This is my service centre of choice! Years ago I owned a Chevrolet, it was unfortunately hit while I was at work. I worked nearby and my insurance company gave me a list of recommended repair places and I initially chose Ontario Chrysler for its proximity. The work they did was fantastic. Seeing the car come out of the vehicle bay looking almost mint was such a wonderful relief. They treated that car with care and respect! Left a lasting impression. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago - I was fortunate enough to come across a Charger that was too good to pass up. And sure enough who did I think to bring it to for some service? Ontario Chrysler! I had a rough idea as to what needed to be done to the vehicle - without having to even say too much they diagnosed the issue and it was super straightforward getting the repair priced out and done. I didn't even have an appointment! I'm now back for my second time this week having some more stuff done! I will definitely be coming back here for pretty much all my needs. Deepak is my service tech and he's been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for making this a smooth experience!

Worst experience ever! Don't walk away... RUN. If you want to get burned, this is the spot. I've bought 7 new vehicles in my lifetime this was the worst ever. They added on !0,000 of insurance that I didn't ask for, Raised the finance rate without telling me, charged me $50 for gas..that's a first. Charged me a fee for carfax on my trade in?? I had my own plates they still charged me for new ones. I could go on and on. I thought getting cancer was the worst thing that ever happened to me until I went to Ontario Chrysler.

I got lucky with the sales specialist Oscar, he is a real nice person and knows what i needed exactly for my vehicle needs. I bugged him a lot during the purchase time but he was welcoming and patiently cleared all the concerns. I was helped by Moid for the finance. He worked hard with banks for my approval. I am writing this to commend a very professional service I received recently from service representative Mr.Deepak Dhiman. I had a mysterious issue with UConnect services on my Chrysler Pacifica and I visited service centre few times to have the same fixed. Now I see the results of the efforts at your location to resolve bit mysterious defect. All through the visits, Mr.Deepak displayed a very very professional attitude as he pursued the issue patiently and professionally with whomever he has to. Deepak was very transparent and honest with updates when efforts did not yield the desired results as technology played truant with us. His honest statements like " we are learning from this" displayed his integrity and I was never disappointed with the end results as it is a matter of fact that we learn from new things everyday. It was a series of laborious efforts which were carried out with " Must Resolve" attitude. Deepak never gave up as we met with frustrating outcomes at the end of the day few times. Deepak was always very respectful. I have to also appreciate the Mechanic who was behind the scenes and also played a major role in this. Not everyday is Sunday but the positive attitude makes the difference.

Really not sure where all the good reviews are coming from. These people are scam artists, specifically in regards to used car sales. Completely dishonest with sales practices and even worse at rectifying any issues brought forward. Sure everything is great until you've bought a car but once you have all customer service goes out the window. I spent over 40k on a used vehicle only to find damage that had been hidden during my inspections. I trusted these guys and they really let me down. I would avoid buying your next vehicle here at all costs.

Had a repair done for broken windshield wiper. Repair was quick and efficient. A subsequent problem developed that was handled much more reasonably and calmly than I was. A solution was presented which was fair and equitable. Personal service by the service manager made all the difference in getting the problem solved properly and in a timely manner.

Sales service from Nash was good, he helped us test out 3 different Jeep Wranglers on our 1st visit to see which suits me best. Ehsan also helped us finalized the purchase when we picked up the car. The whole process didn't take long and was able to pick up the car in less than a week. But I'm very unsatisfied though because of the following issues: 1. They claim that "We detailed every corner in the interior.... The exterior paint is like new with no main scratches or ding..." and that is written on every car posting that they have. But we received the car as is, the paints/scratches were not retouched/fixed. Even though we pointed out all the scratches that we saw the 1st day we came and even mentioned it before we picked up the car. We have to asked again to bring back the car to get this fixed which they could have completed beforehand. But even after returning, the scratches on the rooftop wasn't fixed at all. The interior wasn't "detailed" as they claimed. Noticeable dirt on steering wheel and on the top interior and found anti-ceased on a random spot on the exterior of the car 2. Missing items - The manual and tool kit. Which AGAIN we have to request and wasn't initially given. I purchased a 2019 Jeep Wrangler but the only available manual they got was from a 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The tool kit was given on another day. I was expecting a better service but was disappointed since we have to asked multiple times to get things done. It is frustating to think that we're spending money on purchasing a car from this dealership but the level of service that was received was not good enough.

