Called close to quitting time on the outside chance to have a safety on my utility trailer. No hesitation, "bring it in," the service writer said. Within fifteen minutes the trailer was undergoing inspection. He squeezed [it] into their busy end of day schedual. Polite and professional staff.

I had a noise in the front wheel like a bad wheel bearing. I bought a set of wheel bearing hub assemblies, and was going to do it myself. It looked more than I wanted to get into. A couple weeks ago, I took the car to Valley Tire. They informed me it's not the bearings, but the tires were starting to let go and had cracks in the rubber between the treads. They said you need four new tires. There's honesty for you! They could have said the wheel bearings are shot and also you need tires. Today I had 4 tires installed, the tire installer Mike informed me that one of the wheels had a very slight warp and possibly may find a vibration. I think this wheel got bent a few years ago after hitting a hidden pothole. Thanks Mike for seeing this. First time anyone has ever noticed this. I find the Valley Tire Crew to be very honest and feel I can trust them with repairs, never having any doubts on their workmanship. Thanks!!

Fast, friendly service. Short wait times. Quantity workmanship. Very clean garage and showroom. Nice waiting area too. You’ll save a bunch of time taking a short trip out to Valley Tire rather than waiting around for hours in the city tire shops. For example, I called 6 places in Halifax. They all said it would be days to get in to change tires (it’s spring time). Went to Valley Tire and was in and out in just over an hour! Thanks for saving me so much time guys!
