Incredible waste of time. Placed an order for tires on January 4th. About a week later an agent contacted me to arrange delivery and provided me a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. Later that week (January 14th) I received another call saying that the tires I wanted were out of stock and they could not fulfill my order. So instead of having almost TWO WEEKS to source the tires elsewhere, I wasted all that time waiting for an order that was never going to ship. When I called to cancel my order I was not even offered something as simple as an apology. Honestly shocked by all of the positive reviews on here after my experience.

I bought a set of 4 Kumho Crugen HT51 tires from Quattro Tires and only after a few months, I had a flat tire on the front driver side. Mind you, I only drove my vehicle to and from work which is only an 11km drive. My tires was supposed to come with their Protection Against Road Hazards warranty so I contacted their after-sale department to claim warranty on the tire and sad to say they cannot honor their warranty. They even made me buy a Tire Tread Depth Gauge which served me nothing since I cannot claim warranty on the tire anyway. Also when I first initially bought these tires from them, their courier delivered my tires to the wrong suite although I gave specific instructions to their courier. Other than that, the tires were supposed to be brand new but when I checked the DOT, it was already 8 months old. The fact that the tires didn't have vent spews (little tiny hairs) on them, this makes me think that these were used tires that were sold to me. And that's why I cannot claim warranty because the thread depth were below their passing warranty sop. The lady (Sabrina) who told me that I cannot claim warranty on the tire even tried to trick me into buying a replacement tire for the one that got damaged. The nerve, they can't warranty my tire and yet they still want to squeeze money from me by selling me another one. Needless to say, I told her that I will buy elsewhere since they cannot honor their warranty. I highly suggest to not buy from these leeches. I had nothing but problems from them since day 1.

I ordered a single tire after noticing I had a single balled tire. The new tire showed up earlier than expected and with a dot date of 50/20 (tire showed up August 11,2021) so it was also a brand new tire. Super happy with this site, definitely ordering my winter tires from them

I got a great deal for my winter tires from Quattro. They have the best online price and stocks that I have seen so far. The website is really convenient and helpful in identifying the correct tires for your car. They also have tie-ups with local garages close to you so that they will ship the tires directly to the garage and you can go there and get it installed which is very helpful. The wheels availability could have been better. They have only limited set of wheel options for my car. I hope it will improve over time for the fact that the car model is pretty new and the brake callipers are so large that all wheels at this size is not suitable. Overall great experience.

We ordered 4 sets of winter tires with rims and TPMS sensors. Prices were very fair and way better than anything we could find locally, its took a few weeks for them to arrive and here are a few problems we had. 1. 3/4 rims came a bit dented/scratched, either this happened while in transit or they shipped them out that way, who knows but we contacted quattro and they were receptive to either shipping them back or paying for us to get a paint pen to cover up the damage. We didn't want the hassle of shipping it all back to risk it happening again so we opted for the pain pen refund. 2. One of the TPMS sensors was broken. After we put the wheels on the car we got "TPMS Malfunction" error on our 2021 Mazda 3 hatch. We figured it had something to do with the cold but when we took it to our dealer for an oil change, they checked it out and said, the left rear wheel sensor is not reading. We email quattro and they call us (I'm paraphrasing here) stating: Please take it to this OK Tire location close to you and have them check the sensor to see if it needs re-calibration or replacing. We booked the appointment, OK Tire told us that it was indeed broken/not reading, so they replaced it for us. We email the invoice back to quattro and they basically tell us that they are not refunding the price of the new sensor but just the labor. They said that all we had to do was let OK Tire tell us that the sensor is broken and take the car back without doing anything else and call them so they can send us a new sensor. Honestly felt this was very poor communication as most people would instinctively assume that once its proven to be broken, wouldn't you want it replaced right then and there? Why would I just take it home broken when we indicated to them the dealer already said its broken. At no point on the phone or in the email did they state that we are not allowed to replace it and instead should call them so they can spend weeks and extra labor to give us their own sensor. The whole thing was super backwards in my opinion and the best part is that their TPMS sensors are more expensive than the one OK Tire gave us, so they would have literally saved money by doing so. My feedback would be that for the future, there should be clear cut instructions of what they expect and the penalties etc for not doing so as I'm not required to pay for a new sensor that was completely the fault of the manufacturer.

