Excellent and safe business! They helped me out when I needed my front tire air valves fixed. They also noticed that I have had the wrong bolts on all these years and found some used ones around the shop and swapped them for FREE. Professional and honest people :). Also, they were safe and masked up, which can't be said for all places around here!

Will never do business there again. Bought 2 new tires from them. They balanced, mount them and in the process messed up my tire sensors. They would not take responsibility and fix problem. Update took truck to get oil change dealship check senors they were damaged so buy beware of these clowns cost me over $100.00 to fix problem. I work in Simcoe so I let the staff at work know to stay clear.

I got my winter tires switched over to my summer tires here and I have to refill the air several times a week which never happened before. They are trying to tell me that all of my valve stem sensors went at the exact same time and each must have developed a leak that week. I told them it seems fishy that I have had zero issues until they changed my tires and they basically said it’s a coincidence. I don’t think so. Won’t ever come here again.

I locked my keys in my new car called them they dispatched an ape. I asked if he had ever gotten into on e he lied and said a few. I let him try he damaged the vynel coating all around the door he would have destroyed the seals if i didnt tell him to stop. He did not ha e the correct tools dont let the pain t jobs on the trucks fool you they are ill equipped. My friend used her caa and the man they sent was in my car in a couple min no damage andgave a tip to help repair what the ape damaged . Do not trust they are competant people.

Had to return multiple times to get a simple tire balance and alignment. After my first visit my tire weights fell off. Then after my alignment my steering wheel was still not straight. Had to return again to get it fix fixed just to find out there was no mechanic that day. Had to go again the next day. Service was very slow. It just seemed like they didn't care and I won't be returning for anything if they can't do the simple jobs. Would I trust them touching my breaks or engine.

Bought 4 new tires for my truck and had them installed only to come back and find my truck very dirty inside the drivers seat both front doors and the back as well as the the steering wheel and back seats lifted up and everything pulled out and not put back into place and they even went through the center console, they did call and I call back after my appointment but didn't say anything to me on the phone and when I got a bit frustrated (being in pandemic and them touching everything and not even cleaning it up) and then the front desk guy says (with an attitude) we tried to call and gave me the excuse it was on the hoist instead of sorry sir and how about throwing something over the seat and putting on some vinyl or latex gloves on when driving it into the building, not a professional business, I guess that's why they are not that busy, I should have gone elsewhere like my gut was telling me only 67 reviews, I don't recommend them, but you take your chances with the reviews that you read.

Purchased a set of white wall tires for a 69 Lincoln Mark III. Nobody within a 2 hour driving radius had these tires. Queensway tire had 12 in stock. Price was fair and staff were friendly and professional. They even provide delivery service. I will definitely purchase more tires in the future.
