Great customer service accidentally over order they had it sorted out and they issued a refund in about 10 min after I emailed them. Also had ended up receiving a defective adventure tunnel bag for my snowmobile but they were hot on the trail and had another sent the next day. Only disappointment is they were sold out of the kimpex connect fuel tank stacking kit ????but all in all it was a pretty ???? good experience

Communication was good with Revco delivery and tracking code worked. I was disappointed that the tire beads were off the rim and had to take to the local tire shop to get them reseated. If it was not for that probably would give 5 stars. Tires and rims are a big improvement from stock. I like that fact they are located in Canada.

Great experience with Revco. Terrific prices on some awesome tires. My tires were initially lost by the courier. I contacted Revco customer support with the tracking numbers and 5 days later a new set of tires were delivered to my door. I know these tires are going to last for YEARS, but I'll definitely by purchasing my next set from Revco.

Just by chance I found a rear windshield for my Arctic cat Prowler 550xt. I ordered it. The process was easy! An e-mailed was sent to me showing tracking for the free delivery and an estimated delivery date. Ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday. Fantastic service. I installed the windshield and it fit perfectly. Every hole lined up for the screws and bolts. A 5 star product.

Purchased a lift kit for my sxs and it arrived within 3 days. No instructions in the box as described but it was quickly sorted out. Their pricing was better and delivered faster to the East coast of Canada, than within my own country from another dealer.

Order process was straight forward with no issues. Only concern is I contacted company regarding the delivery and indicated I’d be away on delivery day and didn’t want item left on front step in full view. Revco indicated they would contact shipper and advise to place out of sight. Arrived home from vacation at 2am to find $500 in motorcycle tires sitting in plain view on front steps. No harm done but could have ended badly with the number of delivery thefts. I’m sure not a Revco failure but perhaps they need to have a word with their shippers. Overall pleased with purchase. The website is easy to navigate and my purchase was processed quickly. Shipping took a normal amount of time and tracking information was provided. The box looks great and I’m very happy with it. I did have two issues with the box but I was able to correct them quick, and easy - The right hinge needed to be reseated when I took the box out of the package. The second issue was the left lock mechanism wouldn’t lock with the key. I figured out that the clip was not aligned and needed to be moved in an upward direction for the lock to connect. Other than those two issues which was corrected very easily, I am extremely happy with this product and Revco.

As far as dealing with Revco goes, everything was excellent. Was able to call and talk with someone to make sure I was ordering the right parts. The quality and price of stuff is good. The only problem we had was with one of the delivery companies they use. They are incredibly stupid. But it's hard to complain with free shipping.

Gates belt failure after 150 km. Told originally to file through revco so they can send to manufacturer. After almost a week of no response and 2 emails, I receive a follow up to now go directly to manufacturer for upto a 2 weeks wait for a response. Machine down for 3 weeks now. Great service.

Article was delivered on time, with a refund for the discount code that I had not entered, dropping the price even further. Product quality is comparable, if not better than the local product.
