This is insane your store is the worst one in the Sudbury region. You have a huge line up past the intrance door but you only have 2 tills open and no one is reacting to this. You have 5 tills in all, use them. So many people are walking out and leaving their stuff behind. You need to be more proactive and have consideration for people's time. After all they are paying your wages.
