Last year, in the dead of winter, my tire light came on. Tire pressure was low on all four tires as the car had sat all winter outside. I was driving my husband's car and he was out of town. Happily they filled the tires up in the freezing cold and couldn't have been any nicer about it!! This woman won't forget that kind deed!!

Came in the Saturday before Christmas without an appointment at 1 in the afternoon and a nail in my tire. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to get me in even though they seemed fairly busy. They had the work done much faster than I expected and I was on my way in no time. Price for the repair was very reasonable. While I waited I noted several different employee interactions with the customers both in person and on the phone and in each case I was really impressed with the professionalism and honesty from the staff. I walked away very impressed and will definitely be going back when I need to have my tires replaced, well done you've earned yourself a new customer.

I am generally pleased with the service I have received from Queenston Tire on Ontario Street on multiple occasions. The staff can be slightly overbearing at times especially for new customers but they mean well, care about your safety and provide an amazing service. Fantastic experience right from the phone call with George to having the tires installed with Dave and Rob ( manager and staff member..sorry if i got the names mixed up). It was pouring rain this day and I ended up with a flat tire coming to visit family from out of town and Queenston Tires was recommended by CAA, they took my Honda CRV right away & found a comparable tire and cleaned the doughnut tire up and put it back in the back wheel well. Don't judge a book as they say right.... this business was top notch and amazing customer experience! The lady at the desk was just as pleasant... Thank you!

I’ve been here twice, first time was for a tire repair and today I purchased 2 used tires. The prices are great and the staff is friendly. I’ll warn you that its November in Canada so they are really busy and you should probably call ahead. I bring my rims in and leave them to change the tires. If you are in a hurry then you should definitely call ahead.

BEST SHOP IN TOWN This is my second time getting tires from this shop last time I got a wicked deal on 4 low profile tires for my summer rims and this time around I needed 2 more rare low profile tires for my front wheels and this was the only shop in the Niagara region that had them and for an affordable price. Worst experience. Booked appointment earlier in the week. Showed up on a Saturday to switch over two tires and buy two 90% tread tires. Show up to appointment and then after i waited nearly 30 minutes I'm told there's an inventory issue. Nonsense, clearly the tires my wife looked at were sold. Liars. Terrible customer service. As an official google respected reviewer.... I came in waited about 10-12 mins to be served. I dont mind waiting at all. there was 3 people ahead of me. Oddly every person ahead of me had to see some man within the shop. It was like she was standing there and then going to get the man then talked to the man about a price. I was asked many questions about my one set of rims. Like if i used them b4. I was looking at my rims wich had almost bald tires on them and answered yes in a kind mannor. Just assuming it was protocol.? Any ways after the man saw the unique scenario gave me a quote for the job. The shop was busy. Was told I could drop off all my tires and come back tomrrow. I felt odd and as any 1st time customer not knowing the company at all. I wouldent be able to just leave my stuff there and come back. Yet... At least till a trust is made. I had to leave bc I needed it to be done all at once as needed. I understand it is busy time. My suggestions would be to have more staff inside during busy/seasional times. Also for the front counter person to stop bugging the tire man for answers on many things creating delays for customers by stopping production. Good luck with the tires, I maybe back an diffrent day.

Will not answer the phone, that is first in customer service. Period. Second, i had 4 Goodyear Winters on my rims they did not clean my rims properly when they put the tires on which out of date tires too old. Constant leaks and they charged me to clean the rims and did not properly do so. Worst experience and they charged me over $100 additional dollars. Did not fix the issue and they want more. NO>

WHAT AN OPERATION!!!! These guys can tell your tire size by just looking out the window at your car. I had a fast leak in a tire - CAA filled me up enough to drive here - within 1 hour that was fixed and the slow leak I told them about since I was there was fixed as well - for $45!!!!!! I've taken my flat tires there and they did a great job. George was nice to me. Some poeple have high expectations I suppose. They offer a better deal if you pay cash . very cheap flat fix, no problems. They were able to fix a flat that no other tire shop in my region was able to repair. I like shops like this that are creative and instead of saying we can't fic it they at least try.

