Besides the fact that no one answers the phone at that place, email responses are rather delayed, order prep before the order ships seems slow as well. The social media manager (thank you again for your assistance) was the only response I was able to get when there was an issue with the initial order, besides the email saying that the original wheels that I selected from the list of options for my specific vehicle. Overall I am extremely happy with the wheels and tires I ordered, but I feel that the 15 days it took to correct an issue and ship the wheels was disappointing. Thanks again for the Free T-shirt, unfortunately it does not fit. I order wheels every couple years, so I do hope for the next time that they are able to be a little quicker and available on the phones or email if there are issues.

I just want to take a moment to appreciate when an employee and company goes the extra mile for their customers. This review would have been all negative if it wasn't for their customer representative, Chantelle. Back story: I went through their tire warranty process with an associate/returns manager who doesn't work there anymore and it was just awful. It was tedious and all through email, because I previously couldn't get in touch with their warranty dept by phone. I just wanted all of the instructions laid out at once so I could get things ready and have a set expectation for the process. I was so frustrated that I just sent the whole tire with the rim to CanadaWheels. I also didn't receive the proper refund I was owed! But, I finally got in touch with their lovely associate Chantelle who quickly sorted s*** out and made me have hope for humanity. Great customer service as I called them on two occasions for sizing purposes and wheel specifications. Both representatives were very knowledgeable about their products and very courteous. Apparently a final verification (for fitting purposes) is done before they actually ship your wheels. As for shipping it was quite rapid and each individual wheel was packaged properly. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

I have a somewhat rare trim level of automobile and the staff at Canada Wheels took the time to triple check my order to ensure that the wheels would fit over the brakes and that the winter tires have the correct diameter. I've ordered from Canada wheels before, new vehicle new purchase :) The only issue I had was delivery, I entered a different delivery address and after I put the order through it defaulted to my home address and I live in an apartment. I emailed immediately and didn't hear back until 6 days later and was told to contact the courier instead of them doing it, especially considering it was their error. On the same day I placed the order I was able to re-enter the delivery address but it still came to my apartment. I was just glad I was home that day. I tried to call but the calls went unanswered and no answering machine. My rims all came packaged in boxes and I was very happy about them!

I had ordered lovely wheels from CanadaWheels. They were delivered in 2 business days. Unfortunately, I decided to return it in the same original packaging as was delivered to me because of winter tires I needed were not in stock at a dealer. CanadaWheels customer rep. was very understanding and I was able to complete the return smoothly. Purchased 17" black wheels and Mazzinni Snow Leopard tires for a 2018 Jeep Cherokee. They arrived cross-country in 12 days, including a Loomis holiday. Ordered some winter rims and tyres. A week later I received an E-mail that the steel rims I chose don't actually fit my car (website said it did). I was offered 2 other wheel choices. Went with one of the options and paid the difference (they gave me a $200 discount). Rims arrived within 3 days and still waiting for the tyres. They use a company called Loomis here in Alberta, they are not very good. However, my experience was not bad at all - if you want your rims and tyres package mounted etc you have to specifically let them know. I purchased my TPMS from a different company so worked out well for me. I would use them again.

After getting worried about getting them in time for winter, i went to check the status of my order only to find out that they canceled my order after 40 days of me waiting. I emailed to find out why and received no response. I did receive a refund, however, now I am now in a rush to find winter tires. First experience, I ordered 4 torque 143 rims. I received 2 of the 4 rims damaged before shipping in several areas. Canadawheels sent me 2 replacement rims and sure enough after waiting a month and a half I received 1 of 2 rims with major paint flaws. If I could select zero stars, i would. Awful.

Came fairly quick through the winter break. Ordered the 4 tires on a Sunday before New Years and they arrived the following Friday. So just about 2 weeks. I got an email with tracking info but it only showed that the order was coming from Calgary to Vancouver, no other details. Shipping was also free which was nice. Definitely will be ordering from Canada wheels again.

Had a few hiccups with the initial order, my rims were not available, but I eventually selected a different rim package. All items were finally received about 6 weeks after my initial order. I had the tires and TPMS sensors mounted on Tuesday, switched over the wheels today myself, and I am pleased with the results. Especially with the sensors, no issues with my vehicle learning the new sensors, within 10 minutes. Once the process got rolling, everything about the order went well.

