I contacted this shop with regards to a part they had listed on Kijiji and was told on two occasions (made a second call to them before I left to ensure it was the right part since it would be a 1 hr drive to pickup) that it was the correct part. Once arriving, the part was incorrect. No apology or acknowledgement of the wasted time. Not sure how this place is still is business.

I needed to buy two used tires for the back of my daughters Mercedes. Let me tell you this was the WORST experience I have EVER had with a mechanic shop. Not only do these guys LIE, they don't believe ANYTHING you say and constantly have to call the woman who answered the phone and agreed upon a price with you, but who decided to NOT BE THERE AND NOT SPEAK WITH YOU ON THE PHONE AGAIN! I wanted to leave after an hour of waiting when I was initially told it would only be a few minutes, so instead they jack my car up and remove the tires so I can't leave. Thinking I drove an hour to get there waited another hour why not just let the Neanderthal finally do it. Only he doesn't he goes back to the other two idiots working on putting RIMS on A CAR!!!! Apparently if your ever asked or wondering it takes THREE DUMB MECHANICS AND a little TEENAGE BOY to put on rims for over an hour on another car and they STILL weren't done. The guy doesn't change my tires and by this time I tell him to put mine back on I never asked him to take them off if he couldn't do them. I had actually said I wanted to leave when he proceeded to jack my car up and then remove the tires. This big behemoth of a man came over and thought that i'm a little woman and scare easily. He puffed out his chest and was ranting and raving at me ( raising his voice louder and louder) I finally snapped and told him I don't know who the hell he thought he was! Waving his big frame around and his arms like he is suppose to scare me. He threatened that he wasn't going to balance my tires (that Sasha, dumb mechanic number 1 took off) he also told me that I am not allowed to be standing inside the shop. I told him he better make that clear to all his customers and pointed to the young man that had been waiting INSIDE the shop the majority of the time. I also told him that if he didn't put my tires back the way they were then I would sue him if anything happened to us. He told me to prove it! "prove you were here, where's your receipt!" I told my 19 year old daughter to take pictures with her phone of our car currently still jacked up and tires removed. Only then did the big dummy number 2 instruct dummy number 1 to balance my tires and put them back. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!! Its been my personal experience that these guys are shady, underhanded and will lie and be deceitful. So much so that they didn't want to put our tires back safely after we informed them we wanted to leave. They are rude, and do not mind becoming abrasive. No customer service skills WHATSOEVER! They have NO SOCIAL SKILLS, seem dimwitted and barbaric! My daughter actually stood between him and I as he stalked over yelling and ranting at me. DO NOT GO HERE! WORSE MECHANIC SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

New location same great service. They fixed my flat many times plus have large selection and great tire prices. Awhile back they noticed my center rim pieces were missing (they were stolen) so they gave me 4 exact oem replacements that they had around the garage for free. Honda wanted to charge me a fortune for them. No nonsense great service, highly recommended.

I was second in line and got serviced last. Waited for 4 hours for nothing because they didn't end up having the exact product needed. Would be nice if they couldve just checked first. Management Is also rude. Was told to come back the next day, definitely won't be returning. At the beginning of my interaction with this business I asked multiple times for them to check if they would have the necessary parts for them to complete the requested work. I was assured right away that they indeed did have the parts and that I did not need to worry. It is not my responsibility to know the parts of a vehicle it is the responsibility of the business providing the service which clearly was not the case as they were misinformed about their own inventory and completly unprofessional at handling my request to check for the desired materials needed to complete the job. Not once did I distract your Mechanic this is completely false. I was having a conversation with a customer at your shop. The owner himself interrupted me and my friend mid conversation and ! told us to be quiet because he wanted to go home when this entire situation and wait time was due to his own negligence, unprofessional attitude and improper communication with the customers he was trying to serve. He was completely rude and did not even know his own inventory not only wasting his time but also wasting 4 hours of mine in return . This business is run completely unprofessional and needs a competent owner who can actually meet his customers demands instead of being rude and inconsiderate to people who are providing this horrible shop business in the first place. Completely dissapointed and appalled by the owner and the service itself. Highly do not recommend. Do not waste your time.

Im guessing most of these reviews are his friends because this place is a joke, there is o possible way to rate this place 5 stars. Prepare for the wait of your life with 0 system or customer service in place for you to know anything going on. Front is always empty, if by luck you find someone who speaks english well and understands what is going on theyll just tell you an hour and a half to get to you or wtv time which will almost always 100% not be that time, sure good prices but definetly not worth all this. A day wasted on nothing. Never again. If you value your time & sanity stay away from this place. You've been warned.

I recently installed a set of 4 tires on my BMW X5, the guys in the shop did a great job, they checked the tires for leaks, tightened all the nuts with a torque wrench. They constantly kept me informed of what they were doing, customer service was great, and they did a great job, and charged a very reasonable price. I'll definitely return. 5 stars.

If you’re a girl and don’t know anything about cars this is the place to go. They won’t rip you off and tell you to do a bunch of unnecessary work on your car. I took my car to Canadian tire and another shop and was told I had to get all these things done. But here they took care of it and saved me a lot of money and time. I made an appt and everything was done perfectly on time didn’t have to wait more than the 45 minutes they told me it would take.

