The owner Bob at this location is incredibly rude. Just called in for a quote and made me feel like I was wasting his time. Bad day or not no way to treat customers. Beware if the owner can treat people like that wouldn't want to know how he treats his workers that work on you cars.

Just terrible. They damaged my tires while in storage at their facility - then charged me to repair the damage. They change their prices every year. They took 5 hours (quoted 1 on a scheduled apt) to replace Summer tires with winter tires (already on rims). Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Bob is a terrible employee and doesn't know customer service. Will be using a chain brand from now on

I recommend this place for replacing and repairing tires. I had a flat tire, and they managed to repaired it quick with a fairly good price. They are very friendly as well.

I had a flat tire yesterday and first I went to canadian tire close to this area. They told me I had to change the tire completely because they can't fix it! And it will take up to 3 hours to do that. So I googled for another mechanical place and I found this place! Staff were polite and friendly. They told me will take 15 mins to fix it. And I don't need to change the tire at all! It took like 15 mins to fix it for Mathew. He is a nice guy as well as Jonathan. They were life saver for me! Thank you guys And prices are reasonable as well.

Dear friends, I called them yesterday to take an appointment for my car,the employee attended the call told me please call next day,i called today after 10 mts of wait, somebody took the phone not even ask anything,told me to call after two weeks. I can understand the currently they may be busy with the snow storm. But this is not the way to deal with your clients. i felt very sad. I dont know the reviews on the site is true. Because of the review i called them. its far better we can go Costco, Mr.Lube or Walmart. Atleast they will behave to their clients in professional manner.

Called in to see if I come in to fix my flat tire, the guy tells me come after two weeks. Very rude very unhelpful and extremely unprofessional. Just hangs up and goes.

I would not recommend this place to anyone buying tires and getting them installed. Paid more than other quotes that I received from other shops, thinking you get what you pay for. Boy, was I wrong. I over payed for tires to only have my rims scratched in the installation process. Noticed the damage when i went to rinse the rims off at a car wash. Cosmetically damaged already. Ridiculous!

used to be called Advanced Automotive. This has been my goto place for about 9 years. Bob's team is always friendly, knowlegeable, and does good work. I have always been happy with their work. Oct 2020 update: Still a great place.

I had a long thick nail in my tier, bob was super friendly and attentive. Even though it was 20 minutes to closing time he took care of my tire in a timely manner.Highly recommending the service in this location.