The WORSE experience I’ve had at any dealership. I came for a routine oil change, they told me it would take about 45 mins. About an hour in the service guy comes to me telling me I need $100 worth of service detailing not included in my warranty so I say not today. About 2 hours total waiting time now, and I haven’t heard anything from anyone. I got outside and notice my car sitting and waiting. I don’t say anything to see what may be taking the extra time only to find out the person handling my service LEFT AND WENT HOME FOR THE DAY. did not inform me, did not tell anyone my car was finished. For all I know it was sitting ready to go for an hour while I was sitting and waiting in a room during a pandemic... When I asked why it was taking so long, I was ignored by several workers and was told “oh it just finished” after I clearly sawing sitting there for about 20 mins... I will NOT be coming back for an over paid, rude and un-attentive service calls. Very disappointed and I warn anyone that wants to be treated with respect and dignity to go else where also.

If you’re looking to make a large purchase, find a sales person who will listen to your needs, respect your budget and is patient without being pushy. When you come to this dealership, ask for Kes. I came in with a vehicle in mind that turned out to be out of my budget, so I thought that was it, however Kes managed to casually blurt out “I have an idea”, typing away on his keyboard and finding me the same vehicle, lower trim but with the features I valued most, adding in a couple other items that will get installed later, and at a better price! We bought a used Jeep here. The car is very good. The sales service and follow up, though, has been terrible. Despite having an appt. to pick the car up, made 3 days prior, nothing was ready. It took us almost 1hr of waiting just to get the ball rolling on the handover. The inside of the car was not very clean, it appears to be missing the road jack, and the seats were still wet from whatever detailing they did do. When we got home, the paperwork package was missing several items , like the receipt for registration fees, which we were told were $2700, and information about the warranty we asked for. It took several emails copied to the Sales manager, to get some answer. We did eventually get the receipt, but never got any answer about the warranty. When I was preparing to go back to the dealership in person about that, I reviewed the paperwork we had and found that they didn't appear to include the warranty, despite the fact that we specifically asked for it. To be clear, we didn't appear to get charged for the warranty - which is good. But we did want it and had agreed to it. And if it was not applied as agreed, we would have at least appreciated an answer to our follow up emails, explaining so. All around, very disappointed with the lack of service and response from this dealership. ***UPDATE - Just took the car for it's first oil change, since buying it in October (now Dec.) I asked them to check all the fluids just in case. Good thing I did. Both front and rear differential fluids were burned out. There is no way I can think of that that could have happened in the 2 most. I've owned it. So it means that the dealership either didn't bother to check it before they sold it to me, or they saw it and didn't bother to fix it. This could have destroyed my transmission and, since they screwed up the warranty I asked for, I would have been left high and dry. We paid full asking price for this vehicle - did not haggle in price at all. But from the moment we went to pick the car up, it was obvious the dealership wasn't interested in putting any effort into customer service, once the contract is signed. This is just another example of how they didn't even bother with bare minimum duty of care. $433 it cost me to have the fluid changed out on a car that is 2 mos. old for me. Disgusted by this entire experience.

March 1 we requested the rear window of our Grand Caravan be replaced after the van had been broken into. The service tell told us it might be a week to get the glass replacement in. Said window made it so we could not open one of the rear doors, and we asked them to fix this along with our oil change at the time. They did not. Thinking it was only to be a week, I let it go. No call regarding the part was received after a week, nor two, nor even three. April 1 I called and left a message for our service attendant to follow up. He did not. After a couple other attempts, I talk to the service manager on April 30. He's very apologetic and says the glass has yet to arrive. He then offers a discount on the part and a severe discount on the labour to appease us. He says he will call us in a week or two when it arrives. Fast forward to June 3 after no call backs from the service manager since April 30. I call back and he is on vacation. Showing to the next manager up, they pull a window off a used vehicle and finally replace the broken window. Then they charged us full price for labour. I'm 30 years in customer service, and this place has no clue what that means. I will not go back and I would never recommend you go there, period. Find someone qualified who wants your business.

