it is an Auto center so you won't get anything more than stuff for vehicles there not unless, you're lucky.and doesn't have a whole bunch of different stuff most Canadian tires,it also isn't that busy and staff are pretty nice

I got my new Moto master tire then I realise that I need car safety for my 2018 Camry for Uber they charged me money on first hand but they fail my safety due to my tinted window which was shock for me i went out and check with my window tint guy and other Machinac they all said your tints are good we can pass your car but Canadian tire gave me big noooo 3 times I would never go back there they don’t know anything about car

Place is tiny so don't go there expecting to find everything you would at a traditional Canadian Tire. Having said that, I went to buy a set of tires that I couldn't find anywhere else on the market, and when I did they were overpriced. I called and spoke to Taylor who was just very friendly and helpful. I then went into the store to place the order, and again Taylor came through. Tires were delivered within 5 days and ahead of schedule, so can't really complain! One star deducted because tire installation is super expensive - I get that installing on a 20-inch rim is tough, but it's not $50 per tire tough (also the fact that Costco will still only charge $15 a pop).

My husband went to this location and needed some help regards to rapid blinker when signal on dash board. We weren't that knowledgeable about cars, so they took the car in to see what the problem is. The Mechanic who my husband went to the same high school with him Dante Alighieri Academy school said they need to run new wiring and charging me $600. I decided not to do it. I went home and told my friend regards to the pricing and my friend ask me what is the problem of the car. My friend told me that its a was just burnt signal flasher light bulb. So I bought a $40 bulb and everything is ok. HOW CAN A MECHANIC A BASIC PROBLEM LIKE THIS WENT BEYOND REWIRING. one REASON, THEY'RE SCAMMING YOU. DUFFERIN AND FINCH CANADIAN TIRE. I met both owners, James and Jennifer, which are a married couple. They are lovely and provide excellent service. I met the owner accidentally, when I asked a question about a product. He gave me such excellent service, that I asked him what was his job. Only then I discovered that he was the owner. I really see such involvement, dedication and kindness in retail stores anymore. I also got extensive help trying to get a part for my old car. The worker at the auto service made 3 phone calls, just to figure out if I can get the part. Then, when there was no part available, she found a website for me to investigate. If you are able to visit this store, I highly recommend it!!!

Canadian Tire is and amazing ???? place to shop, but lately prices have skyrocket and I believe it is unfair to all of us Canadians after coming out from a devastating lockdown. I ask to Canadian Tire to please reconsider the prices, we lost zellers a wonderful Canadian store to Wal-Mart. So let's bring the prices down Canadian tire. Now I'm giving it 3 stars for not having toys for toddlers and younger children, intelligent is what I want to see Canadian Tire have. I'm also giving it 3 stars because there was no one available within the store to help me buying one of their car seats. No one had any knowledge about the xar seats they have in stock. It was my very first time, and I expected to have someone within Canadian Tire with some type of knowledge. I was wrong and disappointed, but again keep shopping at Canadian tires, first because there a wicked store, second. Second they are a Canadian store and we must support our local Canadian stores. I hope Canadian Tire takes their reviews seriously in hopes to get their staff trained a bit, at least in car seats so customers like my self have a better experience ???? ???? ????

Awesome place for a female to purchase products for vehicle touch up and repairs. The gentleman was very helpful and educated me with the product details and his experience. It was great to see the employees purchase and use the same items that they are selling! This location was professional, clean and provided a high level of customer service....thats what happens when your employees love/like their job and employers you get great customer service. I have gone to other locations where the experience was sub par. This location should be promoted to trainers and teach other locations on how to provide service! Great job!!!

I don't have a car so I needed to ask if they have a certain product before I go, so I called them. I asked them if they have a certain product the lady answers me "I don't know" and puts me on hold for 10 minutes and hung up the phone. I try calling again and nobody picks up the phone. This is frustrating.

I visited this (dufferin and finch Ave) branch to purchase new winter tires and rims. After 2.5 hours of work, they said, the work is done and need to make the payment before they could hand over the keys. I made the payment, and went ahead to inspect the car to which I realised they install the new winter tires on my older rim and not on the newer rim. And the steel rims were missing despite making payment for it. I inform the person (Hardy) who was assisting me about the same and he took my car back in to re-do the entire work again. This again wasted my addtional 3 hours. Not sure what canadian tire would do to compensate for my 3 hours time loss. But the entire experience was horrible. I will NEVER visit this Branch again

Best Canadian Tire in Canada! Went there to pick up my wiper blades and got universal fits just outside the store at my lunch hour. When the extra wiper parts that my Honda Prelude did not need coming out from the package, I was just wondering what to do next. James from that store came by and asked if he could give me a hand. Of course! In less than two minutes, James have installed the wipers for me and got rid of the extra parts. When I asked what should I do to thank him, he just said "Come to our store!'' Of course, I will! Canadian Tire at Dufferin and Finch is my store now. I will go there and get all of my auto parts! Thank you, James!