Absolute nightmare. Ordered four tires, 2*2 of different widths. They screwed up the order 3 times. It took almost 3 months to get all four tires. I would never recommend or use them again. Just horrible. And didn't really make any effort to rush anything or give some sort of deal. Garbage. At one point the replaced two tires with one. Just left it on my front stairs after I spoke to the customer service to get it placed behind my fence.

The tires were delivered within 2 weeks of the day I ordered them. The staff were nice and even remembered contacting me previously. The wheels and tires came already put together which is amazing. It made it a lot easier for the garage to replace my tires. Less wait for me. I'm happy about. I've had the misfortune of getting 3 of my Nissan Leaf's tires get punctured by foreign objects (once a nail, twice a screw) over the last few years. Two of the three times, the tire was not repairable. After searching for replacement OEM tires, I found Quattro Tires' prices to be the best. Their customer service has also always been great. So now, I always come back to them for new tires. I'll be changing my other vehicle (minivan) soon and I will need winter tires. I'll still shop around, but Quattro will be at the top of my search list without a doubt.

I ordered 4 tires, they were delivered to my garage exactly when they said they would, and I recieved my mail in rebate in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend as I could not find a better deal for my tires anywhere. In the end, I paid $137 per tire, 4 season Winter approved for a 2013 Ford Escape, Canadian Tire wanted $160 non winter approved on sale, I feel I got a better tire. Very happy with Quattro.

Brutal customer service. Received winter tires that were two years old and were told that since they had never been installed on a car that they consider them new. Buyer beware - this seller will blame the manufacturer if the tires you receive were manufactured years ago. Winter tire rubber compound is only pliable for a few years before it loses its effectiveness. This company has no problem shipping out winter tires that were manufactured 5 years ago as per their policy and telling you to pay for shipping and mounting fees if you want to return them. I'll never buy from them again.

I bought a set of alloy and winters from Quattro last October. The price is excellent, the free shipping is fast, the quality of both the alloy and tires (manufacture date is recent) are very good. However, I think the person who mount the tires is not very careful with the alloy and leave 3 small chips in total on the wheels, but it can be touch up by some touch up paint. I contacted Quattro and they immediately offer me a decent refund which will cover the cost of the trouble for touching up the wheels. This make the price that I paid even more attractive. Excellent customer service!!!

If there is 0 star, I will rate it 0. I purchased a full set of tires and wheels from Quatrro Tires online in early October and it came in two weeks later. I booked an appointment for installing the wheels right after they came. The tire shop guy told me they don't fit with my vehicle. I then contacted customer service for a return. It took them a week and they still could not take the return because they have to wait until the manufacturer accept the wheels. But think about this, I have no fault but full of wasting time and energy to going back and forth with customer service and the tire shop. I cannot make another purchase for my winter tires due to the stupid waiting for the return. The process is just so long and meaningless because I have no fault on this issue and I should not bear the cost on their fitness issue. Quattro tires doesn't take responsibility for the fitness issue shown on their website and they don't want to lose anything and even want me to buy another set from them. Hell no!! Now I have to wait and wait until the snow comes in one week and I have my poor summer tires to ride on. I'm in Saskatchewan by the way...I will never recommend this to anyone due to the stupid return policy and poor customer service. AVOID PLEASE.

We purchased tires from Quattro as those were cheaper than elsewhere. However, one of the tires developed a bubble after a few months. When contacted, Quattro tires declined to help or replace the tire. When I contacted the tire manufacturer directly, I learnt that Quattro tires isn’t their authorized dealer. So now I am left with an option to buy a new tire out of my pocket. So at the end the tires cost me even more than they should.

3 stars because of the delivery company they use which is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Even the lady at Quattro told me they’re difficult to deal with when I followed up with them. Ordered winter tires on the 7th, finally got a confirmation on the 18th they were shipped and would be delivered in 2-5 days. Got a call from Quattro saying they’re expected to be delivered by the 22nd, surely a delivery from Montreal to Toronto couldn’t take any longer.. Booked my tire swap appointment for the 26th thinking that’s plenty of buffer time. Fast forward to today, I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone between Quattro and Nationex to try and locate my tires. Am told there’s nothing they can do and they’ll get delivered at some time, but not today. Need to cancel my tire appointment. Will have to wait weeks to get another one if and when my tires finally arrive. 18 days since placing my order and they’re somewhere between Montreal and Toronto… I could have drove to pick them up and been back in 12 hrs…
