Car-Pro is what the other reviews pretty much say: a "5 out of 5" service and a gem in the GTA when it comes to quality of timely service. From the courtesy they give to their customer, and more important, to the diligent work they do for their customer, at very reasonable prices - you feel both valued and respected. Notable is also their effort to explain the root cause of things that need to be performed, and the detail they pay to simple or complex jobs. In my case, I had to trust them from simple things like changing my wheels/tires to performance ones, to niche items like fixing my ABS and rebuild some parts of the engine of my vintage car that had minor oil-leaks, that no other shop in the GTA was able do (or even diagnose) in the past many years. Kudos to them and if you view your car as an investment (which is most likely the case because you are reading this review), Alex & co at Car-Pro is the place for you.

I after a recommendation from a friend I took my Jeep patriot here with an intermittent fault where the car kept dying. They figured out what the problem was and offered me the most cost effective solution to possibly fix it but with no guarantees, unfortunately this didn't work and so the more expensive option was the only way, when I got my bill I was not charged for the first attempt as it did not fix the issue. I recently took my car in for an oil and lube and they managed to squeeze me in even though its the busy season and they were rather booked up. There is no up selling like the dealerships but just honest opinions on whether or not the work needs to be done now or if it can wait until next time. These guys are honest and reliable and will continue to get my business. I highly recommend. Thanks Alex and the team.

Pleasantly surprised with service here. I work nearby and had a flat tire on my car. The spare turned out to be flat too, I walked over and they were closing but offered to pump up my spare for me to get me home so I didn’t require a tow. On top of that, they refused to let me pay for it! They are very thorough and even provide a full, detailed vehicle inspection when you take your car in for an oil change. I will continue to have my service done here, great value for money and great customer service.

These guys are awesome. My husband's car tire had a slow leak. We took it to our dealership and they told us it needed to be replaced. I had called Car-Pro to price out the tire, which came in less than the dealership. My husband took it in to Car-Pro and asked them to look at his tire. As it turns out, the tire didn't need replacement. Car-Pro removed the nail that was in the tire and repaired it. Well....we are sold....they are completely trustworthy and will come back!!!