Here is my response, just so you know !!!! People stay away from these vehicle, garbage and corporate scam !!!!! 1. There was no damage done to this truck, it's all original. I know it's scary after 2 years on a road but what can you expect from dodge!! 2.this truck never towed a boat. Never been in the water / lake / sea / ocean ...lol I purchased this truck just like i did the 2006 5.9L new. I carry a laptop that's all. The reason I purchase the heavy duty was for gas mileage, safety, durability but it looks like it's none of the above. The 2006 5.9l was a truck this 2014 is a joke plus it costs 30% more lol ???? 2014 6.7l is a pig on gas, tranny went at 150km (warrant 100km-joke) its rusting from inside out, it's a lemon for me but it's a great truck for dodge and dealers as you make more money selling garbage and fixing it after ....scam!!!! Great monopoly !!! I am so disappointed in this truck and I will never buy dodge again, I only bought it for Cummins and thats the only part that has not failed!!! Everything else is Chinese parts assembled in Mexico for peanuts !!!! If you want me to comment unlock Facebook I will be happy to tell you more!!!!

We all had our experiences with car dealers. If there is a problem, many of us put on our fighting hats, hoping that it will pass with minimum losses. That was NOT the case for Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. These guys will go beyond all expectations and will blow you away with a first-class service. As a proof to this testimony, I had them install a Mopar lift Kit on my Jeep JL 2018, and for some reason, I got an older version of the kit while I was hoping for the latest version. Even though the lift kit is under warranty and may not make a difference, I did not feel I got what I wanted and thought of mentioning it. Based on my experience with other dealers in Ontario, I was not sure they would do anything about it, but that is when these guys surprised me and demonstrated a world-class service. They replaced the whole kit in no time at no cost. I was not really after replacement, and I even tried hard to pursue Mr. Luke Kaminski not to do so, but he insisted on doing that as if the car is his own. Hats off to you guys at Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and all the respect to Mr. Luke Kaminski as you are a lighthouse to everyone in the industry. Sam was rude and condesending and tried to make up information to make the sale seem more attractive. Bob in financing was the only positive note of my buying experience. If it wasn't for him I would have just walked away. Overall a terrible place. There is a lot of Chrysler dealerships around. Go anywhere else.

I feel extremely disappointed about this place. The receptionist said a full check of the car will be conducted on every car goes in that went through collision. Then after getting my car repaired, I called back and ask for the proof for examination to see of there is any concern that I should pay attention to. The receptionist transferred the call to the manager and it turns out no examination was done for the car at all. Even though the car sent in had gone through a collision. I just took my car checked at another location and got tires aligned and break fixed. I feel that this company is dishonest and isn't accountable for their repair services. I would highly discourage anyone from coming here for auto repair. Safety first.

Update: I just bought my second truck from this dealership. Amazing service like last time! The truck was delayed due to the chip shortage, but Moin (my rep) kept me in the loop of what was happening regularly. Delivery day everything went smooth as silk. I was in and out in minutes. Will be coming back for my next vehicle for sure! I originally did a bit of research and quote grabbing via email. My salesperson, Moin, was very quick with replying, professional and brief. He got me a quote for every possible vehicle I had on my list of contenders, was patient and understood my budget. I had contacted other dealerships, that, I guess, didn't feel my pockets were deep enough, so they fell off the conversation before I even went in to see any of them. Some salespeople were adament about getting my phone number, which I always refuse until its necessary for credit check. Moin didn't even ask. He understood my method of communication was preferred via email. I had decided on a Ram classic Express, but after test driving the 2019 Ram Sport, I knew that was my next truck. I was a little stressed about the extra cost, but Moin somehow pulled some strings and got me exactly what I wanted, at a payment my wife wasn't going to strangle me over. On delivery day I was in and out in maybe twenty minutes. Some quick signatures, a swipe of my credit card, and I was on my way. The truck was spotless and had about 3/4 tank of fuel they didn't charge me for. I was impressed with what a well flowing business this is. On a side note, my wife met the president of Ontario Chrysler at a charity event, after I had signed the deal. She said he was one of the nicest people she'd ever met. I always feel good supporting nice people who support worthwhile causes. This is my new dealership for life.

