Quick tire replacement while you wait. Tonnes of used tires available. No appointment necessary. 12/17 update - went to get winter tires put on, got there early (15 minutes before opening), the owner (I'm assuming) got there late, 8:15, took additional 5-10 minutes to open up (turn on compressora, lights etc.), then served me and said that the technicians would be there at 10 am to serve me and could I wait? So an additional 2 hours after opening? What's the point of opening a business if the technicians don't get three until 10? Left and went to Mr Lube across the street, tires on within 15 minutes and they used a jack as that location has no lift (bravo Mr Lube for accommodating customers!)

Went here out of my way due to the mostly positive reviews. Seemed like a normal shop, and I was in a trusting, happy mood. Was in and out within an hour. Didn’t check the tires carefully since I was in a rush... my mistake. When I got home I noticed that they sold me one plugged-up tire, and one made back in 2013. The plugs are near the sidewall, which is considered risky and potentially unsafe. The other two are solid. Money is tight so I’ll run the sketchy tires on the rear... not very happy, but this seems par for the course in the used tire business. Will update if anything changes.

came in at 10 am. I had called ahead to make sure they had 3 tires my size. when i arrived they did not have the tires they said they did. when they ACTUALLY looked they were able to find 1. they then told me to leave my rim for a few hours while i drove around on a spare. usually ive just waited there but for some reason they said it would take many hours today. i waited for a call until 2. they never called me but i eventually got through after about an hour of calling. they told me it was ready. when i arrived i asked them to put it on instead of the spare tire and they said they were too busy so to come back another day. So 3 trips and 2 days to replace one tire? Very dissapointed. any savings i would get from buying used basically out the window for time and gas.

Lol experts? Total b.s. if u want an expert go to a mechanic these guys sell tires with plugged sidewalls and call them take offs. Give them the chance and they will rip u off there is no government regulation on selling used tires. Go to Costco or Canadian tire they may be a little more but they are guaranteed and safe.

I'm not one to enjoy a visit to a mechanic or auto shop, but boy can I assure you the guys here don't mess around! They are so knowledgeable about what needs to be done, from identifying any issues to recommending solutions to working with you on figuring out what exactly you need. I'm not about to gamble with the safety of my families car, when my priority is making sure a good job is done, the right tires are selected, and not break the bank, this is where I go. Hell even if I didn't have conditions I would still go here! Very rarely will I fight the owner to accept more money for the work, but I find myself doing that everytime I leave here. Ask for Ayman and tell him Seif sent you- he'll hook it up. :)

Have been dealing with these folks for years and years in Oakville and as an Oakville resident I find the prices and service always good and if you ever have an issue they will will resolve it for you. For you people that complain about tires sometimes just remember the place is called USED TIRE DEPOT … go back and resolve any problems before you complain.

They are not professional. I noticed the guy did not do balance to my tires. I asked him to do it, then he did very bad job. My car is shaking on speed of 90km/h. Now I need to go back to them to do it again.

Do not go here. Bought 4 used tires which boss said practically brand new and one blew 30 mins while driving on the highway. Not safe. Could have been a lot worst. Such an inconvenience. They replaced the tire no questions asked but still... Not good! I DO NOT recommend this place at all .Go somewhere legitimate. No apology given either.

Had my winter tires changed to my summer tires. My summer tires were in excellent shape. After having them change my tires, there are obvious puncture marks on the sidewall and the tire loses air daily. Never had this problem with the tires before. I don't want to say it's intentional, but I will say that they were careless. I feel it may have been done to push new tire sales but unfortunately there is no way to know that. Buyer beware. I bought my winter tires from here and had no problems but when they were to just change tires and not sell anything but service, they seem to not care. Now, I'll have to buy new tires because you can't patch the sidewall.

Biggest mistake I've made in long time I bought 2 tires off them my car was immediately making noise I took to a mechanic he said the noise was from tires they were garbage. I told them I just got them from Ayman and Ahmad at Used Tire Depot he said never buy used as the government does not regulate them so scammers like these guys paint garbage tires to hide defects and people like me who don't know any better buy them. I will never buy from these crooks again I not only got ripped off but imagine if one tire blew up and I got in accident, what if my 2 yr old daughter got hurt? These guys only care about money and they don't care who they rip off or endanger to get it.

This place is great! Every time I come for tires, they always have the right size, really good brands and always provide excellent prices. They're open door policy is amazing! To be honest the tires were brand new for a great price and the fella behind the counter was very friendly. However everything went downhill from there. They didn't balance the tires which I had let go until it came time to change to my summers. Turns out their technicians didn't know you're supposed to torque the lugs by hand, not by turning the gun up all the way. Ended up spending more money on tools to remove the lugs than I spent on the tires themselves. Regular lugs only required a $120 tool kit. Keyed lugs were a whole other story as the outsides of them rotate separetely from the inside. Normally change my tires but required new ones this season. I did try calling the shop four different times to talk to the manager and was told he would be in tomorrow everytime. What a nightmare. Goodluck

Used tire depot put on my winter tires this year. My tire pressure light has been on since. I figured they just didn’t calibrate my tire sensors. When I went to go put my summer tires on I saw that they broke one of my tire sensors and actually cut it off and left the stem of the sensor. And that is actually why my light has been on. They did not even have the decency to tell me they broke it. I will never recommend them to anyone.

I used to live nearby and decided to go there after doing some research. I ended up buying snow tires and also had my them installed by them last winter and again this year. I don't live nearby anymore but I continue to go here because of the friendly and helpful customer service. They are reliable, efficient and extremely accommodating even when I arrive late for my appointment. Their prices are very reasonable and they do their best to work within your budget when you are buying tires. I am pleased to give this business my recommendation.

I hope they all drop dead. I pray to God his business fails. Sold me a used tired today that they claimed almost brand new 95%. Tread. I got to the shop to find two nails in one of the tires. Witch I had to pay extra to fix. And the tire blew up the secondi got on the high way almost costing me my car and life. I hope these dirty people drop dead. All that time and money for what to almost lose my life.