MOST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I placed my order and the very next day I requested a return. I was told that it's not possible to stop the shipping and I was asked to let them know once I receive my order so they can set up a return. I received the wheels on May 19, didn't even open the boxes to make sure there's no issues with product quality and so I can get all my money back. I wrote 3 emails and called like 20 times, and so far nobody contacted me. I still hope someone will get in touch with me shortly because that's totally unacceptable. UPDATE. So one day after I posted this they woke up, contacted me and the whole transaction was completed within like two hours. They was very friendly and apologetic. There's only one thing I don't understand: why would they pay someone a salary for scouting the internet for bad reviews, instead of just making an adequate after-sales customer service? Anyways, I guess that maybe they're going through some hard times and can't hire professionals to properly do their job, so 3/5 just for being polite and assuming their mistake.

I am so very happy with my order and the entire process! Site was easy to use and I felt 100% confident I was getting the right size for my car when I placed my order. From the emails and paperwork included it looks like returns would have been easy to process but I didn’t need to use this as they were perfect fit! Ordered the wheels for snow tires for my wife’s new Honda Civic and she is in love with them. The car looks great with the dark graphite wheels. Order was delivered in under a week and driver stacked them in my garage for me. No other seller in my area could beat or even match the price. Rims showed up about two weeks after i ordered and when i received the rims i got an email saying the tires were shipped separately still with no delivery date they showed up three days later. Very Difficult Transaction that never happened. Paid for order, credit card charged right away. Received email next stating delay, 7 days later (8 total) I received a cancellation email saying their safety system picked my credit card as being an issue, cancelled my order.. (surely could not fulfill it and blame my card). Called my credit card company thinking something was wrong, nope all good on my end. I'm asked to place another order with another credit card, which I don't have... Wasted my time and resources, looks to be a stand up company as per review, they did absolutely nothing to help, I guess we are not meant to do business together, I will pass it on to our muscle car community .

I bought winter tires and mags from CanadaWheels. It was the first time I'd bought them online and I'm very pleased with the experience. It was easy to find the correct size for my car using their online system, and it automatically added the accessories needed to install everything. I spent less for the tires and mags than I usually spend just on tires. The tires took 11 days to come, and the mags 18 days. I felt this was a reasonable shipping time. All in all an excellent experience and I'd definitely recommend them.

The only thing I would have to say is that they should offer to add tire pressure sensors as once the wheels are on, it’s annoying to have to take them off and install them afterwards. *P.S. Unparalleled overall Customer Experience working with Canada Wheels! From initial online purchase to delivery everything was excellent. Great quality choices, very competitive pricing and speed of delivery. But they don't stop there and go well above and beyond to ensure their customers are provided with highest service and purchase satisfaction. I purchased a set of replica winter wheels for a Lexus RX350 and had vibration issues. After two winters, dealer finally could pinpoint the issue to a manufacturing defect in one of the wheels. I called Canada Wheels and explained the defect with pictures and a note from the installer. Within hours a new wheel was shipped to me free of charge although the purchase was made over two years ago! Yes, after two years, Canada Wheels took ownership of the manufacturing defect and replaced the wheel for free with highest degree of respect and courtesy! My car is a Toyota venza 2009. I added the wheels to the cart and all that was needed to fit my car was automatically added to the cart. In my case hub rings where added. The only small problem is that I have purchase black nuts also and they sent me chrome nuts. Because they fit on my car and that the nuts are covered by a plate and don't show I decided to keep them. I've put 17 inch wheels and 245/65R17 tires on my Venza 2009. The 17 inch gives a totally better and smoother ride than the 20 inch that was on the car. The venza is not the same and it's really a better car with the 17 inch wheels and tires. Never again will there be 20 inch wheels on my Venza. Bye-Bye 20 inch wheels.....

