Amazing service and great prices. I got new all-season tires installed and an alignment done, and my car was ready in less than 3 hours. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Even during the current pandemic I was able to get an appointment within a couple days.

Hello fellow reviewers. I had my steering wheel replaced by my honda dealership, and the dealership told me a wheel alignment is not part of the job after they do this..which is total nonsense. I took my civic on a word of mouth referral to Value Tirecraft, the first time they aligned the wheels it seemed a bit off, so they gladly had another look providing I bring the vehicle back, which I did. ..I learned it was a simply bit too long since I noticed the car wasnt driving straight so I ended up wearing down one side of my tire. They rotated the tires back to front, and now my car is driving a lot better. Nice folks working here. The storefront waiting area just needs a bit of a cleanup.. it's a bit messy. Great job overall! Tony and Scott are really helpful and professional!

These mechanics are greedy, they lied to my face. I brought in my car to be re-safetied after another mechanic did a safety and told me to fix something. I fixed the problem and brought the car to value tire craft because of convenience, cost me 135 dollars which is pretty bad for a safety and they came back a few hours later telling me I had two new problems a small leak in the exaust and a right lower control arm bushing was apparently no good all in all they wanted 400 bucks to fix. It's weird because I replaced that bushing 6 months prior and when I checked it after their safety test the bushing was like I just put it on and both problems passed the other mechanics test. I am now out $135 without my car safetied, they could have just safetied my car no problem but no they got greedy
