all the rubber during my 1 hour wait.
I have visited them twice–once for my health card and the next for family's–and it was a pleasant experience both times. They were swift with their work, and I have noticed that they were friendly with all the applicants. People may also note that this is a private franchisee of the govt service. They may not process health cards for student visas and a few other types of visas/permits. You will have to visit a govt Service Ontario office for it. It also helps that the facility is in Canada Tire if you need some shopping post your visit to Service Ontario.
Very good
It is located in canadian tire level 1 Service is ok
Show up early if you can. I had to transfer a car ownership and the process was easy and quick. Dave was helping queue people at the entrance and I ended up catching Paul at the service desk. Both of them were cheerful, helpful and gave exceptional customer service to everyone entering. Remember to be kind to these folks, they're working with hundreds of people a day!
Excellent service & very nice staff
I read the information on the website carefully and yet the visit was a complete waste of time and an exercise in frustration. I am appalled that my tax dollars and those of fellow Ontarians are wasted on this place. If I had the option to give zero stars, I would.
The service itself was goid. Unfortunately, you have to be ready for long lines (ex. 15 people per staff of 3). The location is hidden in the basement of Canadian Tire.
I never received my ontario card. I went to this branch to get my ontario card last march 1, 2021 but up until now it never cane into my house. I checked my address and it is right. So I don't know why it never came. I tried to call them several times but their number is always busy. I paid 35$ for nothing!
This is a fantastic Service Ontario. Paul was friendly, helpful and kind. It made all the difference, and I left smiling! When you need your health card and drivers license renewed, go to this location. It’s worth the effort.
Wait time was a very reasonable 15 - 20 minutes (arrived around 11 am on a Monday) and service/support provided by Paul was outstanding and much appreciated.
I came here today to renew my health card and the staff who assisted me was very kind and helpful! Please keep it up!
Show up really early.went in 10 mins before they opened and still had an hour wait. Staff was great though. Friendly and efficient considering there was only 3 people working.
I have been to this place couple of times, tough to find for sure but the staff is very helpful, I haven’t spent more than 30 minutes to get my work done.
Short line, friendly staff. What more can you ask for?
Long wait, but nothing unexpected. Open on Saturdays, so that's a relief!
This Service Ontario was awesome, it's located in the bottom of the Canadian Tire here at church and park. So thank everybody who works there for serving Ontario everyday and make sure that you give yourself plenty of time plan ahead and yes there's parking but it's limited so maybe take the bus. ????????️????✌️????????????????
It is definately handy to have it in the Cadian Tire store. Unfortunately you have to pay for parking as it is not free parking. There was a line but it moved quickly. Apparently you can make an appointment but I did not know this.
Long line up during covid
I'm really impressed by the service at this location. I've visited 3 times and have had no problems.
Very friendly receptionist!!
May 2020. I was looking for Service Ontario that works on Saturday. This location works on Saturdays, that is really great. They serve 100 people and give a ticket to each customer at the entrance. Great customer service.
(Translated) The atmosphere is friendly, the level of service. (Original) Атмосфера дружелюбная, обслуживание на уровне.
Fast service, good location, lots of parking...Tip, buy something small and show the C.T. bill to the parking attendant, you'll get free parking.
Really good location.
Fast and efficient!!! Went there at 3pm on Wednesday... It was cold and raining outside... But we can line up warm inside... Very little people... Was done everything in 40 minutes.. thank you so much..!!
Waited in line for 2 hours to learn that this service Ontario doesn’t provide all services. No sign outside mentioning that - have to wait 1.5 hours to get inside. No one apologized and they didn’t care. Brutal.
Got there at 9:15 (15 min after they opened) on Wednesday. Waited for 25 min, not bad. The service was fairly good.
There is a outdoor parking space next to the office by charge.
I waited 3 hours in line on Saturday for them to tell me that they ran out of motorcycle plates. Please leave a display or have a knowledgable service rep outside that can let these issues be known and deter people from waiting for services you cant provide.
Arrived around 9am. 4 agents present, so was in the line for about 45 mins. Just another 15 mins to renew my health card, despite computer problems. Would be good if one could take a number and sit down instead of standing.
It was my first time applying for OHIP. I checked the service Ontario official website and went there prepared with the required documents and when I went there, there was a very kind, active and communicative elderly white man who was very energetic, he helped me with the form filling and it took only few minutes for him to help me apply for an OHIP card. I am beyond satisfied of his professionalism, I wish I have his name to include on my review. I don't usually review places that I have visited but his service exceeded my expectations which made me rate this Service Ontario Centre at 839 Yonge Street. Thank you sir if you can read my review!