The process of purchasing the tires were relatively easy. The website could be a little more mobile friendly but that's ok. They have the same tires and wheels that you can find at retail stores but at a better price. Delivery was faster than I expected but tracking was a bit difficult since the info given was a bit vague. I was a bit worried about buying tires online without seeing them but I'm glad that it worked out great. The tires are brand new and they look great. I haven't put them on yet since it is still a bit too warm outside to switch. As a first time car owner I am impressed and will highly recommend this company for consideration for anyone who is winter tire shopping right now. For reference I bought the Nexen Winguard Sport 2. For those people who are like me and buying for the first time, look at the inside of your car's door to find out what type of tire you need and use that measurement. Do not go by the default on the website. It was wrong on the website but it was also wrong on Canadian Tire's website too so just go by what your actual car says and type the details in manually. CanadaWheels.ca is a legit viable option. Check them out.

Yes I would, and have referred friends to order from CanadaWheels. Great prices. Fast delivery. Just make sure to go over your rims with a fine tooth comb. Cause regretfully I did not notice a small defect in the manufacturer's paint on 1 of the rims. And my tires were installed before I was made aware. So now I will have to get the rim fixed out of my own pocket. Because the policy is. Once the rims are installed on your tires they cannot be returned ???? Overall, happy with my purchase ????

I ordered a set of wheels and had them delivered to PEI. They arrived in 3 days in factory packaging. I was very pleased with the delivery time. I only checked one wheel before I took them to my local dealer for mounting my tires. Unfortunately, the dealer noticed a small scratch on one of the rims but they mounted the tire anyway. I contacted Canada Wheels and told them what had happened and that it was my own error in not checking all the rims. Rather than dismount the tire and send it back, I told them that I was going to repair the scratch myself. I really only contacted them to make them aware but they refunded me $50 for the damage. In my opinion, that is excellent service! Many companies would simply claim that the installer damaged them when he mounted the tires. I probably would have bought more from Canada Wheels but I will certainly be a return customer now and will also send my friends. Overall and in retrospect, CanadaWheels did a great job. Their website and product selection for my older Toyota Tundra (2007) was excellent and I found some great wheels that fully met my expectations. The ordering process was easy and the website allowed for order tracking (see below though...). However... Once I placed my order, I checked my Master Card account and noted the transaction was immediately processed. I waited and waited for a confirmation email or update on their website, with no updates provided - The website kept saying order being processed... I tried to call their toll free number to confirm everything was OK and couldn't get an answer at all - Voicemail Hell for over 4 hours with no contact on any 'department' selected. I thought for sure I got scammed... As a long shot last ditch before I called Master Card to intervene, I called again the next day (after receiving no other updates and account still saying 'Order Processing') and was completely shocked when a very nice young lady answered the phone after about 2 minutes on hold. I gave her my order information, she put me on hold for about 5 minutes as she tracked my order and let me know the wheels were shipped and were on the way. I let her know about my unease with the process to date and she did say they were only a 'drop ship' company (i.e. a third party intermediary) and didn't hold any inventory. After that contact, everything went perfectly. She followed up about an hour later via email, with all the tracking information. My CanadaWheels online order page was also updated accordingly. The wheels were delivered very quickly and in excellent condition, with everything I ordered included. The wheels were installed on new tires (bought from Costco) and everything fit as expected and they look fantastic! My advice to all CanadaWheels customers - They are NOT Amazon! Set your expectations for communication to Extremely LOW and be patient. CanadaWheels IS a real company with an exceptional website and a top notch voicemail system, but very few actual human beings doing the work... Processing of orders and phone answering are very, very slow, but the products and pricing were top notch and as expected.

This company by far has the worst customer service. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. 2 separate orders, lots of mistakes and so far none of them have been resolved. Email after email, picture after picture being sent proving they shipped the wrong item and still not resolved. How this company stays in business is beyond me. You would think when you have a customer spending $2600.00 on 2 orders within a 6 week span in the middle of a pandemic they would fix their mistakes instead of ignoring them. I call, no answer. I email, no response. You try to support the local economy and this is what you get....Ignored for days on end. Reputable businesses (unfortunately)are closing every day but not this place? How is this possible? I will never spend another red cent with this company and will advise everyone I know not to as well. If not resolved by tomorrow I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I bought not only winter rims but also tires. The delivery was extremely quick for the tires. The rims were slightly delayed as they were not in the warehouse but they still arrived about 2 weeks ahead of what was expected. I had to call the customer service department to confirm Load rating and the woman I spoke to Was quite knowledgeable. My only concern was when I bought the rims the year of my car (2022) was not listed but I was able to confirm that the rims did not Change from 2021 to 2022. I would certainly recommend Canada Wheels to anyone and I will be a return customer when needed!!!!!

