Over 20 years of honest and efficient service. I am happy to be a longtime, returning customer.
Amazing service - friendly staff - felt very welcome - went for an e-test Awesome would definitely go again
Goodyear Suntire always takes care of my car. Fast service, reliability and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Price to repair a puncture was $77 including tax!!!! I only went there to support local but never again. Will go to my mechanic a short drive away for $25 plus tax ????
We arrived at 12:30 but it already closed???!!!! It said it will closed on 1:30 on the schedule.
Save your money. $90 to change tires on rims. Seriously?? It was $60 before Covid. Disgusting. They have lost my business for good.
Fast, courteous service. Reasonable prices.
Friendly service. Accommodating even without appointments
This is a very late review... 1 year ago, I went 2 minutes before they closed, because I needed to get a tire puncture fixed. The manager decided to do it for me, even though it meant they had to stay past their closing time. Extremely friendly people.
Horrible! Merely pulled in to politely ask for air and was told it would be 30min before there was any available(lol). Was brushed off and made to feel like there was a huge rush at 7:30 on a Saturday. And here I thought Goodyear installed and filled tires with air. Guess I was wrong.
Very friendly front staff, reasonable pricing and very efficient auto service! Highly recommended...
Friendly staff. Good service. Lots of bays.
They can get the job done effectively and usually efficiently. Not a glowing review but you can get what you need.
Always get good service there for my bi-annual tire swaps. They take appointments and I don't have to sit around and wait for service to be done.
I replaced tires on rims on two cars a couple of days ago. First surprise was the price. It's $70. Everyone else charges around $45-$55. My bad, that I didn't check it on the phone (and they haven't told me!). The good: I was able to book the appointment in 2 days at this time of the year, there was no line and the job was completed on time. The bad: Changing tires is not a rocket science, however Suntire somehow messed up 3 times: 1 - I got my tires back in old dirty back (not my original new bags). 1 tire out of 8 was in its original bag. It's a minor thing, but this clearly shows their attention to details. 2 - They didn't return the bag for my wheel locks, and now locks are spread in the glove box. 3 - For one car two of my tires are about 70%, other two are 90%. I have requested (just in case, because this should be obvious) to put better tires on the front. Guess what? Tires were installed randomly. No one will die because of the above, but it shows that they don't really care about the quality service. Seriously, if you charge premium, at least pay attention to details like those. Also, often (at least I have always gotten it before), you get a short report, that shows how much "%" of protector is left for each tire and where it was installed. Suntire doesn't give any reports. That being said, the question is "what is the point going there"? I don't know the answer.
Highly recommended as great experience... efficient service, pleasant friendly staff with very competitive pricing on my new Bridgestone Blizzak tires. My new go to repair shop. Thanks Don
Honest quotes, quick service.
I am so impressed with the staff at Goodyear! From Nancy, the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful, to Brandon , the mechanic, who independently fixed my damaged bumper without being asked, this place is highly recommended for great customer service. Thank you to the staff at Goodyear for going beyond the call of duty.
oil was changed quickly
Just went for an emissions test but I was in and out in 10 minutes! Staff were very friendly and made the whole process a breeze. I would recommend them for sure.
Completely a scammer, they charged me $72 for a tire patch. The labor cost is $64.00, the totally time I stay at that store is 29 mins, the patching may only takes less then 10 mins, that means 10 mins for 64 dollars? Ridiculous. I saw people rate them as 5 stars, I think those reviews maybe paid or from employees.
Best autoshop ever
Never any thing from there but people says good service.
Very helpful with my vehicle Would definitely come back!
I have had many vehicles certified at this shop. Great friendly service and the mechanics were spot on with what the vehicles required. Great local shop for tires and service.
Came in just to replace a wind shield wiper. The cashier was friendly and they did the job quickly. Though I'd have probably paid less to buy it and do it myself - the service was good for this simple job. Can't really say how they are for bigger stuff - but from my short experience they were pleasant.
They are amazing!
Friendly staff, very helpful, good pricing.
Always top level service. Had a flat they replaced my tire and delivered it to me in a few hours
Poor customer service.
Very good customer service, and most importantly they're honest and trustworthy.
Amazing Staff, Excellent Service!
Excellent, honest service. Been taking my car there for years.
My go to for any car service. Honest family run business and dependable service.
The last time I will ever go here. I've used this place because of the proximity of the store to my home. They have in the past done horrible wheel balancing jobs to the point I've had to bring the vehicle back several times. And now they've had the gall to charge me over $50 for two rear light bulbs to be installed (without telling me the price in advance) ... work that took no more than a minute! And a Lexus dealership did with no charge as a goodwill gesture When I brought this to the attention of one of the owners and told him he would lose a 12 year client because of this, he shrugged and sarcastically said "Well, we've been here 24 years!" Not the point dude. If, as the owner says below, he is "sorry to see a customer go", he would have listened to my concerns and offered some remedy, instead of basically telling me to FO. Also, I was last there in 2017, not 2016. Check your records Stay away from this place
Horrible experience! I just replaced one of tail light here, and it simply took them about 10 minutes to do that. However, it costs me about $97 for labor!!! And when I asked Renato to see the order detail of the tail light. His attitude is really rude and arrogant, just said there is no order detail for that, you don't need to know, it was bought from our company! Please don't lie to customer, and respect them! Will never be here again!
Got turned away with a flat tire because it was 3.30 on a friday didnt even offer to inflate my tire. I had no spare.