Before coming to Ontario Chrysler and meeting Mickey (Makaryous), it was the same thing at every dealership: They greet you with an uninspired smile, sit down and talk about a car that they simply are just trying to get out the doors as quickly as possible. BUT not at Ontario Chrysler, I can't speak for the other salesmen, but Mickey sat down with me, asked what my interests in vehicles were. We spent close to half an hour debating on cars that he and I thought would be a good fit for me per the details that I gave him about what I want/need. Purchased Eco-Diesel brand new. Car has 97,000km on it, EGR Cooler & Intake Manifold went on the truck, they did both repairs for $6,200.00. Truck goes down the road another two weeks, and falls apart due to engine failure. Reported issue to head office, head office advises that EGR is on recall and Intake manifold on warranty. Will be escalating the issue to get the full amount reimbursed, as they billed knowing these items were not to be charged. Oil all over the engine after last oil change, engine cover removed and not put back. Still waiting on what the outcome will be. Will update our review on the outcome. 2019-12-02 - UPDATE: owner has responded that we got a new engine. When asked if they can put the verbal claim that it will have a 2 year warranty, then we wait a week and request it three times before we receive a response "I found this": and they give us a link to google with. AMAZING HOW FAR A DEALER WILL GO. I will definitely be updating the resolution we get, so far, still no money from the first $6,000 recall we spent. So we are stuck with two trucks.

Was looking for a new JL Wrangler, but with all the engine options it was a hard choice. After visiting three dealerships but they did not have the ecoDiesel available for test, We called Ontario Chrysler to inquire if they had one to test. Spoke to Fawaz Hossian briefly on the phone and made an appointment to test one available on the show room floor. After two test drives (as they had a Gas V6 available), there was no pressure to try to capitalize on the recent experiences, we were told to take some time and call him back if we were interested. When I was ready to trade I didn't even hesitate contacting Ontario Chrysler again, unfortunately the sales person Matthew Techlowicz was very rude, and discriminating and his incorrect assumptions cost his dealership a sale. I know I'm just one customer and that losing my business means nothing to them which was confirmed by the no response I got from my email to Mr. Techlowicz and the manager letting them know that their assumptions were incorrect and discriminating. Unless you're a high end client I would NOT recommend this dealership to any one.

They charged us for the gas they put in our vehicle that we never asked for, hid things in the pricing without telling us, changed the financing rate without notifying us and when called out on it, no one ever fixed it, just passed the blame onto the next guy until you’re sick of being on the phone Not to mention they gave us an undated safety with the SUV and weather checked tires. Having recently purchased a vehicle from Ontario Chrysler's sister location (Team Chrysler) they were the first body shop I considered when a family vehicle needed some extensive work completed. The body Manager Chris was quick to take a good look at the vehicle, share his thoughts and provide an estimate for the work. As a unique courtesy he sent us a picture of the progress and kept us up-to-date as to the estimated time to completion - due to the age of the vehicle some parts were difficult to locate and cross-border shipping was not following the normal timelines (COVID!) - all of which Chris shared with us ahead of time. We received a call from Chris that the car was ready for pickup ahead of schedule and right on estimate. Upon pick up Chris had us look over the car - we were shocked - the car looked better than we could have ever expected. I had Worse Nightmare of my life When I bought 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan from this dealership. They Come with ideas & excuses after something happens Cuz Its the fault of the person who bought vehicle from them, they shouldn't be here at first point. Had all 4 brakes & Rotors gone at 40,000 km , never heard that before Had vehicles in past Driven for more than 100,000 never had to get brakes or rotors repaired. Same troubleshooting can be done at another place for 50% of the cost, On top of it they are offering AFTER MARKET PARTS for that price same as price as Original ones. WOW! You even have to pay for Gas to drive your new vehicle when you purchase from them. Just Stay Vigilant while going there!