*Bottom line - E-tires wasted my time, money and provided poor customer service* I bought a set of 4 brand new tires installed at e-tires in April 2016. The next day after having them installed I noticed (and confirmed) that 3 tires were leaking. I also noticed they had reused my old valve stems that were in obviously in bad condition. I called e-tires and they told me to bring it in. They checked the tires and confirmed the problem was the valve stems. They replaced the valve stems and made me pay for it. After I paid, I explained to the owner that it didn't seem fair that they reused my old valve stems. He was very unpleasant with me and didn't take my consideration at all. With any other shop I've worked with they always replace valve stems if they look worn, especially because its such a cheap part. (Valve stems are about 20 cents a piece when purchased in bulk). My advice to this shop is that they either include new valve stems into their prices or at least ask the customer if they would like new valve stems installed for a few extra dollars. My second piece of advice is that the owner works on his customer service skills. I really hope the owner would accept this feedback and apply it to his shop practices. They are getting a bad review from me over a $1.20 in valves stems. As well I will never use this shop ever again nor will recommend to anyone. I hope the owner of this shop reevaluates the way he does business before someone else has a problem like this. -Please note this review is directed to the owner specifically. Everyone else I dealt with (manager & technicians) were excellent.-

I came here first time on a sunday, 2 months ago. Not many places were open, had a nail, went with a patch. Took a lot longer then it should(I was only customer there) but not much of a choice. Job was done. Had another nail come up in the following weeks, they went with a plug, he wasted like 4 plugs trying to fix it, seemed to do the job, fixed up... was there for almost 2 hours....went for an oil change, decent prices, the owner of the company had no clue what hes talking about. The worker asked me how many litres of oil does my car take, the owner replies "I already checked under the hood, 3.5 litre engine" to which the worker replied "no how much oil does it take" and the owner replies "it shows it takes 3.5L".. I stood there puzzled why I was even giving my business to this guy. Anyway 2 hours and 55 minutes later, I left the place with my oil change done. This final time I came, I had a nail(yes 3rd nail in less then 2 months. I arrive with 1 guy having his tire done, owner tells me 10 min(over an hour passes). Another customer comes, probably a buddy, owner comes to me and says "ok this guy was here before, i will bring his car in and work on yours outside with the other worker". Owner disappears, worker disappears thats supposed to work on my car. Worker shows up finally, lifts up car outside, removes rim with tire, removes very tiny screw, no leaks occuring, he rolls the tire and found the plug he put on last time, its the cause of the leak and loss of pressure. He starts saying it will cost $35 to patch it properly. I told him "it was you who plugged it last time" he said "oh" and literally took my tire to the other worker, said something to him, then they both started working on the other car. I am frustrated at this point, been over 2 hours. Owner pulls up, confronted him about the whole situation. He snaps and says "prove its us", I offered to show my receipt since I paid with debit" then he says "prove its the plug".. i told him to ask his worker. Then starts going off on how a plug is not guaranteed. Starts telling me to not come back anymore(probably the only positive interaction I will agree with). I told him I wont even think about it. Told him to put my tire back on and ill get out of here. I also told him I dont appreciate him talking smack in his Russian language(little note to the owner, you are not the only one who speaks and understands Russian) he started getting into a shouting match with me and cussing me out in Russian. Very rare for me to leave a review, its a bit long but my rating is based on multiple visits. I plan on now buying winter tires, oil changes and tire repairs to another business.

The service took a long time, but the job got done. we all need to understand that humans are working on our vehicles and not ROBOTS, I waited about 4 hours for my vehicle to get fixed, and I was told why it took so long, these days alot of people don't have patience or they are just ignorant.. after my car was fixed I got an apology and a pleasant smile from Gennady who explained to what happened, and told me if any problem just go back and they will fix it. ( I also have one suggestion for the owner, it would be nice to have a receptionist, Because alot of people that comes in seems lost. And we have to ask your customers where you guys are other that, I want to say thank you and I appreciate your work.

Bought a tire for my car, they installed it incorrectly and within hours of me driving away it went flat (not punctured no hole nothing), just went flat, they agreed to replace it under warranty. After making me wait several weeks they told me I can buy a more expensive tire or take the faulty tire. I am out now several hundred dollars and no working tire. Terrible company. Extremely rude person is the owner and does NOT care about customers, gets family member to respond to all his emails and reviews because he himself is extremely rude and aggressive. I would NEVER recommend them.

GREAT SERVICE!!! I have been going to these guys for 5 years straight now and all I can say is these guys are great. I live in Northern Ontario and travel 3hrs just to get tires from e-tires. Every time I have gone in the mechanic always makes sure my kids and I are taken care of. He always comes into the waiting room to make a point of putting on cartoons for my kids to keep them occupied while I wait. If anyone has a pricing conflict with them, I don't understand why. I travel as far as I do because I save so much more money buying tires from these guys that its worth spending the extra gas money. I have never had a problem with customer service. Its always been great!!! They have always made sure to talk to me before any other work is to be done for my approval. Very clean waiting room and washrooms and efficient with getting the job done. Anyone complaining about having to wait 2 hrs obviously doesn't understand that these guys take the time with the work being done on your vehicle FOR YOUR SAFETY!!! Honestly take a look around and you will realize that waiting is part of getting tires or your car fixed. To sum it all up I would highly recommend this business to ANYONE looking to buy tires. They will truly take care of you and make sure things are done properly. I will be going back to these guys for years to come and very happy I found e-tires. Bob