Efficient and friendly staff. Janelle was super helpful.Thank you!
You CANNOT apply for your OHIP card if you’re applying under a WORK PERMIT at this location. Hopefully this will save someone else some time. You can make an appointment at the 777 Bay St location if you’re applying for your OHIP card under a work permit.
Very efficient staff
Long long lines but fast and friendly service.
Great location and wonderful service.
The place was hard to find being in the lower level of Canadian Tire, but once you find it you will be amazed how fast and amazing their service is. I was there at 3:30pm on Friday, expecting a last-hours-of-the-week crowd, but was surprised to find no queue at all. I was attended by a Service Ontario employee named Jenny, she was so helpful and nice that it just made my day. The work was done in no time too.
Good vibes at this Service Ontario
Garbage experience. Poor documentation with unsympathetic staff. They can’t do many of the things you need and let whoever cut the line. They also don’t take electronic documents. Get with the 21st century.
Best thing about the location is that it is open on Saturday 9 to 1pm. Due to Covid very very crowded the queues form outside of the location and in to the parking lot. Therefore recommendation is to go early, and better if you can carry a foldable chair.
There is no free parking nearby and the Canadian Tire parking charges $4 per half an hour. I went there today (Saturday). It took about 45 minutes and was charged $8!
Other than the difficulty in finding the location, once arrived the service was outstanding.
Wait time is just 15 min and the staff is so friendly. Madison helped me with my health card just take a matter of minutes with me to help me out
Excellent service. Knowledgeable staff. Customer service as it should be. Best place in Toronto. Some people complaining about long lines. I waited 2 minutes. Maybe they should have average waiting times and peak days and hours of the day. Average waiting times chart.
Great service and advice
No numbers for the queue, so you have to lineup and wait until you have been served
Excellent service by the gentleman who attended to me today Monday 7 October 2019 around 1030am.Thank you.
There is this pretty lady by name Estella at 5th booth. She needs promotion. Very hardworking, soo fast dedicated and polite too
first time going to this service ontario, very smooth. staff knew what they were doing and it wasnt that busy considering I went there on the first day after the new year break. (3-Jan-2017).
Very efficient! I went there at noon and got my stuff done in 10 mins including waiting time. Nice work!
This Service Ontario office is fantastic. The Representative (Paul, I believe his name) who processed my request, did so with the upmost professionalism. He is informative, kind and very efficient. He went the extra mile during my transaction - picked up the phone and made a one time exception to help me complete a out of province registration. Service Ontario staff are under immense pressure to understand all intricacies of our Ministry AND be able to calmly explain this to customers. Paul and his colleagues do fantastic job doing just that. Thank you folks.
Everything in order, quite efficient, smooth operation !
Not enough people working here.
Great service and staff. Took care of me start to finish. Very helpful. Thank you ???? Located inside canadian tire. You have to go down the escalator ramp.
had a great experience at this location and a wonderful lady helping me with all the requests (expired cards) and super helpful. will go here from now on.
Horrible, most of the staff are not knowledgeable and keep referring to college park ServiceOntario.
They don't do first time health card application service
Quick'n easy. Doesn't have long queue.
Really handy location inside the Canadian Tire store. Got some shopping done after renewing my Health Card! I love this location. Extended hours available on Thursdays. Also open for a few hours on Saturday (but very busy!)
Efficient service.
They are open on Saturdays which is great for someone who can’t go during business hours on weekdays. When I got to the Canadian Tire entrance a staff directed me to a staircase across the parking lot that I had to go down which led to the parking lot underground. That’s where the line is and it was kind of chilly. However plan to get their early because the line is long! They open at 9 and I got there around 9:40 and I was already the 79th person in line (they give a queue number). I waited in line for about 1.5 hours.
Great service.
Very organized fast and great customer service. Yonge n Davenport. Teller 1.
Super nice and fast. Best service ontario I've been to in the last 20 years
The lady who attended to me was extremely courteous and thorough. Got there about 9am, met 4 or 5 people. I was called up at 9:09am, new health card registrations for myself and two young kids were completed by 9:28am; maybe it helped that I had filled forms ahead, and had all the necessary documents with me.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Would love some chairs just because I had to stand in line but free WiFi was great.
Went with my old card, a letter from Service Ontario to me at my address advising I needed to get a new card, my current passport and letter from the Royal Bank. Not good enough. Need a “government card with my picture and address”. That’s what I was hoping to get here????. Hopeless!!
I took a photo as an evidence. Only one counter works at 10:00am in the morning. People stand long line up, but who cares about them. As if we have no other things to do except this. Who is helping us??????