Just ask for Ehsan The search for a car without a car is not particularly easy and during a pandemic even less so. After having rented a 2020 Hyundai Accent for a week we realized that the hatchback was more than adequate to carry our inflatable kayaks, other water-related equipment and a small dog with her travel bag. Once we were satisfied that the unassuming and unpretentious Accent was all that we needed for our lifestyle, we began to look for this model at Hyundai and other dealerships. In short order, Ontario Chrysler posted a trade-in 2019 Accent with remaining warranty and a single owner for sale. We contacted Ehsan early Monday morning and arranged a test drive that same day, having left with a decision and a deposit on the car. Ehsan politely answered all our questions including those with respect to licensing and the Ministry and suggested the two-year sticker renewal, a very practical option at this time. He also saw to it that a very visible scratch on the rear bumper was optimally repaired prior to handing the car over on Friday. We both found Ehsan to be completely genuine and a pleasure to deal with, without any pressure. Ehsan had just the right amount of helpfulness and empathy, something that is very hard to fake. We would certainly buy another car from Ehsan no matter what dealership he worked at.

I have an interesting story which lead to the great purchase of my New Ram Truck which surprised even my family. Back in September we were at the dealership to purchase a vehicle for my son and while we were waiting my son noticed and commented about the Ram parked in the showroom.. We sat inside and chatted about my purchasing it for myself...and although it was very nice I never saw myself ever driving that vehicle. After our dealings were done with my sons vehicle we left and all ended there. In the New Year I found myself thinking about perhaps making a change of my current vehicle and contacted the dealership however the salesperson we dealt with was no longer there so I got in touch with an long time friend Gord Pich who I've known and worked with over 26 years ago. He helped me the information about the Ram truck that I was considering which I was hoping was still in the showroom and still available... With Gord's quick response and assistance he was quite helpful to find that the vehicle was still there and was still available... all said and done I was in the dealership seeing him about a purchase within 48 hours. Went in for a third time with the same transmission issue after being assured on previous visits that the issue was taken care of through a software update. As the issue was not fixed and my warranty had expired about 4000 km prior to my visit they still agreed to help as a gesture of goodwill but only after I had called FCA Canada (hence the two stars). I dropped the vehicle off at 11:30am after booking that appointment time for the transmission issue. At 4:30 I get a call from my service advisor who says that the mechanic would not get to the vehicle today and it would possibly be tomorrow. So instead of honouring their appointment time or even bothering to tell me during the 5 hours I was waiting, it was a simple “we can’t see your car until tomorrow” After asking for a rental vehicle, which was turned down, some manager apparently made the trip to the back to ask the tech to take it for a drive. Wasn’t much of a shock when he came back and used the same old line of “there’s a software update to fix that”. Being fed up with the lack of communication from the dealership I asked for my car back to which I was told that I would have to wait so the technician can run the clock for another 25 minutes so he gets paid. I have no problem with people getting paid for the work they do but not at the expense of the customer who has already waited for 5 hours with no real answers to show for that time. When it finally comes time to pick up my car I notice that during the time the car was in their care, someone had changed out the license plate frame for the dealership I had purchased the car from and had now put on an Ontario Chrysler frame. Needless to say I was not impressed and asked for my old one to be put back on but no one seemed to know who did the swap and no one was owning up to their actions. Certainly some very shady business being run here. Along with all the issues above, the lack of service from the management team at this location is very disappointing. The service advisors I dealt with was honest, which you can’t say for all advisors, and the office staff were very pleasant to deal with. However when I asked to speak to the manager when I was picking up my car, conveniently there wasn’t one available and earlier when my service advisor wanted me to speak to the assistant service manager so that he knew my work was being done under warrant, the man wanted nothing to do with me and wouldn’t even bother taking to me and just talked around me to the advisor. Maybe if he spent as much time caring about the customers as he does in grooming his beard and hair, the customers that attend here might have better experiences. At the end of the day I do not recommend this dealership and I certainly understand why people are hesitant and against buying domestic vehicles.

