Came in to deal with a flat tire. Called an uber thinking I was leaving my car there for few hours. They fixed my flat before my uber arrived and i was able to take my car home for under 40$. Thanks to Mike and the gang at A-OK.

Blew a tire on the 403 headed to toronto today and a flatbed took us to the closest auto shop. Staff not only identified the reason for the flat, they were thorough enough to check the other wheels on our ford e350, realizing that the 3 remaining had the same problem (cracked valve stems). They went above and beyond, sourcing a not-very-common replacement winter tire after hours, fixing the issue with the remainder of the wheels and charging an entirely reasonable rate in the process. They are compassionate people and clearly wanted to see us back on the road. If these guys were closer to my place of business, i would certainly have them as my local mechanics. We had a parking lot incident that scratched/dented up the passenger side front door. A friend recommended reaching out to Charbel at A-OK. They fixed the dent and repainted the doors to have it looking like new. They quoted us a very reasonable price compared to other places and the car was ready in 3 days which is really quick !! I would definitely recommend them and would go to them again if we ever had any other issues.

I had some tailgate damage that the dealer said required a full replacement of everything. Charbel and his crew were able to fix the issue by welding it and make it look brand new, and for a portion of the cost of the dealer. They were great, friendly and professional throughout. 100% recommended

Worst experience with any shop! The owner ( Mike) cant keep mechanics because he thinks he's a mechanic and won't let them do their job. My dad took his van there and it took them 3 weeks to figure out what was wrong, when he got it back it broke down 2 days later! My wife took it in and they said it would cost 500 for an alternator then when she went to pick it up they charged her 1000 dollars for other repairs. Worst of all when she drove it away none of the lights inside her car worked,!! When she took it back the mechanic who worked on it for 15 minutes was told by Mike to stop working on it because it was taking him to long!! Dont take your vehicle here get repaired!!

At 8 a.m. I managed to get around the corner to A-OK and they were excellent. Kind & courteous and took my car in immediately even though they had other vehicles in their shop. Made me a coffee and in minutes I was on my way for $34, it took me longer to finish my coffee. Mike and his staff were all pleasant and greeted me with "Good morning" as they entered the office. I took a lot of their Business Cards and put them around at work, Ford Motor Company around the corner that has 4,500 employees. That's how you do business. Thanks Mike.

They were not able to balance the tires properly and claiming that tires have a problem but I had those tires previous season on the car and they did not had any vibrations. Illogical! Will never go back.

Great service at a fair price. They plugged a "run flat" tire for under $50 and saved me buying a new tire (which would have cost over $300 at the car dealer). My first time here. I stopped in on the way to the dealer to see if they could offer a better option. Glad I did. Karen (who seems to know all about tires) fit me into the schedule and Mike did the repair quickly, and also checked the pressure in the other tires. The vibe is friendly with no pressure. It's not a fancy place, but there are comfortable chairs to sit in, and complimentary freshly brewed coffee, while you wait. I'd certainly come here again for anything related to tires.

Brought my car here for repair work after a collision and they're fantastic. The work that was done is first rate, no evidence that work was done to repair damage, looks like new. They also went above and beyond and fixed up some additional damage and rust spots that were not part of the original collision for no extra charge.

Cheats, did work on my car for cash deal vs credit. Tried to hold my car because they underquoted their work. Then threatened they wouldn't give me my vehicle. BTW whomever balances their tires needs to be talked to. No longer dealing with them. CRS Automotive 100% better.