Very bad place to take your car to, i bought a snow tires and after 3 hours of waiting they discovered that there is a mistake in the order and the tires did not fit ????????????they used another persons order and after 5 hours of waiting and changing all the order documents and precept finally it was done, days later i discovered that they put all seasons tires ????????????, which dangers my kids safety if an ice weather start and i dont know about the tires , i went back to them and after another 3 hours they changed the tires and tried to cover their neglect by giving me oil change which i will not use because i donot trust them on my car.

I SHOULD’VE CALL POLICE! Never go to this place! Dufferin and finch area. Very poor service and poor knowledge, specially the lady at front and the filipino guy in mechanics. They told me they check my car but they didn’t, i pay them $100, plus they waste my time waiting 2hrs, i should’ve call the police that day to investigate them. I really keep watching my car from outside and i never see the filipino guy touching it. Very bad experience. Instead of helping people, they give more problem and they get your money too. SCAM!! This location is car focused. They have all types of fluids, wipers and so on. Thry also have some other goods like dish soap and detergent. This is 99% car stuff... Don't come here if you need non car items as it won't have what you are looking for.

Very Poor Service (Tire Section) I wanted winter tires for my car, called them to confirm that they have in stock and they will install it same day, the lady on phone told me it will take 2 hrs, I said ok and reached there... So the lady there on tire section is very rude, I give the details of tire size, she searched on computer then I asked is there a rebate on this as website mentions, She replied "I don't know" then I myself checked the price on her computer and website n it was matching so rebate was there... Then I saw full quote on computer n there was additional 50$ , so I asked whats this for, then She told me its "INSURANCE", which she added on her own even without asking me, so I asked her to remove it... Then, She took my DL to enter the details, where she typed my address completely wrong :) I dont know why :) After I said ok, She took my Car key and then told I will get a call when its done, when I asked around how much time it will take then again answer was "I dont know , it may take 2-3 hrs" so once you confirm the order they dont care at all then...Finally it took 4 hrs to finish everything. And now when I m posting this review, read other reviews, I saw this is a common practice for them. Really disappointed, I dont think I will take any Car Services from Canadian Tire ever in future.

Came in for a tire rotation and aliment. Told that a needed a new bearing. Came time to pay was told bearing was replace and wheel balancing on all four wheels was done, no rotation. Incompetent team who charge labour rates of pro formula one teams. 612$ for wrong work and damaged censors. Avoid this location.

About auto center. That's very popular place, that's mean too hard making appointments on good time. And if you want just change oil, this guys will call you and end explain what else you need to change. I was need change my brake pads, in total I change a lot else on 1200$ and they try to selling me new tires + 1300$ but I stopped it.

I had to go do this Canadian tire for my riv inspection and very unfortunately it took me four attempts to get all my required inspections done. During the safety test it took insane amount of time. Unfortunately this is the only center in North York for riv inspection.hence they have a monopoly on this but they really need to increase more associates and technicians to ensure that all these instructions are done quickly.

I called 23 times today to speak to someone about a set of tires i wanted to order. Service didn't pick up, parts didnt pick up, at one point a girl asked how she could direct the call. I explained how much difficulty i was having getting a hold of someone in the parts department. She said lets try and push you to service.... i waited on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up. I am so angry about this. I wish i could give this review 0 stars... But just last week i visited the store, to get a new battery.. the girl that helped was awesome i think her name was taylor. My friend who was with me was being silly and was giving her a hard time. She took it so well and laughed everything off. She got me my battery and with the help of her team i got warranty on it and i was so happy with the service. Which is why i wanted to spend over 1000 dollars on a set of tires for my dads vehicle.

I went there couple of times.(changing brake pads/ oil change etc). Recently, I was on work and scheduled an appointment for oil change and the lady confirmed on call that appointment is booked and i can come on scheduled time. On the day of appointment, I walked in and asked about it. The staff is telling me that they have no such appointment. I took a day off and planned stuff accordingly but due to this whole thing got messed up. I hope they sort out such inconvenient stuff soon.