Absolutely awful and would not recommend to anybody. As soon as I arrived a salesperson came outside and asked me why I was there, I informed him the purchase was all set up and ready for us to arrive and he had told me the car I had traveled over two and a half hours to collect was sold and he would not recommend I had purchased it anyways as he felt it would not last me in the long run. Feeling astonished I asked why as my father had been speaking to him all day about the transaction and was assured it was a great vehicle and worth the trip to get. Just as quickly another sales person pulled the vehicle in question around and assured me there was just a misunderstanding, took the first sales person inside and ran back out saying "it was just a marketing tactic thinking we had sold the vehicle and didn't want to lose the customer. Everything is fine and we are so sorry." Continuing to usher me to test drive the vehicle I had traveled to purchase. I paid over seventeen thousand dollars outright from them for this used dodge journey they classified in mint used condition, that I only test drove around the lot in a matter of five minutes while it was getting dark after being reassured how amazing it was. How everything has just been changed and was in mint condition, he kept bringing up it having brand new tires so I thought nothing of it. They told me it had new tires when it did not, the tires they gave me barely passed a safety, they were 4/23 and 3/23 fails a safety they even had plugs in them, even on my way home on the 401 I slid in the rain several times. I had to jump through HOOPS to have new tires put on after I had already driven it home as they knew i had traveled over two and a half hours with 2 little ones to pick up the car, while 7 and a half months pregnant. Kasneil the salesperson told me there was absolutely no way that I would be able to have my issues fixed in kingston, I HAD to bring it back to mississauga, knowing how pregnant I was and would have to bring my two very young children with me. He was so apathetic. I had to deal with Raymond directly to have at least the issue of my tires resolved where he had finally agreed to allow me to have them exchanged at the kingston location. I had to have the transmission fluid flushed myself for over 200 dollars after wondering why my vehicle that was supposedly in great condition was driving so rough after less than a week, finding out it had never been done, which they said they would reimburse me for and never did. The cabin air filter was completely discolored and unfunctional. The sunroof whistles and leaks due to cracks in the seal. The rear camera is almost completely unusable as it has a blurred effected that distorts all the surroundings. Kasneil did not sit with me and leave the signing papers with me long enough to read them. They didn't even offer me a warranty, they did not call my insurance company which I had arranged before even picking up my vehicle, causing me hassle with insurance when I got home. Kasneil the sales person hung up on me several times during our interactions or ignored me entirely and was completely unprofessional. Prior to the purchase looking back I can see how fast they had me sign everything and push me out so they could sell their vehicle as quickly as possible without me being able to ask too many questions. I was already extremely anxious due to traveling to make the purchase during covid and I feel like they played on that but I needed to find a bigger vehicle due to the expansion of my family. I feel completely taken advantage of. Once the transaction was complete the little bit of customer service they pretended to show went completely out the window. I regret ever giving them my money and looking back now would have never purchased my vehicle from them. They did not meet my expectations at all, as I would expect that when you drive a vehicle off a lot at a dealership it would be in the condition you were told and for the price outright I feel I did not get what I paid for.

John Walker was very nice and understanding of my various concerns. Helped me and responded to my emails and calls efficiently. Deepak from service was also helpful and good. i needed a part replaced on my car shortly after i bought it, someone who does the ordering ordered the wrong part and i had to continuously bring my car back and fourth from toronto to mississauga. When i called the vp of the dealership to inquire about getting a rental so that ican leave my car overnight, he was very rude and answered the phone by yelling "WHAT." i dont know who he thought called him but regardless that was extremely unprofessional given i called his business phone. To conclude. JOHN WALKER and DEEPAK were very understanding and efficient but some of the higher ups need a reality check on customer service skills.

With over 45 yrs. of car-buying experience under my belt, and having purchased cars from over 12 dealerships during that timeframe (both in Quebec and Ontario), I have yet to encounter a dealership as eager to care for the customer as Ontario Chrysler. From the patient approach exhibited by my salesrep, Ehsan, to the strong support of his associates, Scott Thompson (sales manager) and Rickie (all three of whom did their best to satisfy the offer I had submitted), the sales experience was flawless. They all persisted, and never “gave up”, notwithstanding some of the budget challenges faced. Following the sales experience, my initial impressions of service support could not have been better, with my initial “visit” to the shop made so positive, due to the sincere and considerate care shown by the foreman, Mike, and service management headed by Brian, who alleviated some concerns I had, regarding the fit of my snow tires from my 300 to my new Challenger. And, if that was not enough, Mike took the time to have scooped up keys I had dropped in the snow a few days earlier; by getting them to my rep and ensuring I was informed! Roger, at service, also took the time to note down some concerns, and to follow up. Haley, in service, also did her best to track down those missing keys! It is impossible to overstate how pleased I am with Ontario Chrysler. Despite the distance from my place of residence, it is worth every kilometer of the drive!

