Excellent customer service! I blew a tire and rolled into the shop on a flat spare, I was immediately flagged down and my car was instantly being looked at. The staff went out of their way to help. I ended up cracking a rim and they suggested where I should take the rim to be repaired right away. They had the spare tire ordered and delivered to the shop in 30 minutes or less. They rotated my spare to ensure it was in the safest position while I went to get the rim repaired. Had the tire on the next day within 30 mins of me showing up randomly. Highly suggested. Will be returning for all my tire needs!

Went to get my tires balanced there yesterday. Paid 65 bucks And the car now shakes way worse than before. They told me the rims balanced out fine, no bends or warps. It should've been all good according to them. Of course they don't offer warranty on their service which I've never even heard of before, so I basically just threw $65 out the window. Thanks for making me wait an hour even though I had a set appointment. I will not be returning to this shop again. What a waste of my time and money!!!!

I was on my to an important business quote and then job in St Thomas. Got to the flying J on Highbury and had almost no tire pressure left. Jake from ProTirecraft told me to bring it in, even if they were closing, he'd get it fixed for me! Great guys, great service, and great price. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks to them I made all of my appointments because they stayed late!

I love this place. I went to another tire place to try to get my puncture mended and they told me I was going to need a brand new tire which came to 200$ with tax and labour. I called Jake and told him that they said the tire was not fixable and asked him for his price on the same tire and service. He told me to bring it in so he could take a look. He fixed the tire in 20 minutes for 27$. It is so rare to find an honest business and I'm so glad I called Jake; he made my day. Would strongly recommend!

Having switched over from another supplier in London, I have been now using Pro Tirecraft on Hubrey Road for more then 3 years now. Their service and pricing has met my expectations and usually exceeds them. The guys know their stuff, are very easy to deal with and are honest about tire advice, unlike some that just say "oh new tire" Stock is good. Shop is fancy and large with all the newest alignment, balancing, and inspection/repair technology out there. I would have say they make me comfortable dealing with them at the end of the day, and there are many I have gone though, and will stay here with them. I don't need to second guess their pricing, or repair costs and time. When you being fair with a customer, there isn't much reason too. I DO recommend them to others I know, and they in turn have continued to use them moving forward. Thanks guys for taking care of me over these past few years, and look forward to the future!

We got a flat tire at the beginning of an 8 hour road trip and Alex fit us in on short notice and provided us with an excellent quality, almost new tire, including installation and balancing for $75.
