As a business owner myself who focuses on exceptional customer service, Tire Boys was amazing. Prompt, professional, courteous and engaging, to say the least. I typically change my own tires but for $69.95, the price is week worth it. 20 minutes later, tires switched, air in the tires, and they were off. Well done Tire Boys.

Rick and Shaun were able to swap the tires on my totalled vehicle, that was immobile, onto my new vehicle in under an hour. It was amazing! They even came across one random locking wheel nut and different sized bolts on my new car, which I didn't have the key/ tools for. Tireboys was well equipped and had a key that could remove it. They also replaced all the different sized lug nuts and the locking wheel nut with a standard lug nuts to avoid any issues in the future! What would've been a headache and more than a few hours in labour for myself turned out to be a more than enjoyable experience with Tireboys. Thank you again so much!

This is just an acknowledgement to say that despite how busy they were, they answered their phone to try and slot me in, and replied by email, politely and professionally when I had to turn down the date suggested. Brutal customer service! Went to meet tire boys on location instead of them coming to me and he had me wait an hour before he showed up. Then he threw Tires out of his truck and hit my vehicle with them and when his apprentice told him what he did, he denied it. He was very rude and over charged me, for rotation and a rubber change on 2 tires was $100. I must say his apprentice was very friendly and did a wicked job but I'd never recommend tire boys services to anyone.

I got a flat tire on New Years Day (one of the busiest times of the year), and the tire boys were so helpful and prompt. They came to my house to pick up my damaged tire, found me a used one, came back to install it for me, and all within a few days. Very reasonably priced as well!

Great Service! Very convenient, did changing tires at my driveway, no need to leave my car the whole day at a dealership or Canadian Tire. Team are very friendly and knowledgeable, this is the only guy that remind me the importance of re-torque of your wheels after 100 kms upon changing the wheels, in which I never heard from dealers or Canadian tire. Highly recommended!

I just bought a vehicle and discovered a flat tire as I left the house yesterday morning. Rather inconvenient timing, since I don't even have tools yet to jack up the vehicle or even take the wheel off. Searching for "mobile tire repair", TireBoys came up. I called and was able to arrange a repair "on the spot" this morning (because I live very close to their shop, which allowed me to get squeezed in), and at a very reasonable rate. The repair person showed up at the agreed time and did a superb job. I highly recommend using TireBoys without any hesitation for any on-site tire repair. Thank you so much! Completely unprofessional. Texted for a quote. Compared prices to their competitors and they were substantially higher. When they asked if I wanted to book I told them that I went with their competitor. They said don’t waste my time you’re not our type of client. Well if you’re the type that wants to pay more or if you want to belittled for trying to save in this economy then this company is for you. Devotion tire was extremely professional and more affordable. Tire boys seems to be owned literally by boys.

Great experience with this company. They called to let me know they would be a bit late, but they were well worth the extra 15 minute wait. The cost in my opinion was more than fair. The tire guy explained locking wheels to me, which my dealership never has. They switched my summer tires for winter, and stacked the summer tires neatly in my garden shed for me. Job was done efficiently, and they explained the lug nuts must be tightened after 100km. Happy with the service, and very happy I did not have to lug my tires to the car dealership.

Calling from an out of province number, I was told that they are suspicious because "they get a lot of mystery shoppers". Are you kidding me?! This is Alberta and we come from all over to work. I begged for help because my family was coming in on vacation for 3 days to visit and that I actually live and work here and woke up with a flat. He told me that he has 25 appointments booked for 7-10 days and it was busy season. Who waits 7 days to fix a flat?! People drive through this Province all the time with different area codes and you won't deal with them ?! Unprofessional to say the very least. I would have switched my fleet to your company had I been impressed with your service but now I see the big chains are the way to go.

Awesome service! Great communication, straightforward and honest quotes, and speedy work. I had a flat tire that ended up not being repairable. They showed up on time and made the whole process so easy. They put on my spare tire, then came back just over a day later to install a used tire replacement. I paid exactly what I was quoted. I’m never compelled to review businesses, but I had exceptional service from TireBoys today. For the second time in under a month my front right tire was punctured by a screw. They gathered my details (text them with your info for convenience) and came as scheduled with a new tire based on my details and preference. I was worried that the first mobile crew I’d called for the first puncture hadn’t repaired my tire properly and I was relieved to know they’d done the job right. I was surprised to learn the first mobile crew was WAY more expensive and I’m happy they didn’t answer the phone this morning! I hope I don’t get another puncture or require a new tire anytime soon, but if i do I’ll pull up TireBoys for the work. So convenient for the company to come to you! Great service and prices plus very little fuss!

Tireboys from now on! Fantastic affordable flat-rate service, professional, friendly, punctual, respond right away to requests and are very accommodating. I love the fact, especially during COVID-19, that they come to you. They offer everything a fixed-tire business offers, including selling and installing tires! They also mark your seasonal tires so that they are properly rotated. These guys literally saved my life last year, when my Hyundai dealership never returned my calls, I needed my winter tires put on, before driving to Lethbridge from Edmonton in the worst snow storm I have ever had the stress of driving through. They also gave fantastic advice for removing factory locked lug nuts, as Alberta roads corrode the thread and they become literally impossible to remove in an emergency situation.

Leaving the MacDonald's play house with my two grand children which are under 3, totally forgetting that I needed to get gas I ended up running out. No one stopped to see if I was OK or to offer help except for a gentle man who is a part of this business. When he realized I had no gas he went out of his way and got a Jerry can and gas for me so that I could get to a gas station and he would not let me pay him. If this is an indication of how this business is run I am more than happy to recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much for helping me!!

I have used tire boys to change my tires twice a year for the last 3 or so years. I used to have to get my hubby to follow me to the place I used to go, I'd leave my car overnight and we wud drive home. The next day we wud have to car pool to our places of work and later my hubby would pick me up from work and take me to pick up my car. What a pain in the rear it all was. I don't miss those days at all. Rick or his crew just shows up at my home or work and takes care of everything. Even with being isolated due to covid-19. They did everything and we didnt have any exposure. I cant believe how much time, energy and stress these guys have relieved for me. I only wish I knew about them sooner. But now that I know Im spreading the word.