So I got new atv tires and wanted to them on my old rims, so I came to this place, got a called before I was supposed to pick them up saying that his “team” was having a hard time getting them on and he was going to have to charge me extra, never going here again. Also when I picked up my tires I received a rant from one of the “team” members saying my tires are too big for my atv, just kind of shook my head and walked away. Never again!!!!

I was told it would take maybe 25 minutes to get 4 new tires I waited for 1hr 40min. They were so unorganized they didn't even realize my car was done. I had to tell them my car was no longer in the bay. Prices are reasonable but prepare to wait along time for service. Unfortunately they can say this is no true but in fact I was there from 12:20 and left at 2pm. A better response would be to appoligize for my wait time and say you appreciate my business. Very disappointing

At first I was hesitant about buying used tires, but I decided to pick some up from Queenston Rim and Tire as the price was too good to pass up. They mounted the new tires within roughly 20 minutes and I was on my way. After a few days I noticed something wasn’t quite right with one of the tires I had purchased and went back. George checked the tires and noticed some irregularities in one tire. It really exceeded my expectations when he replaced the tire on the spot, free of charge with a matching tire. Now the tires feel great to drive on, and though used they almost feel like new. I think it’s safe to say that you can buy your tires with confidence from this place.

I've been dealing with George (owner) and Dave (Shop Foreman) for a number of years. They are my go to guys for used tires and tire install/repair of any kind. Their prices are fair and they have the knowledge necessary to not damage expensive wheels. I recommend them to anyone. Dave in particular is excellent. Shop does get busy in the fall, winter, and spring as expected.

Ive never been given bad service at this location. Sometimes there are wait times, even with an appointment but if you call ahead they can give you a good and honest estimate. The staff is very helpful and knowledgable and they will let you know when something doesnt work, or they will work with you to find something that does. Brought some tires and rims to be swapped out and was looked after within an hour. Showed up out of the blue with a slow leak and 20 bucks and 20 minutes later I'm on my way again with a solid patch. I cant say I would want to go anywhere else.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen, my wife bought a new car, old car needed tires worthy of a safety, so we buy used tires to pass a safety to sell the car, we get the car back from queenston tire, it fails the safety, owner refuses to make it right and says the mechanic who is actually certified to safety a tire is too picky and “yeah we’re aren’t doing anything here”. Personally I think this guy saw a woman and decided to sell her garbage and not honour his customers. Worst business I’ve ever dealt with. If you want to throw your money at a business that doesn’t care about their customers, try queenston tire!

been a year now but it just pisses me off thinking about it, anyhow.... Got some tires for my wifes car here because my reg shop was busy before she had to do a road trip all was ok, when it was time for my rotation 20k kms later i do that myself, and away she went the next day she said front end had vibration so i took it in to my regular shop for a balance....then he called me in and says do you see anything wrong as it turned slowly on balance machine i said yeah! Is that a dent...he said yup 2 aluminum rims have same type of dent and 1 is minor but still a bent,but thats what the prob is. just a note the two dented rims with new tires these idiots put em on the rear so you dont feel much vibration.. So my conclusion the last shop to touch those rims was queenston & tire and some half assed hired help moron had 2 rims in each hand and put them down on the shop floor carelessly thanks alot!..so ended up forking out another 300+ for a couple used rims. Third is on the rear Long story short, if you go to a little hole in the ground shop like this one your taking your chances,its not even worth it in the long run,and i gurantee guys in the shop are cheap laborers just with a quick overview of instructon on changing a tire no knowledge required! Note to shop hello!!! time to educate you shop twits on what metals that are soft! oh also they dont even give you free lifetime flat repair or balance buying from them that you get standard at a brand name shop with "certified" mechanics