No one ever answers their phones or emails. I'm at 20 days since placing my order and only have had half delivered. While the rims I received are nice, it hard to enjoy with out the wheels that were ordered as well. After posting the first part of my review I was contacted by the owner of CanadaWheels. He was very apologetic & helpful in rectifying the problem. The tires I was waiting on were shipped immediately and got to me quickly. While I will definitely not order during a busy time of year again I will order again. The product I received is great for the prices they offer.

Can you improve your returns process? I've talked to 5 different customer services representatives, and 2 of them have forwarded a request of return to the returns manager, to which I'm pretty sure doesn't exist, unless they're a ghost. I'm just trying to return one tire. The other 4 tires work just great. The website indicated all required information to make a sound purchase. The RWC direct fit wheels fit our 2019 Camry perfectly. The only thing I didn't care for was the cheap plastic centre caps and the stick-on RWC logos for the caps. Thankfully our toyota centre caps fit perfect, so we used those instead. The tire sensors were easily transferred from the OEM rims to these as well. The wheels look great.

Honestly I was about as skeptical as it gets when I first decided I was going to order tires online. Especially because I was looking to get 37x12.50r18 which is pretty meaty, not very easy to ship or get at all. I probably looked on every single site that would ship to Canada. And eventually I ended up on Canada wheels where I got a set of Toyo open country at3s. (The specific Tire I was looking for across all these sites and locally) delivered to my house for $1,917 after taxes. More than happy. Currently stock is low in Canada for large truck tires, they had them in stock and took less than 10 days to arrive. The next closest quote I got was from a local dealer for non-snow rated Toyo open country rt's was over $650 per tire compared to Canada wheels' $460ish for the better tires. I will be remembering this website for all my future Tire purchases! good job!

I waited beyond that and shared my frustration, and they said it would be delayed another 5-7 business days.... Have to say that this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with for delivery and service. We ordered a set of rims on November 3rd, 2021, had an estimate of a few weeks for delivery to Innisfil, prices were good so everything was off to a good start. Email came to confirm delivery address, we tracked the rims to a shipping depot in Ottawa where they sat, and sat, and sat. Finally called and both Canada Wheels and the shipper had the wrong delivery address for some reason. I was told by both that they updated the address, delivery in a few days and that somebody would call to confirm. We tracked the rims to Mississauga, seemed like all was coming together until this morning (Dec 9th) when the rims are back in Ottawa. Nobody from CW or the shipper has called us, no explanation as to the mess up, nothing at all. I'm on hold now for over a half hour waiting to hear what CW has to say. I would suggest that you pay the extra money to buy from someplace else. Terrible customer experience and we still don't have the stuff we bought.

I placed an order for a new set of wheels about 5 weeks ago. I got my order confirmation but nothing else. After about two weeks of my order not getting shipped out, I started emailing the company to see what was going on. After my third email, they finally responded saying my order was shipped out and I will receive tracking shortly. I never did receive tracking information and when I search the order on the website, its says my order hasn't even been shipped. I have sent the company email after email asking what's going on and eventually a refund but they continue to ignore me. Now I have to go to my credit card company and dispute the transaction so I can try and get my money back. Meanwhile I am still driving on my winter tires in the middle of June. I would not recommend ordering anything from this site. I understand things happen sometimes but the fact that I cant even get an email back from them after spending nearly 2K makes me really upset.

Tight budget but CanadaWheels came in at the lowest price i can find either locally or online. Free shipping and the manufactures rebate too which is a bonus. Delivery was fast but Loomis’s tracking system is a bit of a bust. Friday the tires are in Montreal….don’t hear anything for the whole weekend, no updates on their website. I live in a suburb of Toronto. Then on Monday 8:15 am in the morning the Loomis delivery person shows up on the morning i’m sleeping in. I could have easily missed them. Besides that, tires look good, no boxes but i guess thats okay. Less garbage for me. Haven’t put them on yet but that will be soon. Thanks

I am new to purchasing items for my car. I was not aware tires and rims cannot be shipped already intact. When I purchased my tires I was expecting to get rims with them. Why would they show fancy different rims on pictures of tires? Like just show the tire tread then people would know for sure. Do you want all business or do you just want to attract your mechanic niche? Anyways. I ended up paying for some really really expensive tires and then normal prices rims a week later. Just put a disclaimer on your site or something. Make sure you open all boxes of rims as well because one of my had a dent defect along the edge from the forging. My fault for not checking and for checking after the 7 day return. Luckily it’s not noticeable once the tire was put on. Got my items payed and shipped within 5 days so that was cool. Just a hassle cause I didn’t know any better.