The service personal Anthony Italiano is extremely unprofessional and rude. The way he speaks to customers and talks down to them is unacceptable. Not only was he rude but he put his hand up in my face to tell me to stop talking and go away when I had a simple question about the charge on my bill for the service. After being disrespected by your staff the service manager did not try to correct the situation or even acknowledged the fact that the service personal was out of line. I was still charged for a service that did not fix the problem I had brought the truck in for and still do not have any kind of estimate or solution to my problem. Some of the worse service I have ever experienced from any dealership let alone any place of business in general.

I had hands down the best experience visiting Ontario Chrysler! from the moment I walked in I knew I didn't have much to offer in terms of experience or lack of credit and some bad credit in the past however I was able to sit down and meet the Finance Manager Usman Akbar who was able to walk me through all the steps of purchasing a new car so I could start building my credit and affordability was a big concern for me and my family however Usman was able to get us in our dream car and a much lower budget then we expected! it was not a easy deal but he made sure he was going to go over and beyond to make this work for us and he exceeded our expectations. Be careful when you deal with this dealer. I met Usman, the finance guy, and he kept me in dark the whole time about the cost of the vehicle etc. despite my repeated asking. I honestly believed in him when he was showing so many service contracts which he said free and I was shocked to see that they were all charged in the final invoice. I wouldn't have agreed for them at all if they were for a cost. And they were all crazy numbers. For example he said I will have free oil change service for two years. But this was charged in my invoice for 616 bucks!!! and for only 6 oil changes!!!! That is more than 100 dollars for a regular oil change. He added without asking me all sorts of protection and insurance all costing more than 20,000. I am feeling totally cheated. I would not recommend this dealer at all

I recently purchased a new Dodge Caravan. I knew the vehicle that I wanted and had been trying to price the vehicle at several new car Chrysler stores. I had travelled to Toronto to buy the vehicle and found the shopping experience to be very unpleasant and had shopped four dealers until I wound up at Ontario Chrysler. Two of the three previous dealers would not negotiate a price unless I paid a deposit which I absolutely refuse to do. The third dealer simply advised me they didn't have what I was looking for and the sales person walked away. By the end of the day I was irritated, tired and frustrated with the experience but I gave Chrysler one more try and went to Ontario Chrysler. This turned out to be the best decision of the day and I now wish I would have started there. I met with Ali Shahrawan and explained to him that I wanted to buy a van but a price would have to me negotiated without a deposit. This made it very difficult for him because management still wanted a deposit but Ali persevered and was able to get me the vehicle I wanted for a price that suited me. Ali is a very motivated, understanding and accommodating sales person. He represents his dealership well and it is because of his efforts that I purchased a vehicle there and will return to purchase my next one. The after purchase support and rapport at this dealership is very much like dealing with a small dealer. I have to say that I'm impressed with their sales and service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank-you Ali for your patience and perseverance. You are suited for this industry and will do well.

Disappointed with my recent JEEP experience to say the least. Brought it in due to an Engine light showing and had some valve replace. Supposedly they updated the engine software and I lost an Eco Light / option that I previously had for the last 5 years. How can you purchase a vehicle with certain options and all of a sudden have them taken away. They claim it was never supposed to have this option? So much for paying more for a Limited model. Will think twice before buying another Jeep!!! Very disappointed!! FCA says the KL Vehicles are not equipped with this option? Wonder how it worked for 5 years if it wasn't equipped with that. Will also think twice before getting my vehicle serviced at a Jeep Dealer I guess.