Took us in half an hour before opening time on saturday. Was in and out in 15 mins. Good job!
The service Ontario itself is good but Parking is not Free. A minimum payment of $ 10 from CT is required for free parking otherwise it’s $4 / 30 minutes which in my opinion is not fair. This info is only posted on the main entrance not the side one.
staff is efficient and helpful.
Some times have to wait. Depends on time of day seats for waiting Very nice staff helpful. Best place for me asparking covered and easy access right off Yonge at davenport . All kinds of stuff you might need at Canadian Tire so makes this. A good spot. Also open late to 7pm for 9-5 workers.
Best Service Ontario. Ask for Paul. He is the best!!
Best service ontario ive been to. No line helpful staff.
Long lines, lots of unmasked people.
First come, first serve, the best Service Ontario in town, no need to pickup appointment ticket in the morning like other service locations
Excellent and prompt service.
Best Service Ontario I've ever been to. In and out in less than 15 minutes on two different occasions. Both were successful experiences.
Excellent experience for a mundane service!
A little bit understaffed, which can be translated into longer waiting times, but they are very professional, polite and kind. If you don't mind waiting a little bit longer than in any other Service Ontario, please come here
Friendly staff and fast service!
Went in today, no one else in line. Guy that helped me was fast and very nice, got me out in 5 minutes. Would recommend location and get there early (10-12)
Ok. 1/3 the Ontario Service agents speak proper English --- I mean perhaps 1/3 did not understand the words that were coming out of my mouth. I wish someone could tell me why the MTO and Toronto Parking Authourity systems don't connect or they do ... if you ask ... where is the service there. I had a bunch of parking tickets and 2 traffic violations. I paid for all and 1 traffic as they didn't request payment for the other to renew my sticker. The ontario.ca website indicates all fines be it traffic or parking be paid prior to sticker renewal. I paid almost $1300 in fines/fees which were traffic and parking infractions to renew my license plate sticker - Oct 2, 2017. I'm ok with that. 16 days later I get a notice that my license is suspended, however, I was still able to renew my sticker Oct 2, 2017 . ... it turns out there was an outstanding/conviction on my file (license/vehicle) that they neglected to tell me about during my license plate sticker renewal session. Why?? Meanwhile, I can't drive due to license suspension. I am dinged with $198 to reinstatement fee. They say Service Ontario can't see MTO data ("unless asked") bs. Where is the service in that ... service ontario. However, if I drive ... the cops can view my license plate and recognize my license is suspended. Why can they see it ... they must do due diligence UNLIKE the Service Ontario employee I dealt with at the Canadian Tire location at Yonge and Church.... I don't mean to judge, but very incompetent and demeaning. Today, October 19, 2017, this employee at Service Ontario could pull the outstanding infraction on request ... brutal. But back Oct 2, 2017 they said I'm clear. Idiot move. Because of this eff up ... I am out of work for 2 days = min. $300 ... whose payroll am I on... none.
It just should not be acceptable that you wait standing in line, no chairs (unless you are willing to lose your place in line), no washroom access, for several hours because they only have two attendants working. Every ServiceOntario location should have at least five clerks.
Absolutely horrible service . 1 hr 5 ppl served
Fast and professional services. Everything was clear for me, as a newcomer and first time car buyer I was a little nervous. Workers explained the process and the fees. Thank you.
The short brown woman with curly hair was extremely rude. I understand that people have bad days and we're in the middle of a pandemic. But her service was straight up disrespectful and unprofessional.
Was quite fast service and pleasant lady!
I don't think anyone know this is here...so much better than other ones there was no lineup and staff actually were pleasant.
An amazing experienced with the nice lady named " SARAH", She is so helpful and great person to deal with. I salute to all the staffs of this Service Ontario (839 Yonge St.) Thanks a lot to all of you...
The service was fast & efficient
The most efficient and friendly Service Ontario I've ever entered. Inside Canadian Tire on the lower level which seems to confuse first timers trying to locate it via the Internet..
I went there just the other day and I was expecting it to be really long as normal. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with my health card renewed. The guy the counter was super friendly and very helpful. Overall great
I was in and out in less than 10 mins. best service Ontario I've ever been to.
Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. This place is totally useless! I went to renew my ohip card and after waiting for 3.5h they told me that they couldn't do it and that I have to go to another location! I checked my ohip card on their website and they suggested me to renew it at any location as I couldn't do it online. I called them to double check it too. When I was waiting in line and I said what service I need, no one told me that I couldn't do it. It's totally unprofessional! I just wasted my time!
