i visited these guys back in 2014 they told me i need new caliper. passenger control arm bushing. i said ok ill bring car back some other time. turns out these crooks. loosen up control arm bushing. and made look like if my caliper was leaking. bunch of crooks.

I took advantage of their Facebook promotion. I was impressed by their approach on the Ad, also liked what the price was for their promotion ($40). I got both an email and text confirming my request and someone reached out to me the next day, as it was evening when I filled out the request online. Friendly lady at the front desk, and the mechanics have good hearts too it seems. Amazing staff and they're very helpful and suggestive. Got my vehicle diagnosed and tire rotation along with the oil change. I had paid less on this promotion and service than I would have doing the oil change myself! I highly recommend this location, and will certainly be seeing them again soon for the problems and oil changes forward.

MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. I used to refer people to this shop, trust them. I got my oil changed here in winter month (feb) and in Spring (May) doing oil change myself. i found the oil filter i installed when i did oil change last time in Nov. Theres no way that the basic oil change for $25 JnB does include Mobil1 $18 filter. honestly very sad about this, its not even about loss of $25, its just loss of a trust worthy shop. Brain has stopped looking after the shop and who ever is the person incharge is, is driving this place to ground. cutting croner and doing typical mechanic behaviour, suggesting people to do fluid changes and sprak plug changes for no reason, even when they are in good condition. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. JUST GO TO DEALER IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED, AT LEAST YOU CAN SUE THE DEALERS.

Took my 2003 Infiniti to this shop for a lot of repairs , they did a great diagnostic job and only fixed what needed to be fixed, i even asked to get the rotors and pads replaced and the mechanic instructed me that the brakes still have enough life for another year or so! very honest people and wouldn't rip people off, Very hard to find a mechanic shop you can trust these days, the owner Brian is very helpful and his pricing is fair and mechanic Shady and Nicole at front desk are friendly and professional, would definitely come back for service at this mechanic shop. highly recommended.

Brought my car in at time they gave me. They didn't even start looking at the car till an hour later even though I had a booked appointment. The dealership that I purchased this vehicle from paid for the safety and this mechanic shop claims that they did repairs when I know that didn't. They said they did the brakes, but I can tell it's going. I sat in the shop and watched as three angry customers complained about service that was done to their car. The mechanic that claimed he did my brakes flat out sat there and lied to me that they were done. My father is an auto mechanic in a different province so I know all about cars. People were complaining about service. They are a rip off. I never seen anything like this. Now he's telling me I have to pay for brake pads when the dealership already raid for the safety and the repairs were not done. Terrible shop. Terrible liars. Stay far away from these crooks

Had to replace brake pads and was quoted an insane amount at the dealership. Found them on Google and they did it at half the price. Was in quick and they worked with my schedule to get it done. Few weeks later I thought I heard something loose near my back tires. So I just randomly showed up and they took me in right away. Checked nothing was wrong and didn't charge me. Felt bad wasting their time but they gave me peace of mind which is invaluable with cars. But this is the part that made me go I knew I picked the right shop. A loyal customer came in with an emergency situation. Not only did they attended to it with the utmost professionalism. They arranged it so that financial it wouldn't be a burden on the customer. To me that signals a place that places importance on more than just money. But rather customer experience loyalty, honesty and integrity creating a family like atmosphere. I have been dealing with JNB Auto since it began.I have always found them to be honest and reliable. What I love the most is that I have never had to pay extra charges.The very first time I brought my car in I had just had an estimate on my muffler which was making a dreadful noise. The other shop had told me It wold cost $1100. to replace my muffler since it could not be repaired. When I spoke to Steve he thought a second opinion would benefit me and recomended a shop nearby that he uses for muffler repair. They checked and repaired the muffler in less then an hour, at a cost of less then $100. Good News! my muffler is still going strong.With JNB Auto what the estimate says is what I pay.If repairs cost less, that is what I pay, if it is more I am informed before repairs begin. Thank you JNB Auto for taking great care of my car. Your integrity is much appreciated

Here's my experience at JNB in dealing primarily with Steve and Brian (owner). My Honda Pilot 06 was giving an engine noise and it was determined that it's related to the timing belt or beyond i.e engine. Steve took the entire area apart to investigate further and decided that it needed a new motor estimated at $5000+ and even sourced an engine. However, he went the extra yard to pinpoint the exact cause and found that the timing belt tensioner was contaminated and dropping oil pressure on timing. Steve took the decision of not just repairing the problem for $1000 but fixing it at his own cost as he thought the car was in great shape although having over 300K KM's on the odometer. This could so easily have costed me over 5000 Dollars which JNB prevented and bought me over as a lifetime customer. Dead Honest, Extremely Reasonable, Conscientious, Superb Customer Service, Empathetic are just a few word I have for that place.

Very honest shop. Came in for an alignment, they told me there were other issues to deal with first and that an alignment wouldn’t fix my issues. Only charged me for their assessment. Could have easily charged me for a BS alignment and then told me the other issues needed to be done as well. Totally recommend this shop.

Today, he provided some tough news re: a fix needed for my vehicle, but also offered up an alternative solution and referral to a specialty shop that fixed my car for a mere fraction of the original quote! JNB was my go-to mechanic shop for several years, and I only stopped visiting because I moved elsewhere. The staff is friendly, rates are very reasonable, they are fairly timely with their repairs and their waiting room is fairly neat and clean. I did come across a few issues, however: I had requested an emissions test but it wasn't completed, and I had to return to have it completed; while completing ball joint and brake repairs my passenger door was slightly dinged and scuffed, but they buffed out the scuff; and the ball joints they did replace required an adjustment only five months later, which was apparently too soon. I would return to this shop, but after my experiences, only for minor repairs.

I bought a used car through Oakville Autos, JNB did the safety on it. They passed safety on it with a bad clutch master/slave cyliner, bad power steering, injector gas leak , driver side front tire with a bulge & brakes that were squeeling the whole time. When I brought the car back they agreed to fix the brakes & gas leak immediately. However they took 3 full business days to do so. They wouldn't call you when the promised time isn't met. Promised time was changed 3 times for me. Not a single apology. When i called in and spoke to the technician who worked on my car " SHADI ", he told me " i am doing you a favour. Technically I don't have to do anything because you drove 500km after safety ". When i got my car back, i was told ( shadi ) they used all raybestos pads & rotors. Also all of the injector seal were replaced. good think I documented all the faults with the car since the day I purchased it. If i encounter anymore problem i will for sure be reporting the technician to the Ministry of transportation & JNB to the better business bureau. Thanks to JNB i am facing $ 2500 in repairs all because someone didn't do their job properly. Which wouldn't be a huge issue if I didn't just pay $22,000 for a used car. This is just my 2 cent. I advise people to be very careful when dealing with them. They might come off friendly but thats about it. Update: Oct 26, owner Brian called.. after a brief conversation he agreed to take a look at the clutch.

JNB is the best place to go...period. They are fair in their pricing every single time and they fix only what needs to be fixed. You will never feel like you got ripped off, can't say that about any other auto center that's for sure. May is wonderful and very knowledgeable, as well as the rest of the staff. I live in Toronto and still go there for all car issues. As a woman there's a worry of being seen as a "free lunch" when it comes to places like this. JNB treats me no different and again, fixes only what absolutely needs to be done. I have sent a few people their way including family, wouldn't do that if they weren't the best.
