Just had winter tires installed on my 1 week old 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport. It has the gloss black 19" rim package. I had personally detailed my car a couple of days ago so know 110% there was no nicks, damage or specially touch up paint on the rims. They tell me the car is ready, I go out and due to being a bit particular wipe the lubricant off they left on the rims and I notice that one of the rims has been touched up with matt black spray paint. The installer probably damaged it while working on it and tried to cover it up. I Immediately called out the manager/owner and he just shrugged saying that they dont even have touch up paint so no idea how it happened. I don't expect a place like this to own up to this type of damage, as it will cost $250 to get the one rim powder coated now.....just be aware when you go there for higher end cars or speciality rims, make 100% sure you physically show them there is no damage.

My truck was in accident My truck needed 1 tire replace from accident the new tire that was put on my truck from the collision centre was from Jensen. My truck kept drifting to the left It was noted that the new tire was deflected & to take the truck back & get a new replaced from Jensen . Jensenwas fully Book & was kind enough to take al look at my tire...they mounted the tire 3 time & verified that the tire had a manufacture defect jensen is ordering a new tire for my truck. Awesome! Bounced my tire off a curb the day before Christmas Eve and completely warped it. The car was shaking like crazy. Called 10 different garages trying to get my car in to have it replaced with no luck. Jensen tire was extremely sympathetic to my situation abgot me in 10 minutes after I called. They were able to save the tire that was on the rim and had me in and out in about a half an hour. The cost was much less then I had anticipated. Also had a great waiting room with free Wi-Fi and coffee. Thanks a lot guys you really got me out of a jam!

Before I describe the experience I had with Jensen Tire, it should be noted that I was emailing several other tire shops in the Oakville and Mississauga areas for all season tire quotes for my vehicle. Jensen Tire was the only one to respond within 24 hours - this gave me a good sense for their appreciation of customer service. I decided to stop in with no appointment yesterday to follow up on the quotes given. Although the specific brand I was aiming for did not end up working for my vehicle's staggered wheel specs, Shawn (spelling?) provided excellent assistance in finding a similar priced set of all seasons for my vehicle. I was not expecting to be accommodated for an install during my visit as it was close to 4:00 pm and I assumed closing time would be 5:00 pm while seeing a row of cars outside the garage and a few inside being worked on. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in for my service and had me on my way within an hour! Also, the perimeter of the shop, reception area, and customer waiting room was very clean and professional looking. They also had free wifi and a charging station for your electronic devices. Totally impressed! You have gained a loyal customer and I will not hesitate to recommend you guys!

I came here based on the good reviews, but was sadly disappointed. I had called in advance regarding winter tires and was told if I got there early enough I could do a walk-in and leave my car there. When I did come in super early, I was told they can't guarantee that my car would get done if I leave it there. That part didn't bother me, but what really bothered me was that the quote was $100 more then it was over the phone and their response. When I mentioned that when I called it was cheaper, he said rudely "Well I don't how you get your calculations but thats the price, and i'm already busy enough so i'm not reducing it". I decided to leave and will get my winter tires elsewhere. I will also not be coming back to this place again.

Leaky valve. Came in at 8:05am. Didn't realize you needed an appointment but the guys were kind enough to help me out. I came to replace a valve stem that was leaking air and the guys had me up and running in less than 10 min. The valve core was loose so it just had to be tightened. These guys are awesome. Been going to them for years. I wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommend them for their service.

I had my first and last experience with Jensen Tire today. I called them about winter tires and was told Saturdays are "first come first served". Arrived at 9 AM and there were approx. 4 vehicles ahead of mine so I was told it would be about an hour. No problem. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours, noting during that time that several customers who came in long after me were in and done and I was still waiting. At the 2.5 hours mark I asked at the front desk if I could get an update on when my car would be ready. Was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. At 12 I was told my car was ready and was handed an invoice and keys that were not mine. They had to hunt down my keys and then cashed me out. Since it was my first time at their business I asked whether 3 hours was a typical wait time or if they were just particularly busy today. The guy looked shocked and said that the average wait time was an hour and that my car had been ready "for a while" and they "didn't know I was waiting in the waiting room". That was despite the fact I wrote my phone number on the invoice so they could call me when the car was ready and that they had seen me sitting there the eight or so times they went in person to let other customers know their vehicle was ready... Not at all impressed with the service or the "miscommunication" they blamed my 3 hour wait on. A good price on tires is about the only thing I could recommend about this company. Will not be going back.

EXCELLENT service! My wife went to get new snow tires & rims installed yesterday. My daughter had great fun interacting with Mickey the parrot in the waiting lounge. Several hours after my wife got home, she noticed one of the tires was flat. She called Jensen right away, they sent a technician up to our house, who changed the tire back to her all season tire, & took the flat tire back to Jensen. My wife then drove back to Jensen, where they had the flat tire fixed (it didn't seal on the rim properly apparently when it was installed) & even gave her a $10 Tim Horton's gift card for her inconvenience. We are EXTREMELY impressed!! The price was decent too, got a set of Michelin X-Ice 3's and rims for within $20 or so of Costco's price & they usually have the best around. I've bought tires here before myself & will again in the future, am impressed!

Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment a month in advance for 11am. My wife, after making special arrangements and taking time off work, brought her vehicle in at the agreed upon time only to be told her appointment was booked for 9am and that she would have to come back later. My first and last time here. I stopped in on the way to the dealer to see if they could repair a "run flat" tire: the guy sitting near the unattended reception desk did not greet me for several minutes. Only when a previous customer returned because they had forgotten to take her summer tires out of her trunk for storage, did he reluctantly ask what I needed, then quoted $50 for the repair. By that point I did not have a good feeling about this place. Glad I left and went instead to A-OK Tire around the corner on Royal Windsor Drive, where I received a friendly welcome and better service than Jensen Tire. Bottom line: don't put up with lousy customer service, there's always a better option elsewhere and nearby.

Horrible experience. My tire which was under warranty with Continental had blown out and needed to be ordered. I had come previously for the same issue and they did not charge me anything. Today after waiting an hour to get my tire changed they tried to charge me $60 to replace the tire without telling me the price. After I told them I was not paying $40 for installation but am willing to pay $20 for the tire replacement. They decided to remove the tire from my car and send it back to continental out of pettiness (the guy even agreed that was the reason), since I did not want to pay for something that was free last time. After calling Continental it turns out that THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT FEE for the tires and they tried to charge a made up fee, which is FRAUD. DON'T LET THEM SCAM YOU AND DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING TO GET HUSTLED!!