I went to buy winter tyres and install them. The prices were reasonable and service was fast. All the Canadian tire representatives were very helpful and friendly in explaining the different options of other things I wanted to buy in addition for my car. I definitely recommend.

I got a flat tire and decided to take it to the Dufferin and Finch Auto Center to get it patched. They took the vehicle and I was allowed to leave it overnight as well as the repair may have taken longer than the day allowed due to winter tire swaps. Unfortunately for me the tire was shot, but the staff at Canadian Tire were able to source a replacement the same day and gave me a call to confirm the quote. The price for the tire and installation was quite reasonable and I was very happy. The tire came in the next day and the install was done that day as well. Very pleased with the service and prices, I would definitely recommend it!

If you ever think about going to this location I have some really good advice for you... you should just run the other way because if you take your car here after that you most likely will be running because your car won’t work anymore. I once took a van here to be inspected as a third-party that I was considering purchasing from a dealer when we left they forgot to put the tire back on properly the tire rolled off on Dufferin Road could’ve killed somebody. The van was following behind my vehicle with the dealer driving I actually watched the tire roll off and the van scrape to a hault on the road. What a disaster!

In the middle of all these crisis created by COVID-19, when everyone finds it hard to push through in this difficult period, it's unfortunate that Canadian Tire is letting some franchisees to take advantage of the situation. I have a bad battery that I bought from this store and it is still under replacement warranty but the store won't replace it unless I pay $50 for service charges. I had called the customer service to complain about this and I got the reply that I have to pay the service charges because of the COVID-19 situation. I am totally disappointed by this experience. This is not al all reflecting the so called "values and commitments" that Canadian Tire always boasting about.

Recently, I did some work on my vehicle at Canadian Tire. They advised me that if my engine light came back on within 90 days, they would check the light for free. Surprise, Surprise. The light came back on and they advised me they would check the light, but if the problem was different that the original issue, I would be charged for them to read it. This was extremely annoying as this was not explained to me. I decided to take my business elsewhere. Went to a local shop, they checked the light FREE OF CHARGE, and ended up cleaning up Canadian Tire's mess.

Another big shout out to Adrian, the service advisor. He is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and keeps you up to date about your car that is in service. I have had bad experiences at other Canadian Tires, but this location is certainly an excellent facility to get your car serviced. Even the mechanics gave me feedback about the progress of my vehicle. They always kept me updated of the unexpected findings. Their communication is great, and that's why I will always come back here even if it means driving out of town. I know my car will be taken care of here. Bravo to the service department for a great job!

Their car mechanics are a hit or miss. Sometimes they'll do everything correctly. Sometimes they'll forget basic things (ie. Once they forgot to put my tire hubs back on ????‍♂️). My latest visit, I got an oil change and rebelanced my car, when i got it back I found a half eaten apple on the driver seat

Staff here are generally quite knowledgeable and nice and it's a good location close to major roads. Overall pretty happy with the service but the selection is a bit limited and narrow, focusing more on vehicle related items. That said there are still quite a few choices here and basic things like cleaning products are still available. Just the majority of items are car related and there's also a sizeable shop here as well.

I think for a DIY car shop this place is fantastic. Had a great experience today when an associate helped me find the exact colour of paint for my car. As I was leaving to pay I glanced down the aisle with bulbs and a man said "Are you okay?" and after a little confusion due to my lack of knowledge, he proceeded to walk out to my car and literally pop my hood and personally check to make sure it was the right light bulb that I was purchasing. I ended up buying new wipers that were also the right model for my car. Great customer service if you're looking for answers. Edit: just came back a year later for something else and experienced another great service representative. He saw me struggling with something I bought in the parking lot and asked me if I needed help ( which I did) His name is Yafet and I really appreciate his expertise and reaching out to me

We purchased winter tyres. During rotation of tyres after 10000 kms we were advised by another location that why wheel alignment was not done while fixing the new winter ❄️ tyres. From the history sheet We were really shocked to see such carelessness during installation of new tyres while balancing was done. Is Canadian tyres so irresponsible? Do they put our life on risk? They are authorized by the government of ONTARIO for issuing fitness certificates. This is case to be taken up with higher authorities in Canadian Tyres as well as with the appropriate forum of Government of Ontario.