UNSAFE - BEWARE The safety inspection for my vehicle was completed here at which time they also replaced/serviced the front and rear brake pads. I usually do this kind of work myself and while I’m not a certified mechanic, I’ve done much more complicated automotive jobs over the past 15 years. When I was able to inspect the work I discovered they ignored the extremely poor condition of the rear rotors, the front passenger bleeder valve was partially left open leaking out brake fluid, and they installed the rear brake pads incorrectly (installed a studded brake pad against the brake caliper piston. A dangerous mistake as the force of the piston against the studs broke/damaged the piston – see attached pictures). After calling in twice to speak with the owner, my call was finally returned a week later by Eugene. I informed him of the issues and how unsafe it was, especially since I drive this vehicle daily with my family. When I suggested that whoever completed the brake service should be educated about which side the studded brake pads should be installed that’s when Eugene interrupted me to say he was the person that did the work and went on to become aggressive and confrontational. Saying “who do you think you are to tell me how to be a mechanic?!?”. Eugene said he remembered the rear rotors, measure them, and they were perfectly fine (I’ll let everyone judge for themselves – see attached pictures). I tried to explain I had taken pictures to send them but he was not interested and refused to take any accountability, even going as far as to try and spin it that I must have tampered with their perfect job afterwards, causing all the damage. I felt I needed to share my experience with others since brake work is a common job that wasn’t even completed correctly. What a terrible experience, I would not trust Eugene or Suntire Canada to work on my vehicle. As direct result of his workmanship, he put myself and my family in real danger and still accepted no responsibility. I was hoping for a simple apology and potentially Suntire Canada offering to reimburse me for the additional costs I incurred for needed repairs (replace rear rotors, replace rear passenger brake caliper, bleed brake system). Instead I was verbally attacked, called a liar, and ended up paying hundreds more to make my vehicle safe to drive.
The only garage I trust and have dealt with for over 20 years. Honest and professional all across the board. If you want your vehicle fixed right, and be told of any upcoming issues to address in the future this is the place to go. I wont go anywhere else. Thanks for all the great service I will always remain a loyal customer,
Simply the best! The most professional and honest mechanic around, have been using their services since I started driving and would not consider taking my car elsewhere. Would highly recommend!
Always good service and on time
I've been going to Suntire in Oakville for about 20 years now. From oil or tire changes, to repairs. No question, hands down, a car repair center that not only does the job right, but will not recommend any unnecessary repairs or additional expenses. Fair price and an excellent customer service.
Amazing honest customer caring service and professionals who really know their stuff. Ty’
Thank you so much for the lovely job you did fixing up my breaks and the new hubcaps. Renato and everyone who works there are so friendly. I appreciate your hard work and kindness :)
Great service...friendly staff...I would recommend this place for service on all vehicles !
Honest and trustworthy - have always been happy with their service.
Great prices for seasonal tires swap.
The people at this store are thorough and professional and friendly. I recently had them change snow tires off the rims for summer tires. They were quick and even replaced the factory metal valve stems - these tend to corrode and seize- for free. They also told me about a serious brake problem on a rear wheel in which one brake pad was worn almost down to the metal while the others were ok. I had taken the car to the dealer only 1 week earlier complaining of wheel noise and although they billed for "brake inspection" they didn't notice the rear brake problem or find a cause for the noise but recommended to "start with the front brakes". Suntire did not charge for the inspection and found a serious problem. The Mazda dealer did not find the problem, charged me $60 for the privilege, and then took a trial and error approach to try to get a solution. I trust Suntire.
Goodyear Suntire provide honest, reliable, expert service. Everyone is super friendly and the mechanics take the time to explain the problem and provide their honest opinion. Completely trustworthy. Highly recommended.
I am very disappointed in the amount they charged me to replace a valve. $75.00 is outrageous for 20 minutes work. It was my 1st time using them and it will be my last. This my 1st rating post ever and felt stong enough to post it. Shop around
Great service. Thanks Nancy. The only reason i didn't give it 5 is that their prices are not very competitive
Scammers... went there to repair flat Michelin tire 1 year old ,they repair it but informed me that i have change all 4 tires because my are damage already (tire mostly last 6 years ) and not many km on them .... ofcourse they push to buy garbage Goodyear.. be careful ....
Helpful
I have used this shop a number of times over the years and have only been satisfied with every job. Very fair prices. The work has always been good. I will definitely be going back for future service.
I have gone here for all types of car service (oil change, tire change, fixing hydraulics on my trunk, fixing car starter). They are very reliable and stand by their service and parts they use. I trust them to do a good job and will continue using them for my automative needs.
Good fast tires service
Friendly staff. Knowledgeable techs. Always treated fairly.
Called on Tuesday or Wednesday for a filter and oil change. I was able to get booked in for the Friday 1st thing in the morning and was able to wait. Took about 30 min, the staff at the front desk were nice. Not too expensive, with prices going up with everything, I paid just over $77 (with taxes), I think that was a reasonable price, unlike other places charing over $100. I'd book my next filter and oil change.
fantastic
Great place to have your car taken of, friendly management and skilled mechanics
I usually have my car fixed at Midas. Since the store i go is temporarily closed, I have to pick up another store. I chose Goodyear auto service because it is close to my place and I can’t drive too long with the broken breaks. I do read negative reviews online before I go there, but I still want a try. I here don’t talk about how is their job done. I talk about their attitude. I really didn’t happy with the guy who talk me on the phone. I can’t say he is rude, but he is so arrogant and inpatient! I know your time is precious, but to spend another $1000 on this old car is really not a easy decision for me! After I questioned him why I need to spend so much on this, he sounds unhappy with it and don’t want to spend more time to explain. "I don’t know what are you talking about, if you don’t want to do it, I will put the tires back” said by him with unhappy and inpatient voice. You do know it’s not safe to drive a car with break issues. He simply don’t care about customers! What I want to say is please be patient, many people do not have much knowledge with their car. If seven minutes phone call is too long for you, please take my apologize! And I definitely will never come back!
Great service, very friendly staff. Great experience
