pathetic service regarding rebate. has been one year since I bought tires, did not get rebate yet. called so many times always in process, referred to another no. they are also no good. if you cant manage it, ditch the reward program and sell in declared price. I lost my money. so frustrated after waiting so many hours on the phone Edit: Got call from President, Nexen Tire Canada in few days after posting the review. He explained me the process and promised he is looking into this. Refund issued and will reach me shortly. Great leadership in handling client complains. Hope to get the refund soon. All the best.