This is the first time I have purchased aftermarket wheels for a truck and as most everyone doing this can tell you there are hundreds of local and on-line options to choose where you buy them from and then the tough decision on what to buy. I have always been skeptical of making bigger dollar purchases on line because service and return options become very limited and sometimes non existent. CanadaWheels.ca was hands down was the right choice to make, it could not have been easier and there was no smoke and mirrors. Prices were 25%-30% better than local tire shops / dealers and the process from the on-line order to delivery was super smooth. I have to say their customer service is horrible. I ordered a new set of rims for my truck and a set of snow tires for my son and wife. They took my money conformed my order and then I got confirmation everything shipped. But come the day of delivery I only get the tires no rims. Then I get an email which says sorry your rims are back ordered until February. So after numerous attempts to contact them you sit on hold forever then get sent to voicemail and nobody calls you back. I finally get through and they offer me different rims that are in stock and gave me 10% off so ok now I’m feeling a little better. But then it takes 2 weeks to get my rims and 4 days later the lug nuts show up. I take them to my shop and guess what one of the rims has flaws in it. So call them up as instructed and no answer again. Leave voicemail and no reply. And now I have them install the rims anyway and oh look they sent the wrong lug nuts. Horrible customer service and I will never shop here again.

I ordered a set of rims and tires (no mount and balancing) from CanadaWheels.ca and the shopping experience couldn’t be any better. The website is smart enough so choosing the right fit becomes an easy navigation amongst thousands of options available. There are short educational videos which made me confident in my choices. The initial set of Braelin BR14 rims that I chose happened to be back-ordered unfortunately. But someone from CanadaWheels team approached me and offered me a similar fit of Fast Wheels Innovation that were already in the stock which turned out to be great (if not better looking from my initial choice). I could not find a lower price for either tires or the rims even in physical stores. The shipment was also quick and convenient and best of all free! The quality of tires (Michelin X-ICE SNOW) for my rav4 seems to be top-notch. They give me confidence in snowy and icy weather. Although a bit noisy, it’s just a little trade off for the added security. The rims look amazing on my rav4! I will never go back to the OEM rims which looked uneasy on the eye in my opinion. I love my rav4 even more now ????

All 4 tyres arrived together, but were left in full view of the road despite instructions for delivery THEY asked for! The wheels arrived in the expected time-frame (within a week). Although some of the boxes had minor puncture holes, the wheels themselves were intact. The outside wheel rims were properly protected for transport. The wheels are now installed on my car and I am pleased with the result.

Called looking for 5 wheels for my truck, I was told I could only order 4, then to call back to order the remaining one. Called back 10000 times and no one will answer the phone, the website now says out of stock and I cannot order the missing one for my spare. Scam!

I see after reading the reviews I may have made a mistake purchasing here as My order was suppose to arrive in 10-20 days and after three phone calls been told each time they showed up at the warehouse the day before and would be shipping that day and would send Me and email I am taking the time tomorrow to contact My credit card company and see if I can put a stop payment and buyers warning as I feel I may have just been out rightly robbed of My money am thinking this site may have some good reviews but any fool can make a bunch of e-mail names and right what ever they want about themselves here's to what comes next will update as the procedure follows thru BUYERS BEWARE!!! after a lil hassle and then speaking directly with someone I got My rims and centers (which were the wrongs ones ) and the buy came to and end the rims were as ordered minus the centers

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Shipped half of my order to the WRONG CITY! asked for updates and received none. Asked for a refund and there has been zero communication since. At this point I will need to try and cancel the transaction with my credit card. I am sure they are good if everything goes smooth but once something goes off the rails they will leave you with no items and no way to fix the problem. I would suggest staying away at all costs.