I've had to revise my review. I went there today after having a bad experience more than 7 months ago ,and to my surprise, it's under new management with a new owner. I was treated as a valued customer , a totally new experience from what I encountered in my prior visits.. I was served by James (the owner) who greeted me right as I came in , helped me out all the way , and even gave me a price match for items whose sale period was over, and I made huge savings money wise.. . The cashier was also very friendly and helpful. Things have really changed here and I'm happy with this location. Worst possible experience. I was told to wait TWO hours to repair a nail in one of the tire but it ended up being FIVE FREAKING HOURS and yet it isn't done. THIS IS AFTER I CALLED THEM BEFORE COMING. The commited to repair in time and yet I am sitting in here at 9:17 p.m, waiting for my car, writing this review. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Wow is the best description I can give. A staff member in the parts section in the middle of the store was super helpful and polite. The store benefits from staff like him. The red haired cashier was a different story. When she scanned the item I had brought over it was displaying a different price than the price the parts employee had scanned. I informed her of this and her attitude kicked in. Needless to say I didn't feel like debating as in the end no lessons would be learned, so I left the store with out the purchase.

I have been going to this store for all my automotive needs for years after being ripped off by my previous mechanic. I had recently bought a set of all season tires with a 5 year warranty. They wore out 3 years into the warranty. The store wouldn't honour the warranty. The manager, Adrian, came out to the parking lot and said they were ok. Their prices are too high now. I got my car fixed elsewhere for $700 less than the Canadian Tire quote. My new mechanic thinks that I can get another season out of 3 of the old tires, but he refused to put one on out of safety. Now I have to buy a whole new set, which I really cannot afford.

Very bad experience. Called to make an appointment for early afternoon and was told "don't worry you won't need one. Max wait time will be 30 minutes to get you in." I arrive and am told it will be 60-90 minutes minimum to get my car in. Okay, I guess the had some unexpected traffic. I mention I was told it would be only 30 minutes and receive more ridicule than apology. I decide to leave my car with them regardless, and return in 2.5 hours, around the new ETA for completion of the work. my car hasn't even been moved into the shop yet. On top of all this, I overheard the floor manager telling his staff to give the client exaggerated wait times so that his team did not have to stress. Definitely will not return.

Very interesting location shelves are messy though and over packed making it seem very cluttered. Staff however are super knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of stock that regular Canadian tires sometimes don't have or carry.

Fast, reliable and good work. They recommended for a brake and rotor replacement and i wasnt sure as I had it replaced not to long ago so i went to another car service shop and got it checked. They said the same thing and even higher price. Canadian tire had all certified technicians and they are will give an honest opinion to keep your car running longer

The tire service is the worst, I brought my car to change the winter tires, told to be wait for 2 hours, back after 2:45 hours to found that they had’t started yet. Really depends on who you talk to here, from what I was told there is new management recently. But some people won't even give you the time of day. Hopefully this changes in the future. Product stock is at least good and laid out well, so you can just go in and get out.

If there was a zero star rating, to the way i was treated, and turned away, when i had empty tank at 8pm in the cold snowy evening. I would not hesitate. I drove the extra few km to get to the only Canadian tire gas station from humber River hospital only to be told by the person on duty that hes already shut down the pumps and cant help ..... which gas station shuts down at 8pm.... un believable. Be careful of auto service at this place. They are polite and treat you nice but don't seem very competent. They have made a mistake on my service twice. As an example they diagnosed on the computer some issues that turned out to be not so. And then they charge me over $100 for diagnosis. They wanted to replace my entire fuse box for over $500 but it turned out that there was one loose connection and they couldn't find it. I would stay away from this Canadian Tire. The one at Lawrence and Dufferin seems more competent.

Not very good service at this location. Stay away. They sell you wrong battery and make a scene to get me right battery, and dont really want to help me. Got passed the buck by 3 employees even after calling and speaking to a manager before coming back to the store. Now after 35 mins they finally agree to get me correct battery and now dont know how to use their computers to do the transaction not even the manager. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Even on other occasion with cashier normally there. With all the parts places and shops in a 2 block radius. I'm not sure how they stay open.

I had the worst experience here. I went to buy the winter tires and also install it. I told them on call as well as in person that I want to add steel rims with my winter tires. They charged me for steel rims. I was waiting for 2 hours and they just changed the tires and didnt even installed steel rims. The pressure in my tires were not proper when I got it. I complaint about this and they told me to come other day as they were closing. I went other day and they made me wait for another 2.5 hours for my car to get ready. The staff wasn’t responsive well. If I had a choice to give 0 rating I would have chosen that.