Overall, my experience with Fawaz, the sales representative was a good one, but I don't believe the management at the dealership had my best interest. I will not recommend this dealership, firstly based on employees like Allen (Finance Dept.), and secondly, their management for promising to include extras at no cost to us, while trying to charge us for it, thinking we will not double check figures. From my initial call we were impressed with Fawaz and his willingness to help and accommodate my needs. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and did everything he could to work out a price that would fit within our budget. Fawaz was easy to communicate with, responsive to emails, texts and calls. He made choosing a vehicle an easy process. After the expected dance back and forth, with the sales manager, we were able to agree to a payment plan that was suitable to our budget, and was promised certain extras that we needed to finalize the sale, although it did not work out 100% as promised by the Sales Manager. But at the end of the day, this is our first experience, and we will ensure those we recommend to Fawaz will go knowing better than us. Once we left the show room, our positive vibes were diminished. ALLEN LACKS PROFESSIONALISM, COURTESY, and COMPASSION. After being at the dealership for almost an hour with 2 kids under 2, he tried backing us into a corner with his fear mongering tactics. We clearly indicated that we were not interested in buying extended warranty. He went on to say that we will never qualify based on our short time in Canada, short credit history, short employment history etc. (Meanwhile our RBC advisor that morning gave us the clear, knowing our great credit scores, and assured us that we will qualify). He told us that by purchasing the extended warranty and Gap insurance, this would increase our chances of getting approved for Financing. After telling us that we were not approved by Scotiabank, even though he previously said that he only contacted RBC, (he couldn't keep up with the lies being told) he tried to get us to sign on to a document that included some of these extras that we did not want. We indicated that we needed time to look over the figures, as we were seeing a lot of new values that we did not understand, including something that was promised for free. He clearly wanted us to blindly sign a contract that we were purchasing a car before leaving the dealership that day, and he hastily redid the paperwork to reflect the original values (the same application that he already said was denied). His mood then changed completely. He said that he would call me the following day to let us know if the financing was approved, I never received any calls from him. We had to contact the dealership to follow up. When we returned the next day, he continued to try to get us to purchase extras yet again. He even tried to make us think we could go for a longer financing term (even though the prior day he said we were denied), but when he printed the document, AGAIN it included an extra item for "interest buyout", so we were basically going to be paying more than before. Another upsetting part of the experience was that we indicated that we would like to get remote start installed in the vehicle, and we were told that this would be given to us free, but shown on the invoice for warranty purposes. Only when I got home that night, I realised that the cost of the remote start was included in the price and was contributing to my bi-weekly payments. On speaking with the sales representative the next day, he indicated that the remote start was not in stock and they were not sure when it would be, so I could either take the vehicle and bring it back in to have it installed when it did come in stock, or they could just remove the remote start from my invoice. I opted to go with the latter as I did not want to pay for something that was promised to me as free. My bi-weekly payment did decrease after the remote start was removed. I wish I knew then, what I know now!

I purchased my $60,000 truck from here. Constantine was great. Still is. That's where the positive ends. Took my truck for FREE service last week and had to fight for extended warranty work, rude staff...Anthony Italiano and Sarah at the service desk were complete jerks, rude to say the least. They said 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation!!! because they had to have lunch! They can keep their free oil changes, I'll go ANYWHERE else from now on., Do not come here for any reason. Again, Constantine was the only good person in the place.

I'm not one to take the time to leave reviews but on this occasion it is well deserved. After enquiring about a used Dodge 1500 Ram that I saw on Auto Trader, I was very promptly contacted back by Kesniel Dhanoa. Kes informed me that the particular vehicle that I was asking about had been sold very recently, but he had some new ones on the lot that may be of interest to me. I drove up from Midtown Toronto and immediately got a good vibe from him, and he patiently listened to my particular "wish" list. Love dealing with this dealer, from buying to servicing! I purchased a brand new Grand Caravan about 4 years ago at Ontario Chrysler and had it serviced there since then. Great experience right from the beginning with the sales department, although I dealt with Constantine, everyone there seems to be very helpful. Constantine found me a van with the features I asked for, the color I preferred all within my budget. It felt like he was really working for me! At the finance department they bring you back to real life, but, then again, this is a business, not a charity. If they don’t make money they will close their doors. All service on my Grand Caravan has been done at Ontario Chrysler except for one done in British Columbia (an obvious necessity mid road trip), oil and filter changes, flushes, even tires. I have to say here how much I love my Grand Caravan! Despite some people talking bad of Dodge I still purchased one and I couldn’t be happier! It is strong, good on gas (considering the size of it) and the maintenance at Ontario Chrysler is affordable! After 4 years on the road, working and transporting family and 125,000 km, my van only had one issue that was easily resolved with the help of Anthony Italiano and the service team. Anthony makes me feel like he is doing all he can to help in getting me back on the road as soon as possible, considering the main use of my van is work. Never felt the pressure to purchase or “fix” something, everything is well explained and they always try to accommodate me. Thanks Ontario Chrysler! I will definitely buy and service there again!