Come here if you feel like wasting time. I waited over half an hour and there were three people working and only five people ahead of me. The woman who helped me had a terrible attitude and didn’t even try to answer my questions. Coming to Service Ontario is never fun but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. They should also consider adding more signs to make finding it a bit easier. Once you enter Canadian Tire the only directions you get are that it’s on the “lower level” which you’re left to try to find on your own.
Lacks organization. I waited in line for 40 minutes. I don’t understand why is there only 2 people working if there’s a 30+ person line. But whatever the reason, If you’re going to make people wait for that long, it would be super convenient to put the seats in the area to use with tickets calls rather than standing in line and not knowing who’s turn it is. i could be studying or others carrying kids could sit maybe. I had to ask several people if they could let a pregnant lady skip the line after seeing her pale face during my errand here in the summer. Nice quick staff but it’s too busy for this to be running so poorly.
Finally a service Ontario where the employees are helpful. I was able to get my health card renewed without any problems. I was there around 3pm and I waited about an hour and half, they have 5 counters but only 2 people were working.
Great staff ! Very helpful ! Thanks for your help with my vehicle transfer...
In and out in under 5! Fabulous service for a government operated office.
Arrived around 9:05 on a weekday and finished in half an hour, the staff is nice and efficient! 777 Bay Centre is closer to me but the queue is very long, a great choice to visit the Yonge centre instead!
Since the new restrictions are in place now (dec 28), you must enter service ontario from the underground parking entrance at davenport-yonge branch. Even though there is a small line up, it moves at a moderate pace. Try to arrive early morning to avoid a lengthy wait in line.
Very convenient location at Yonge and Bloor area . Good service but always a long lineup
Came here on a Friday at 2:50 pm to renew both DL and health card (wasn't able to renew online). Only 10 ppl ahead of me but the process from start to finish took 1.5 hrs. Only three were staffed at the front desk and at one brief moment for about 5 min there were 4 staffed. Not sure if a couple of the staff were new as they kept disappearing to the back during and after each customer, resulting in a lot longer than normal pandemic wait times. Note - if coming by car, there is no free parking for Service Ontario. But if you buy over $10 from CT then parking is free but for max 1 hr only. So plan ahead wisely.
I love going to this location. It's amazing, and the staff are the best in the city.
Just visited here now, very nice and quick service, and there was nobody in line! Even if I had to line up, it is inside in the Canadian Tire so it's fine. Would visit here again
Had an awful experience here today. After not being able to order what I needed off of the Service Ontario website, I went in to see if they could help me out. I explained my situation and was greeted with a sustained eyeroll (I'm talking a solid 2- 3 seconds, A+ for the flair) and patronizingly told to make sure I went to the right website. Then the employee let me know that if I couldn't figure out the website (more patronizing) I could go to another Service Ontario 10kms away to do it in person. Turns out I'm actually not allowed to order what I needed, I had to get my mother to order it (her long form marriage certificate, I am however allowed to order the short form which is where the confusion came from). My bad on that one. I'm lucky I figured this out myself before going to the other center 10kms away where I just would have been turned away. I've seriously never seen someone roll their eyes as much as I did today. I'm actually kind of impressed. I can't imagine how awful that experience might be for someone new to Canada or someone who was in a more urgent situation than I was. Fortunately my situation got sorted out, but come on dude.
My daughter is expecting, any day, and during her visit to Service Canada she was not only accommodated but experienced kindness from staff and other clients. She is now considering naming the baby or getting a tattoo that says Service Canada! Thank you Canadians!
They never ever ever ever answer the phone. Poor attitude and no care to assist. Avoid this location
Went at lunch absolutely no line, super friendly and efficient. Was out in 15 minutes. If you're driving, there is a paid parking lot. Service Ontario is on the lower level. Elevator near the front entrance (turn left and left again) or walk through the store to the escalators down.
People is so slow I waited 3 hours outside. Another hour inside. I can’t believe it
I lost my driving license and had to replace it. I didn't have to take an appointment due to Covid 19. I was served in a very quick and professional manner from Paul who I'd like to thank.
Way too long of a wait (2 hours) but that's not their fault. ServiceOntario needs another Toronto location open on Saturdays. Good service once it was my turn.
After standing in a line up for an hour I was unable to accomplish what I came for. BUT there were lots of chairs which meant you would lose your place in the line unless you had someone with you and take turns. why do not they not have a "take a number system" which would allow older people to sit while waiting this extraordinary amount of time.
Great service!
Come here if you like standing in one looong line to waste your entire day. How about letting me at the very least take a number so that I can sit down or go shopping?
They don’t do medical cards if you don’t hold pr
