Went for an oil change and they rotated my tires 2 weeks ago. Ever since they rotated my tires it would shake at just under 80km. Took it to canadain tire only to find out that they hadnt tightened the wheels on the passenger side and they had balanced them either. For an oil change that was supposed to be 39.99 cost me 94.00 and they almost hurt someone. Not going back thanks

The customer service representative is very friendly and she even tell jokes sometimes They fix you’re vehicle on time and update you whenever oftentimes if needed. Their price deals are competitive just like the rest but maybe they can make it more ideal especially if their customer are already regular ones. What I really don’t like is the pricing of the parts they need to replace. I look for the price online on the bearing and hub they replaced on my car and it’s a lot cheaper! How did that happened?!!! What I really like in this place is my first time visit. One time I asked if they can inflate my spare tire and when I asked how much I owe they simply said it’s free and take care on the road driving. Isn’t that nice?! Thanks again for fixing my car. Definitely gonna go back here

I have dealt with them for years-bought many tires for my car and my daughters car and always been very happy.Have also had repairs done and same great service. Will also store your summer tires when you switch over to winter tires and vice versa.

The staff were very helpful and prices were reasonable. However, I made an appointment for 10am and upon arrival was forced to wait nearly an hour and a half before they even took my car in to get looked at. I understand that shops can fall behind, but an hour and a half is a long time especially when no updates were provided to me and no apology given for the long wait.

Friendly atmosphere but I will not return. Over an hour for a oil change and to top it off was charged 90$. Service tech decided to change the license plate bulb that was blown out. Also charged me half hour shop rate. Was a loyal customer but will never return. They did refund the shop rate after my wife called.

One of the best experiences that I’ve ever had while getting car service. The owner is super friendly and informative. Beyond that his knowledge of vehicles is second to none. I drove all the way from London, Ontario for this service and wouldn’t have it any other way. Couldn’t recommend it more, the only thing I wish is that I could give this business more than 5 stars.

Awesome friendly service! Always a happy face when I walk in! They will also gladly pick up your vehicle or give you a ride else where if the wait is going to be long! They were very helpful when I was purchasing winter tires last season, never felt overwhelmed or that they were pushing me to buy! Happy to go to a locally owned, family ran shop!