Best Canadian tire Iv ever been too. All these complaints are just from people trying to return x-mas trees 2 days after x-mas, return fans at the end of summer and heaters at the end of winter. Done with your cooler for the long weekend? Just return it to Canadian tire! I have first hand seen irate customers screaming and cursing at the employees there because they wouldn't just "give" them a new battery because they didn't bother to keep their warranty info or even bring in the old battery. But it was "defective" and they "say" they bought it only a year ago.... Do you really think that these people are trying to deliberately screw you over? The floor worker dosnt make any more or less if he returns your stuff or sells it to you. Maybe the problem is you! Think about it....

Extremely disorganized. Came to pick up curb side order that was confirmed the day before as being ready. The store has no idea where the order is and now I've been waiting 30min. The employee confirmed that they're not out of the products so why can't they just collect the items again off the shelf to give me the order? How do they just lose orders and why can't they solve a simple problem?

Horrible customer service. Recieved a quote over the phone during the day to replace front and rear set of brakes on a vehicle (parts supplied by us as they were purchased elsewhere) . Get to the store to arrange the service and they tell my wife it will cost double what I was quoted. Will never shop at this location if it was the last location on earth.

I went in to for automotive work, the staff were quick attentive and communicative. I had a problem when I first called as they accidentally hung up when they transferred my call but the customer service there after made up for it. Furthermore, from online price comparison, the replacement parts and labour was billed inexpensively.

Great for auto related things. Not a gigantic store like the Sheppard/Leslie location so don't expect the same selection of housewares/sporting goods that are at the bigger locations. Not overly busy when I've been so it's easy to get in and out.

Had an unpleasant experience with the girl working at the service department (old lady) . i went there to change my winter tires then she call me by the phone told me that my car need new wheel nuts set then i said to her am coming to you when i saw her she go like with rude attitude this is universal wheel nuts and and the previous one its damaged and it cost u 57$ for full set then i said could u please gave me 3 minutes she's like ok hurryup !! i was inside Canadiantire store i saw the full set for just 29$ specifically for my car model .. i went to her i told her use this new set and i save 28$ within 3 minutes this is unbelievable

I have always had a great experience with the Canadian Tire on Dufferin/Finch. I am a senior who is also disabled, trouble walking. I have arthritis but I am an excellent driver. I live close by this Canadian Tire, but bcause of my disability I am unable to check the air in my tires myself. The employees always help me, I always offer to pay for their assistance but they always refuse. I appreciate this so much, I also feel respected and get a smile, great service!!! If they had full service I would also go to them for my gas but I have to go out of my way to find a "full service", because I am also unable to lift the pumps to put gas in my car!! Polite, friendly staff. I would trust these mechanics with minor car issues, but for bigger repairs (e.g., engine problems) I would visit a garage that specializes in my car brand (BMW for me). Also, I changes tires at this location and the mechanics had bent my adapter-nut (the one special nut in each wheel) so you have to ask the mechanics to use a hand torque (and not an electric one) for that.

Worst service ever! I brought my car for oil change and battery replacement. As soon as I paid and got my car back, there was the Engine Check Light ON and the guy 'SAM' told me that my car had the Engine Check light on before the oil change/battery replacement (big Lie!) they were trying to blame me for it. I hope their corporate office looks into this and do something about this location's customer service problem. Will not go back ever! This was the 3rd time I had my car serviced here and each time they treat you worst and worst!!!

I've been shopping at this location since 2001. I got exceptional customer service here today. The store owner answers his personal phone to try to help his customers. Are you kidding me? That alone was enough for me to do this. Never mind the fact that I had a broken pressure washer that I needed to get fixed under warranty which would've taken two weeks by the manufacturer. He offered to take my broken one and allowed me to buy another one and pay the difference so I can get on with life. Thomas and another young lady made the process so easy. They listened, empathized and helped. Running a corporation like a community family business. Thank you all!

Sketchy way of doing things here. Juanito wanted to charge $161 for $6 license bulb change, amongst other things, in order to pass safety. He said caliper was “sticky” when we just changed it recently. You lost a customer and no one I know will be coming here again. I’ll update this review once another mechanic checks my car to see if his claims were valid. Bought the tiny license bulb in attached photo (Juanito was charging $161.00 for this) for $6.00 by the way. Edit: If Canadian Tire really wants to know my experience, they have my number, they can call me. Also, they’re charging $130.00 for safety test (while other places charge $80) and $55.00 to recheck. UPDATE: Car passed safety at another mechanic. He said nothing was wrong with the caliper. Emergency brake working fine, unlike what Juanito said. He tried to scam us by saying these were broken. I’ll be sure to tell everyone about your services! Would’ve spent $300 on this when nothing was wrong with the caliper and $161 for a $6 light bulb change.

I would like to thank the sales representative "Yafat" for being an exemplary employee. I called this location to order and pick up items from the cars department and Yafat was the person who took my order and brought it out for me as the current covid situation doesnt allow shoppers to walk in. He took my order in very friendly manner while assisting me with product choice in an unrushed and helpful tone. He also brought my items out for me in a timely manner. While waiting in my car for my order I did see him repeatedly bringing out customers orders, but I was impressed to learn he was the same person who was taking the orders on the phone as well. Although centre point mall canadian tire is two minutes away from my house ill gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to get to this location for it has been the second time Ive received excellent service from the employees here. I wish I could give minus ratings to this store. Went to buy the oil that was on sale which showed in stock online and it was not there. I asked lady at the cashier about it and she was rude. I went to get the autoservice done and had the worst experience ever. You pay 10 times more than any other place and not getting ANYTHING in return but the rude and irresponsible answers and service. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. I went to this canadian tire because I did not have enough time to go to my mechanic and they eneded up eating up my time having me wait there for 7 hours for the simple work. I think the technicians just sit there and have fun than doing the actual work

Bad service, first time i went there they charge me a lot of money almost $800 and the job was not even done well, my checking engine was on and the thermostat that they install was not even the original one. I went there after 2 day they are asking me to pay again because they say maybe it is another issue. I was really mad i went to my mecchanic and he found out that the issue was from the new thermostat that they was suppose to change. I went there i was almost screaming and they told me to bring my car. After fixing it they wanted to charge me again. I told them how come i brought my car for that issue and i pay that amount that u request in order for u to repair and u didn t do it well and u want me to pay u again for something that u were suppose to do well the first time. The other manager from the afternoon understand me and i thank him because between all of them he was the most caring and he gave me back my key without making me pay again. Sincerely i will never bring my car anymore there. Before going to Canadian tire fixing your car take time to read reviews , because the name of the brand doesn't mean anything. I was really disappointed about the service.

Terrible customer service. I visited the store on Aug 18, the female cashier working at around 4PM at the cashier register was extremely rude. When asked a question for finding stuff, she raised the voice in rude way and gave bad attitude (putting this loud, banging) with no apology. When I confronted if she's mad and why raised her voice, she gave excuses like she was just trying to say louder but still with that angry attitude with yelling voice and mad facial expression. She stared at me for a while with the aggressiveness. The store was not busy (no customers in line or anything) nor loud that she had to scream at the customer. The General Manager or Supervisor were both not in the store, so I called the next day. When I spoke to the GM, he was not very helpful either. The employee already spoke to him in the morning regarding the situation in favour of her, of course, and he was rather indifferent to my concerns. If he was just going to be already biased and will represent the employee's side of story (which was spoken in favour of her) when the customer called for complaints, what is the point of taking the call? She also made up the story that she apologized which was not true which was why I was upset at first. He didn't quite make the situation better, and this made me even more disappointed. I usually would let go of these kinds of things but this whole experience was very awful. I would escalate this to the owner as calling 1-800 number would not be very helpful. Very bad experience even with the GM.

Neither the front desk rep, nor the store manager could help me get my money back. I also filed a complaint with the ministry.

Today, Dec2/2020, I came into this store to buy turn signal bulb for my car. I was really impressed with customer service and consultation provided by Parts Advisor Mike A. He found necessary bulb during couple minutes and explained the difference from other, almost the same, bulbs. I appreciate such attitude to the customers (and me personally), so I decided to rise up my previous appraisal of this store from 1 star to 4 stars. Thank you Mike A.! Stay safe and keep the same high level customer service. I visited this shop in Dec 2016 for checking front passenger side wheel. They said it was good. After 12 days I found this wheel didn't have one nut and secure wheel was loose. I came back in shop. They said the wheel did not have nut previous time. Technician told he had written this in report, but another guy had not put this information in report. As I understand they did not do the job what I had paid for...
